La batería no debe ser reparada por el usuario
- No exponga la batería a llama abierta.
- No coloque el producto cerca de inflamables, esto puede conllevar a fuego o explosión en caso de accidente.
- No exponga o coloque la batería cerca de recursos hídricos.
- No almacene el producto en lugares directamente expuestos por la luz solar.
- Un área ventilada es altamente recomendada para manejar el producto.
- Almacene la batería en un lugar fresco y seco. No lo almacene en invernaderos ni en áreas de bodegaje de heno, paja, comida animal,
fertilizantes, productos vegetales o animales.
- Almacene el producto en una superficie plana fuera del alcance de animales o niños y en áreas donde el polvo y la suciedad sean mínimos.
- No desconecte, desarme o repare el equipo por personal no calificado. El servicio se debe realizar solamente por personal calificado.
- No deje caer, deforme, impacte, corte o penetre la unidad con objetos punzantes. Puede causar fuga de electrolitos o incendios.
- No toque el producto si se ha derramado algún líquido sobre él, habrá riesgo de choque eléctrico. Maneje la batería usando guantes aislados.
- No se pare sobre el producto o su empaque, puede dañar el equipo.
- No coloque objetos ajenos sobre la batería.
- No coloque la batería hacia abajo en el piso.
- No conecte terminales ánodo y cátodo de forma opuesta.
- No cargue o descargue una batería dañada.
- Si la batería se instala en un garaje, asegúrese de que el producto esté por encima de la altura del vehículo.
- La batería se debe instalar solamente en lugares interiores. Si se instala en exteriores, no deje que la batería se exponga directamente
a recursos hídricos o solares puesto que puede causar fenómeno de limitación de potencia en el equipo (con resultado de disminución
de producción de energía en el sistema), desgaste prematuro de componentes eléctricos/electromecánicos y mecánicos, reducción en la
operación, vida útil y posible daño de la batería.
- Solo use este producto con inversor y controlador MPPT recomendados por el fabricante

INTRODUCCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
El banco de baterías comprende múltiples baterías y un sofisticado BMS diseñado para prevenir daños que resulten de fallas específicas. Sin
embargo, no podemos garantizar la absoluta seguridad de la batería si no es manipulada correctamente.
Si un usuario se expone a materiales internos de la celda de batería debido a daños en la parte externa de la batería, se recomienda seguir las
siguientes acciones:
- Inhalación: retírese del área contaminada inmediatamente y busque atención médica.
- Contacto óptico: lávese los ojos con abundante agua durante 15 minutos y busque atención médica.
- Ingestión: induzca el vómito y busque atención médica.
Si se desata un incendio en el lugar donde la batería está instalada, tome las siguientes medidas:
- No se requiere respirador para operaciones normales
- Use extintor FM-200 o CO2
- Si se enciende una llama al cargar las baterías y es seguro hacerlo, apague el suich de las baterías.
- Si la batería no se está incendiando, extinga el incendio antes de que la batería entre el fuego.
- Si la batería se está incendiando, no trate de extinguir el fuego, evacúe el sitio inmediatamente.
: coloque la batería dañada dentro de un lugar segregado y llame al servicio local de bomberos.
: aléjese del agua y no toque nada en ninguna parte de la batería, el inversor o el cableado.
La guía, tareas y procedimientos acá descritos están dirigidos a trabajadores capacitados. Un trabajador capacitado se define como un eléctrico
o instalador entrenado y calificado que tiene las siguientes aptitudes y experiencias:
- Conocimiento de los principios funcionales y de la operación de sistemas aislados e interconectados a la red.
- Conocimiento de los peligros y riesgos asociados con la instalación y el uso de dispositivos eléctricos.
- Conocimiento de la instalación de dispositivos eléctricos.
- Conocimiento de precauciones de seguridad y buenas prácticas.
Este sistema de batería es un producto investigado y desarrollado de alta tecnología. Con su integración, miniaturización, peso ligero,
monitoreo centralizado independiente, mantenimiento y administración de la batería, conservación de energía y protección ambiental, se puede
usar ampliamente en equipos de acceso remoto, comunicaciones móviles, equipos de transmisión, almacenamiento doméstico y otras áreas
como almacenamiento de suministro de energía.
Asegúrese de que el equipo está apagado y que los cables están
desconectados mientras hace mantenimiento o servicio de la batería.
-La batería adopta LiFePO4 como material catódico; el ciclo de vida de celdas LiFePO4 puede alcanzar hasta 4000 veces RT 80% DOD, 5000
veces RT 60%DOD.
-El sistema adopta un alto rendimiento del BMS módulo de gestión de la batería. El BMS tiene la función de protección en corriente, voltaje y
temperatura, también permite la comunicación entre la batería y los equipos principales.
-La unidad de monitoreo automáticamente medirá la corriente de carga y descarga de la batería, el voltaje de carga o descarga, la temperatura
de superficie de una celda única.
-Función de apagado. Se encenderá una alarma si el voltaje de la batería es más bajo que el valor establecido en la alarma, cuando el voltaje es
muy bajo, se protegerá la batería apagando automáticamente el equipo.
-El sistema tiene una buena compatibilidad electromagnética.
-Instalación sencilla y flexible: interna.
-Aleación de aluminio y magnesio de alta calidad, anticorrosión, sustancial, duradera y práctica.
-Vida útil mayor de 12 años.
-Diseñada a prueba de polvo, salida CC segura y fiable.

