Unpacking and Installation
Although it is neither complicated to install nor difficult to operate your Pan/Tilt Zoom Controller, a
few minutes of your time is required to read this manual for a properly wired installation and
becoming familiar with its many features and how to use them. Please take a great care in unpack-
ing your set and do not discard the carton and other packing materials. They may be needed when
moving your set and are required if it ever becomes necessary to return your set for service.
Never place the unit near radiators, in front of heating vents, in excessively humid or dusty location
to avoid early damage and for your years of quality use. Connect your complementary components
as illustrated in the following page.

Quad screen display linkage with VQD-1204/VQD-1305.

1. AC INPUT
AC input cord terminal.
2. CONTROL SIGNAL OUTPUT TERMINAL
The signal controlled from front is transmitted to pan/tilt driver through these terminals.
3. EXT SELECT OUTPUT TERMINAL
It is for external channel selection connection with VSW-1208 or VQD-1204/VQD-1305. This
allows direct or binary output.
4. LENS VOLTAGE CONTROL SWITCH
External ±6V/±9V voltage selection for various zoom speed change.

- INSTALLATION AND WIRING
1. In case of using VSW-1208, please set the switch to EXT-SEL ON to control VSW-1208.
2. In case of using VSW-1208, please set the switch to CH-SEL ON to control full 8CH.
3. You may change the speed of zoom controlling the switch that is in rear panel to 6V tap.
4. Duration of relay is 100,000 times.
You would better replace over due relay for proper operation.
