MANUALE D’USO
Grazie per aver acquistato la racchetta antizanzare INNOLIVING, un metodo sicuro
ed efficace per eliminare zanzare ed altri insetti fastidiosi. Questo dispositivo non
fa uso di prodotti chimici pericolosi o ritenuti tali per l’uomo e per l’ambiente.
Prima dell’uso, leggere attentamente tutte le avvertenze e le istruzioni
d’uso e conservare il presente manuale per future consultazioni.
AVVERTENZE E NORME DI SICUREZZA
• Gli elementi di imballaggio (sacchetti di plastica, cartone, polistirolo ecc.) non devono
essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo e devono
essere smaltiti secondo quanto previsto dalle normative vigenti.
• Dopo aver rimosso l’apparecchio dalla confezione, controllare l’eventuale presenza di
danni da trasporto e la sua integrità. In caso di danneggiamenti o dubbi sull’effettiva
integrità, non utilizzare l’apparecchio e rivolgersi al servizio di assistenza autorizzato
• L’apparecchio è da utilizzarsi esclusivamente in ambienti interni o al riparo da
intemperie.
• C’è il rischio di scossa elettrica se il getto di un tubo da giardino viene diretto sul
dispositivo.
• Non adatto per l’uso in granai, stalle e luoghi simili.
• Non esporre mai l’apparecchio alla pioggia, non dimenticarlo all’aperto e non esporlo
ad ambienti molto sporchi.
• L’apparecchio non deve essere usato in luoghi in cui possono essere presenti polveri o
vapori inammabili o esplosivi.
• Tenere il prodotto lontano dalla portata dei bambini (≥2.0 m).
• Questo prodotto non è stato concepito per l’uso da parte di persone (inclusi bambini)
con ridotte capacità siche, mentali o sensoriali, o privi di esperienza e conoscenza, a
meno che non ci sia la supervisione o una formazione sull’uso dell’apparecchio sia stata
impartita dalla persona responsabile della loro sicurezza.
• I bambini devono essere sorvegliati per assicurarsi che non giochino con il prodotto.
• Per evitare il rischio di scossa elettrica, non rimuovere alcuna parte interna ssa
per tentare di aggiustare il prodotto. In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento
dell’apparecchio, spegnerlo e non manometterlo. Per l’eventuale riparazione rivolgersi
esclusivamente ad un centro di assistenza tecnica autorizzato.
• Non usare il prodotto se è caduto a terra, se ci sono visibili segni di danneggiamento
o perdite.
• Non toccare con le mani o i piedi bagnati o umidi.
• Non usare l’apparecchio se bagnato o con tracce di umidità.
• Non inserire alcun oggetto nelle fessure dell’apparecchio.
• Utilizzare il dispositivo esclusivamente per l’uso indicato nel presente manuale. Ogni
altro utilizzo è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso.
• Il fabbricante non è responsabile per i danni causati da un uso improprio.
• Non usare l’apparecchio in bagno o nelle immediate vicinanze di docce, vasche o
piscine.
• Non usare l’apparecchio vicino a tende, divani o altri materiali combustibili.
• Non usare l’apparecchio vicino a sostanze inammabili o polvere esplosive.

• Non applicare al prodotto timer o dispositivi similari che ne determinano il tempo di
funzionamento automaticamente, c’è rischio di incendio se il prodotto è coperto o
posizionato in modo non corretto.
• Non toccare le reti della racchetta con parti metalliche, anche a interruttore spento, c’è
il rischio di blande ma fastidiose scariche elettriche e il generatore si danneggerebbe.
• Non toccare mai con le mani o altre parti del corpo le reti metalliche, anche a
interruttore spento. Permane il rischio di fastidiose anche se innocue scariche elettriche.
• Non adoperare la racchetta per schiacciare gli insetti.
• Non adoperare la racchetta per giocare con palle o altri oggetti.
• Non sottoporre la racchetta ad urti violenti.
• Per sicurezza d’uso, togliere le pile prima di riporre la racchetta.