No debe haber material inflamable o explosivo en los alrededores.
La temperatura ambiental recomendada debe estar entre el rango de -10 ~ 45°C.
La batería debe estar instalada en paredes verticales que puedan suportar el peso de la batería. El producto se debe instalar en interiores, no es
para exteriores.

El edificio debe estar diseñado para soportar terremotos.
Se debe instalar en lugares ventilados correctamente fuera del alcance de agua.
Instale el producto sobre una superficie lisa, vertical o en un gabinete de trabajo pesado adecuado para el sistema. Use los soportes y amarres
apropiados para mantener el peso de la batería.
Instale el producto fuera del alcance de niños y animales.
Si la temperatura ambiente está fuera del rango de operación de la batería, esta puede dejar de operar para proteger componentes
internos. El rango de temperatura de operación adecuada para la batería es de10°C a 30°C. Exposición frecuente a temperaturas
extremas pueden deteriorar el desempeño y la vida útil de la batería invalidando la garantía de esta.
Para una ventilación apropiada, se requiere un espacio adecuado para la instalación, el cableado y flujo de aire.
Basado en la característica de las celdas, se requiere un ambiente de transporte apropiado para las baterías LiFePO4 con la finalidad de proteger
la batería. La batería debe estar en un almacén seco limpio, techado y bien ventilado entre -20 C 35 C.
La batería debe almacenarse a 45~55% SOC durante su transporte.
El producto se puede adaptar a un camión, bote u otro tipo de transporte. Cuando se transporta debe siempre estar cubierta del sol y ser
manejada con cuidado durante su carga y descarga. Se debe evitar tirar, rodar o presionar la batería, así como impactos mecánicos, lluvia o nieve.
El almacenamiento del producto debe hacerse en un almacén seco, techado y limpio.
No se permiten gases dañinos o materiales inflamables, químicos corrosivos o productos explosivos dentro del almacén.
Para evitar impactos mecánicos, presión y efectos fuertes de campo magnético, evite luz directa del sol y de cualquier fuente de calor a una
distancia menor de 2m. La caja de la batería debe estar por lo menos 15cm sobre el piso. Si la batería va a ser almacenada durante períodos
mayores a 3 meses, debe ser cargada por lo menos una vez y por más de 12 meses debe chequear el producto conectándolo a un sistema para
comprobar su correcto funcionamiento..

El rango de torque para un terminal DC es de 9NM-12NM, y el torque nominal sugerido
es de 9NM. Un torque muy elevado puede causar que el tornillo se rompa.
Se sugiere que la batería se mantenga tan cerca posible del inversor o de la carga DC. El siguiente es el tamaño mínimo de cableado sugerido
para cableado DC de 1 metro de largo. Por favor aumente la sección trasversal del cableado para reducir pérdidas en caso de que el cableado DC
sea mayor a 1 metro de largo.
El desempeño de cualquier producto puede mejorar con cables de mayor sección transversal y distancias menores, así que, si tiene dudas,
redondee siempre hacia arriba y mantenga las distancias lo más cortas posibles.

Cualquier daño causado por las siguientes condiciones no se asume dentro de la garantía:
- Modificación de producto, cambio en el diseño o reemplazo de partes sin autorización.
- Cambios o intentos de reparación y borrado de número de serie o sello por personal no calificado.
- Diseño de sistema e instalación que no cumplan con estándares y regulaciones.
- Falla en cumplir con las regulaciones locales de seguridad.

