The ISR-Pro
Atruly portable, self contained, go anywhere, salt therapy system.
Compact size, rechargeable battery and single use salt packets give one the
freedom to enjoy healthier, clearer lungs, and freer breathing without being
limited to salt room locations and hours of operation.
Create your own personal salt room experience, at your convenience whether
you are at home, on the road, staying in a hotel, visiting relatives or camping in
the great outdoors (where the allergens lurk).

The ISR-Pro is operable with either the power cord, or battery.
Please charge the machine 6 hours prior to first use.

Instructions - Loading the Machine
If the machine has been transported or left in a cold or
damp environment, open the machine and let it warm up to
room temperature and humidity before using.
Condensation will cause the salt to clump.
The two halves are held together magnetically. The top
pops off with gentle pressure. Hold the machine firmly and
push up on the grooved middle area with your thumbs.
Once the magnetic connection is broken, remove the top
and rest upside down on a table while loading the salt.
Dispense the contents of one full packet of ISR
prepackaged salt into the grinding chamber.

To replace the top, align the logo over the button panel and it will snap together automatically.
Press the power button to begin the flow of dry salt aerosol.
The machines are shipped preset to run for 5 minutes and stop. This is more than enough time for
single, at home sessions in an open space larger than 6 x 6 x 6. If using in a booth, pod, or therapy
room such as spa or salt room, please see below for setting choices
Use a fresh packet of salt for each session. Salt remaining in the chamber will accumulate moisture
and clog the machine.

Cleaning the Machine

The fan assembly is completely
removable and rinsable. Twist gently
to unlock. Rinse all salt dust off of
fan blades, inner and outer walls. Let
dry completely. The fan does not
need to be cleaned after each use,
just when it has accumulated a good
bit of salt, or at the end of the day
when finished using.

the grinder.
When the session has ended,
open the machine and brush the
leftover salt into a trash can or
sink (do not get the machine
wet). Gently brush away any salt
grains, and salt dust from the
grinding chamber, and under
and around the blade of the
bottom half.
KEEP DRY KEEP DRY RINSABLE

Make sure to remove all salt dust on the
metal connectors. If they are not able to
make clear contact between the two halves
of the machine, the fan will not operate and
a thick salt dust will come out the air intake
vents along the side of the machine.
Replace fan assembly when dry and connect
top and bottom halves. Store is a dry area at
room temperature.

How to Use
There are four potential settings for use in various situations and
conditions.
On the bottom of the machine there is a small depression containing the
on/off switch. This will permanently turn the power off. This is useful
when traveling so the machine does not come on accidentally if the start
button is bumped.
Next to the power switch there are two smaller switches.
The machine will be shipped with them in the 1-2 position.

1-2 (both switches in the down position) is preset
into the machine. The grinder and fan run for 5
minutes and stop. This provides more than
adequate dry salt aerosol for most individual
sessions in an open setting.
Setting A-B (both switches in the up or on position)
allows the machine to grind salt for 5 minutes and
the fan continues for a total of 45 minutes. This
provides adequate dry salt aerosol for general salt
rooms and spas up to 8’ x 11’ x 9’

B-1switch positions allows the grinder to pulse
on for 30 seconds, off2 minutes on for 10
seconds and off2 minutes. This continues for
20 minutes. This provides adequate dry salt
aerosol in a booth or pod in the size range of
4’ x 4’ x 6’
A-2 (left switch up, right switch down) position
allows the grinder to pulse on for 60 seconds,
off2 minutes, on 30 seconds, off2 minutes and
continue this pattern for 20 minutes. This
provides adequate dry salt aerosol in a booth or
pod in the size range of 4’ x 4’ x 6’

DO NOT USE IN ENCLOSED AREA SMALLER THAN AN 6 X 6
This setting runs non-stop for 5 minutes. It is perfect for using in an open
environment as long as you are within 1-2 feet of the machine. It can be held in the
lap, set on a desk , or floor while you are working, used in a hotel, anywhere at home,
or even in a restaurant. Keep the machine upright as holding it sideways can cause
the salt to mound up on one side and may stall the grinder blades.
The aerosol produced is so fine you cannot easily see it. The salt particles reach the
deepest part of the lungs and sinuses within a few minutes, and the amount of salt
released in a 5 minute session is less than 1/8 teaspoon. Setting 1-2 is best used for
prevention. Having a short session before leaving the house in the morning to fortify
against pollen, pollutants, bacteria, virus, or to clear the lungs/sinuses after a day out
in the particle filled world.

Setting A-B (both switches in the up position)
DO NOT USE IN ENCLOSED AREA SMALLER THAN AN 6 X 6
This setting is for salt rooms, spas, wellness centers wanting to do
longer, relaxing sessions. The space is conditioned with adequate
salt aerosol in the 5 minute grind, but the fan continues for 45
minutes to keep the air circulating. The machine can be stopped at
anytime for shorter sessions.

Setting B-1
To be used in a pod, booth or chamber ideally 4 x 4 x 6, but no larger
than 6 x 6 as the concentration becomes reduced.

*ASTHMATICS SHOULD NOT GO UP IN TIME OR SETTING RIGHT
AWAY, BUT MAY HAVE MORE THAN ONE SESSION IN A DAY AS
LONG AS THEY ARE SPACED SEVERAL HOURS APART.
OVER TIME WE HAVE FOUND THAT ASTHMATICS CAN DO
HIGHER SETTINGS IF THEY FIND IT NECESSARY, BUT IT
SHOULD BE A GRADUAL INCREASE.

Setting A-2
General all around session for allergies, colds, flu, bronchitis, coughs, eczema,
athletes to increase oxygenation and clear the lungs.
Settings A-2 & B-1 are calibrated to use in an enclosed environment such as a
shower stall, pop up pod, salt booth, or chamber, water closet, or small bathroom.
They are most effective in spaces ranging from 4 x 4 to 6 x 6
An enclosed environment holds the salt aerosol at a specific concentration, and
allows one to have a longer session. This is beneficial if you are sick, or if it is a child
that may not sit still next to the machine in an open room. A longer session helps to
liquify and remove thick mucus, and continue to receive the salt for further clearing
and reducing inflammation.

Each individual will discover the setting, length of time and frequency of use that works
for them. Suggested times and concentrations are based on years of European medical
research, and the results I have seen with years of working with clients, and their
physicians. Always begin slow and low. Move to higher settings and lengths of time as you
are comfortable. Consult our website for more detailed information.
Check with your physician if you have any concerns.
If the ISR-Pro is not used for a period of 3-4 months, please plug it in and recharge the
battery for 2-3 hours. If the battery sits idle for 5-6 months, it may not be rechargeable.