COME FUNZIONA
La racchetta elettronica funziona con 2 batterie AA. Per l’istallazione è sufciente
rimuovere il coperchio del vano batteria, posto nel retro del prodotto , inserire le batterie
rispettando le polarità indicate e richiudere il vano.
La racchetta è costituita da 3 strati di rete metallica ed un generatore per emettere
scariche elettriche di bassa potenza, ad alta tensione, sufcienti per eliminare insetti
indesiderati.
Per azionare l’apparecchio, è sufciente premere il tasto presente sull’impugnatura
della racchetta. Avvicinare lentamente la racchetta all’insetto da eliminare e
contemporaneamente premere il pulsante rosso sul manico solo quando si è vicini
all’insetto.
Appena l’insetto toccherà le reti metalliche rimarrà paralizzato. Rilasciare il pulsante
appena terminato l’uso, non vi sarà più passaggio di corrente. Non agire con forza e non
schiacciare con la racchetta gli insetti, l’uso improprio della racchetta potrebbe essere
pericoloso e danneggiare il dispositivo in modo irreversibile.
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
Per pulire la rete metallica da eventuali insetti intrappolati è sufciente un getto d’aria o
una spazzolina (non metallica). Effettuare questa operazione solo dopo aver rimosso le
batterie. Non adoperare mai acqua per pulire la racchetta. Non toccare mai con le mani
o altre parti del corpo le reti metalliche, anche a interruttore spento, permane il rischio
di fastidiose anche se innocue scariche elettriche. Rimuovere le batterie dall’apparecchio
in caso di prolungato inutilizzo. Conservare in un luogo pulito e asciutto, lontano da
polvere umidità. Non esporlo mai alla pioggia e non azionarlo se bagnato.
Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata di bambini e animali domestici.

INFORMAZIONI AGLI UTENTI ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo N° 49 del 14 Marzo
2014 “Attuazione della Direttiva 2012/19/UE sui riuti di apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE)”. Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato
sull’apparecchiatura indica che il prodotto alla ne della propria vita utile deve
essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri riuti.
L’utente dovrà, pertanto, conferire l’apparecchiatura integra dei componenti essenziali
giunta a ne vita agli idonei centri di raccolta differenziata dei riuti elettronici ed
elettrotecnici, oppure riconsegnarla al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di nuova
apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno, oppure 1 a zero per le
apparecchiature aventi lato maggiore inferiore a 25 CM. L’adeguata raccolta differenziata
per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchiatura dimessa al riciclaggio, al trattamento e
allo smaltimento ambientale compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti
negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composta
l’apparecchiatura. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente comporta
l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative di cui al D.Lgs n. Decreto Legislativo N° 49
del 14 Marzo 2014.

Le batterie utilizzate da questo apparecchio, alla ne della loro vita utile,
vanno smaltite negli appositi raccoglitori. Informarsi sulle normative locali
relative alla raccolta differenziata delle batterie. Un corretto smaltimento
delle batterie permette di evitare conseguenze negative per l’ambiente e la
salute.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing INNOLIVING mosquito swatter, a safe and efficient way to
eliminate mosquitoes and other annoying insects. This devise doesn’t use chemical
products dangerous for humans and for environment.
Before use, read carefully all the safety norms and instructions for use,
keep this manual for future reference
WARNINGS AND SAFETY NORMS
• Keep all packing material (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc..) out of reach of
the children, since they are potential sources of danger and must be disposed of as
provided by law.
• After having removed the appliance from its packaging, verify its integrity and any
presence of damage caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and
contact an authorized service centre.
• The device shall be used indoors only and protected from the elements.
• The water jet of a garden pipe on the device may result in an electric shock.
• Not suitable for use inside barns, stables or similar.
• Never expose the device to rain, do not forget it outdoors, and do not expose it to very
dirty environments.
• The device shall not be used in dusty areas or with ammable or explosive vapours.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• The device shall not be used by people (children included) with reduced physical or
mental capacities or without any experience or knowledge, unless they are under the
supervision of a person responsible for their safety or they have been instructed on
how to use the device.
• Children shall be watched over to make sure they do not play with the device.
• In case of fault or malfunctioning of the appliance, switch it off and do not tamper
with it. If the device needs to be repaired, contact an authorized technical assistance
centre.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the oor, if there are visible signs of damage
or if it has a leak. Never touch the product with damp hands or feet.
• Do not use the device if it is wet or shows signs of moisture.
• Always make sure to leave enough room around the unit to ensure a correct air
circulation.
• Do not cover the unit as this could create danger of overheating.
• Do not insert any objects in the opening of the appliance.
• Use the appliance only for mentioned purpose, namely as appliance for domestic use.
Any other use must be consider improper and therefore dangerous.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damage caused by improper or
faulty use.
• Do not use the appliance in bathroom or in the immediate surroundings of showers,
bath-tubs or swimming pools.
• Do not reach for product that has fallen into water or other liquid. In this case
disconnect it from the power and remove it from the socket.
• Do not use the appliance near furniture, curtains or other combustible materials.

