bare-handduring itsoperation. Turn off thepower and allowabout 15 minutes for
the unittocool down before replacing orserving.
ŸIn theevent ofseriousoperatingproblem, stopusing theunitimmediately.Never
try torepair the unit by yourself. Repairs carried out by unskilled people canlead
to damage ormalfunction. Please contactthe nearestauthorized technical
assistance center. Always use thesametype spare parts.

Ifusing a 230V 50Hzpower supply, DO NOT connect in series more than 11units;
use another main supplyfor the next 11 fixtures.
Ifusing a120V 60Hzpower supply,DO NOT connect in series more than5units; use
another main supplyfor the next 5 fixtures.
Warning:

Installation:
Theunit should be mounted via its screwholes on thebracket.Always
ensurethattheunit isfirmlyfixedtoavoid vibration andslippingwhile
operating.And make sure that the structure towhich you are attachingthe
unit is secureand isabletosupport aweight of10times oftheunit s
weight. Alsoalwaysuse asafetycablethat canhold 12 times oftheweight
ofthe unit when installingthe fixture.

5. Trouble shooting
Followingare a fewcommon problems thatmayoccur duringoperation.
Here are some suggestions for easytroubleshooting:
A. The unit does not work, no light andthe fan does not work
1.Check the connection ofpower and mainfuse.
2.Measure the mains voltage onthe main connector.
3.Check the power on LED.
B. Not responding to DMX controller
1.DMXLED should be on. Ifnot, check DMXconnectors, cables to see if
linkproperly.

2.If the DMXLED is on and no response tothechannel, check the
address settings and DMXpolarity.
3.If you haveintermittentDMXsignal problems,check the pins on
connectors or onPCB ofthe unit or the previous one.
4.Tryto useanother DMXcontroller.
5.Check ifthe DMXcables run near or run alongside to high voltage
cables thatmaycause damage or interference to DMXinterface
circuit.
C. One of the channels is not working well
1.The stepper motor might be damaged or the cable connected tothe PCB
isbroken.
2.Themotor s drive IC on the PCB might be out ofcondition.
6. Fixture Cleaning
The cleaningofinternal and external optical lenses and/or mirrors must be
carried out periodically to optimizelight output. Cleaningfrequency depends
on the environment in which the fixture operates: damp, smokyor
particularlydirtysurroundingcan cause greater accumulation ofdirt on the
unit s optics.
ŸClean with soft cloth usingnormal glass cleaningfluid.
ŸAlways drythe parts carefully.
ŸClean the external optics at least every20 days. Clean theinternal
optics at least every30/60days.
