Quick Installation Guide
This manual provides instructions for quick installation and basic configuration of your IP device.
Step1. Connect cables to IP device
Connect required cables to the device including the power cable, LAN cable, and other optional
cables. To see the correct positions of all connectors, refer to the following image below.
A. Ethernet Port [PoE]
B. Composite Video Out
C. RS485 Port
D. Alarm Output
E. Alarm Input
F. Audio Out
G. Audio In
H. DC Power
Make sure the polarity is correct. Incorrect connection
may cause malfunction or damage to the IP device.

Step2. Install IP device
Step3. Set up network environment
The default IP address of your IP device is 192.168.0.100. You can find the available IP address from
the MAC address of your device. Please make sure the device and your PC are on the same
network segment before running the installation. If the network segment was different between your
PC and the device, change your PC’s settings as below.
IP address : 192.168.0.xxx
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
1) Drill holes in correct positions and insert anchor blocks into the holes.
2) Place the camera body to the installation surface and match alignment holes with the
anchor blocks. Then tighten the surface anchor studs.
3) Connect all the required cables to the camera.
4) Adjust the camera to the desired angle by unscrewing the joints.
6) Once properly placed, tighten the screws.
7) The camera can be ceiling mounted or wall mounted depending on the environment
and safety, aesthetic aspects.
NOTE. When you want to check the video output on an analog monitor at the installation
site, make sure to set the output configuration switch to NTSC or PAL according to the
video standard.

Step4. View video on web page
View the live video on a web page using your IP device and its IP address.
1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the device.
2. When the login page appears, Download and Install the ActiveX.
3. Once the ActiveX is installed, enter the user name and password. The default value for the
administrator account (case-sensitive) is as below:
ID: admin
Password: admin
4. Click Login to enter the Liveview page.
Step5. Setting IP Address
To set up the Network configuration:

1. Click Setup on the upper right of the web page.
2. Click Network Setup on the left of the Setup page, and then select LAN from the drop-down
menu.
3. Input the data for the IP address configuration, and click the Apply button on the bottom of the
page.
To change the IP address, please make sure to check and have the correct Subnet mask and
Gateway ready. To use DHCP, select Enable DHCP.
Advanced setup (DeviceSearch Tool)
DeviceSearch Tool is a utility program for IP products. The following lists a part of features that
DeviceSearch Tool provides.
Configure IP address, subnet mask, gateway and other network parameters
Show network related information such as MAC address, Ports, DNS
Reboot the device
Resetting to the Factory Default Settings
If you reset your device to the factory default setting, all parameters including the IP address will be
initialized.
For the Factory Default reset:
1. Disconnect the power supply from the device.
2. Connect the power to the device with the Reset button pressed and held.
3. Release the Reset button after 5 seconds.
4. Wait for the system to reboot.
