Remove screw and take out battery pack
Remove foam, cam & screws and discon-
nect cables
Assemble New PCB
Reader
Motor
Pass cables in
housing gap push
cables away from
the screw head
Before placing PCB connect
cables orientation
as shown
PCB must be under
plastic tab
Use screws from step 4
Override
Switch
Remove PCB
Remove 5 screws and take off the back
plate Assemble protective bracket and hold with one of the 5 screws from step 2
Screw below center label

Connect privacy switch to PCB. Location
as shown
Assemble new cam. Move switch lever
(see arrow) first and assemble cam after
Remove protective bracket
Assemble back plate with 5 screws Assemble battery pack with screw
Assemble the switch holder, push down
until it sits on the housing tab, be carefull
not to pinch wires.
Assemble privacy switch on switch holder
Switch lever orientation
Place Cam
orientation as shown
Align cam &
back plate
Side contact
Be careful that the spring does not jump and is still in its position
