If your Intel® Compute Stick doesn't start properly, follow the troubleshooting steps below in
order.

Bluetooth Not Working on Intel® Compute
Stick.

Unable to connect a Bluetooth device to the Intel® Compute Stick.

How to fix it:
If you're having issues with Bluetooth such as missing Bluetooth device or intermittent
connectivity, sometimes just powering down and powering back on may fix the issue.
Getting Blue Screen Errors during boot up
on Intel® Compute Sticks

What are you seeing?
I am getting Blue Screen Errors DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL when booting into Windows* on an Intel® Compute Stick.
How to fix it:
BSOD errors may be caused by:
Corrupted system files.
Incompatible drivers.
Incompatible peripheral hardware.
Incorrect software installation.
The following steps should be performed:
1. If there were any recent software or hardware changes, undo them.
2. Repair Windows.
3. Boot in safe mode and check for faulty drivers in Device Manager.
4. Scan and repair system files.
5. Update the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) to the latest version available.
oThe latest BIOS versions for Intel® Compute Sticks can be found on the Intel®
Download Center. Filter the search by BIOS.
6. Perform a BIOS recovery.

If issue is related to connectivity or a peripheral such as headphones, keyboard, mouse, or any
other Bluetooth device previously paired with the system but no longer connects or works
properly:
1. Go to the Windows search bar
2. Type Services

3. Click Yes at the pop-up window to allow the app to make changes
4. Locate the Bluetooth Support Service and click on it
5. Click Restart at the top left corner
Other troubleshooting steps:
1. Check that Bluetooth is enabled in BIOS
1. Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS setup
2. Go to Advanced > Devices> Onboard Devices
3. Check the box to enable Bluetooth
4. Press F10 to save and exit BIOS

Cannot Connect to Wireless Network
What are you seeing?
Intel® Compute Stick STK1AW32SC or Intel® Compute Stick STK1A32SC cannot connect to
the internet using wireless (WiFi). You might see the following error message:
The Intel Dual Band Wireless 7265 is experiencing driver or hardware
related problems.
Environment:

This problem can happen after a Windows* Update.
How to fix it:
Download and install the latest wireless networking driver from Download Center:

The wireless networking driver is not installed correctly.

Wi-Fi Connectivity Issue with Intel®
Compute Stick STK1AW32SC

The display of the Intel® Compute Stick will turn off after several minutes or hours of being
used.
How to fix it:
To fix the display issue of Intel® Compute Stick, follow the steps below:
Try a different power adapter or display to ensure they are not causing the issue
Power on with and without HDMI extender
Plug in the Intel Compute Stick into another TV/monitor
Update the Graphics driver
Perform BIOS Recovery
If the issue still persists, contact Intel Customer Support for assistance.