• Do not place the appliance near ammable vapour or explosive dust.
• Do not use this appliance with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches
the appliance on automatically, since a re risk exist if the appliance is covered or
positioned incorrectly
• Do not touch the net with metallic objects, even if the switch is OFF, there’s the risk of
mild but unpleasant electric shock and the generator could be damaged.
• Do not touch the metallic net with hands or other parts of the body, even if the switch
is OFF. There is the risk of unpleasant though harmless electric shock.
• Do not use the swatter to crush the insects.
• Do not use the swatter to play with balls or other objects.
• Do not subject the unit to any strong shocks
• For safety reasons, remove the batteries after use.
CAUTION: this product is not a toy!
HOW IT WORKS
The swatter works with 2 AA batteries. Remove the battery cover on the back of the
product, insert the batteries respecting the polarities indicated and replace the battery
cover. The swatter is composed of 3 layers of metallic mesh and one generator, which
produces electric discharges of low power and high voltage, strong enough to eliminate
the annoying insects.
To turn the unit on, simply press the button on the handle of the swatter. Slowly approach
the swatter to the insect and when the swatter is near to touch the insect, press the red
button on the handle. As soon as the insect touches the metallic net, it will be struck.
Release the button, after use, to stop the passage of current. Do not shake the swatter
strongly and do not crush the insects with the swatter, the improper use of the product
may be dangerous and damage the unit irreversibly.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To clean the metallic mesh from any trapped insects, use a jet of air or a small (not
metallic) brush. Remove the batteries, before cleaning. Do not use water. Do not touch
the metallic mesh with hands or other parties of the body, even if the switch is off, there’s
the risk of unpleasant but harmless electric shock. Remove the batteries from the unit
in case of long no-use and store the unit in a clean and dry place, far from dust and
humidity. Do not expose it to rain and do not use it if wet. Keep it out of reach of children
and pets.

INFORMATION TO USERS according to Legislative Decree No. 49 of March
14, 2014 “2012/19/ UE Implementation of the Directive on Waste Electrical
and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)“ The crossed-out dustbin symbol indicates
that the product at the end of its life must be collected separately from other
waste.
The user should, therefore, take the equipment with the essential components at the
end of its useful life to the separate collection center of electronic and 14 electrical
waste, or return it to the retailer when purchasing new equipment of equivalent type,
in ratio of one to one, or one to zero for devices with larger side less than 25 CM. The
separate collection for the decommissioned equipment for recycling, treatment and
environmentally compatible disposal contributes to avoid possible negative effects on
the environment and human health and promotes recycling of the materials. Improper
disposal of the product by the user entails the application of administrative sanctions
according to Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014.

The batteries used in this device must be disposed of in the special bins at
the end of their life. Please inform yourself about the local rules on separate
collection of batteries. The correct disposal of batteries helps preventing
potentially negative consequences on the environment and human health.