For safety reasons, installers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the contents of this document and for following all warnings before
performing installation.
Over voltages or wrong wiring can damage the batteries and cause incineration, which can be extremely dangerous.
All types of product breakdown may lead to a leakage of electrolyte or flammable gas.
Avoid installing the battery bank where flammable materials are stored. Do not install it in places where explosive gas or chemicals are present.
The utility grid, solar input, and battery voltage must be disconnected from the battery bank wiring. Wiring must be carried out by a qualified
person.
The Pino batteries are not user serviceable
- Do not expose the battery to open flame.
- Do not place the product nearby flammables, this may lead to fire or explosion in case of accident.
- Do not expose or put the battery nearby water sources.
- It is highly recommended to have a ventilated area to handle the product.
- Store the battery in a cool and dry place. Do not store the batteries in greenhouses or storage areas for hay, straw, animal feed, fertilizers,
vegetables o fruits.
- Store the product on a flat surface out of the reach of children and animals and in places where the dust and dirt are minimal.
- Store the product where it should be minimal dust and dirt in the area.
- Do not touch the battery if there is liquid spilled in it, there is risk of electric shock. Handle the battery carefully wearing insulated gloves.
- Do not step on the battery or its package, it may be damaged.
- Do not place any foreign objects on the top of the battery bank.
- Do not put the battery bank upside down on the ground.
- Do not connect anode and cathode terminal blocks in an opposite direction.
- Do not charge or discharge a damaged battery.
- If the battery pack is installed in a garage, make sure that it is located above the height of the vehicle bumper.
- The battery must be installed only indoors. If installed outdoors, do not allow the battery to be exposed to direct sunlight and water source as
it may cause power limitation phenomenon in the battery (with a resulting decreased energy production by the system), premature wear of the
electrical/electromechanical components and mechanical components, reduction in performance, service life and possible damage of the battery
- Only use the product with supplier recommend inverter and MPPT solar charge controller.

PRODUCTINTRODUCTION
The battery bank comprises multiple batteries and a sophisticated BMS designed to prevent hazards resulting from specific failures. However,
the absolute safety if the battery is mishandled cannot be guaranteed.
If a user happens to be exposed to internal materials of the battery cell due to damage on the outer casing, the following actions are
recommended:
- Inhalation: leave the contaminated area immediately and seek medical attention.
- Eye contact: rinse your eyes with running water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
- Ingestion: induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
If a fire breaks out in the place where the battery pack is installed, perform the following countermeasures:
Fire extinguishing media:
- A respirator is not required for normal operations.
- Use FM-200 o CO2 extinguisher.
- If fire occurs when charging the battery and if it is safe to do so, power off the switch.
- If the battery pack is not on fire yet, extinguish the fire before the battery pack catches fire.
- If the battery pack is on fire, do not try to extinguish it but evacuate people immediately.
Effective ways to deal with accidents
- On land: place damaged battery into a segregated place and call the local fire department.
- In water: stay out of the water and do not touch anything if any part of the battery, inverter, or wiring is submerged.
This guide and the tasks and procedures described in it are intended for use by skilled workers only. A skilled worker is defined as a trained and
qualified electrician or installer who has all the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of the functional principles and the operation of on-grid and off-grid (backup) systems.
- Knowledge of the dangers and risks associated with installing and using electrical devices and acceptable mitigation methods.
- Knowledge of the installation of electrical devices.
- Knowledge of all safety precautions and best practices related to solar PV installations
This battery system is a high-tech researched and developed product by Inti. With its integration, miniaturization, light-weight, intelligent

Make sure all the power is off and the wires are disconnected while

There must be no flammable or explosive materials nearby.
The recommended ambient temperature should be within the range of -10 ~45°C.
The battery must be installed on walls that are upright and can support the battery weight.
The batteries must be installed indoor
The building should be designed to withstand earthquakes.

Install the battery on a flat wall, surface or heavy-duty cabinet.
Use proper supports, brackets and/or straps to handle the weight of the battery.

Based on the characteristics of the cells, a proper transport environment for the lithium LiFePO4 batteries is required in order to protect them.

The battery should be stored in 45~55% SOC during transportation.
The battery can be handled in a truck, boat or other type of transport. When transported, it must always be cover from the sun and be handled with
care during its charge and discharge. Throwing, rolling or pushing the battery as mechanical, rain or snow impacts should always be avoided.
The storage of the battery must be in an indoor, clean and dry warehouse.
Harmful gases or flammable materials, corrosive chemicals and explosive products are not allowed near the batteries.
As it avoid mechanical impacts, pressure and hard magnetic field effects, keep the battery away from the sunlight and any source of heat at a
2m distance at least. The battery box should at least be 15cm high above the ground. If the battery is going to be stored for longer periods than 3
months, it must be charged at least once and if the storage is for longer than 12 months periods, the battery must be checked out connecting it to a
system in order to test its correct performance.

CAUTION!
If the ambient temperature is outside the battery's operating range, the battery may stop operating to protect
internal components. The proper operating temperature range for the battery is 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F).
Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures may deteriorate the performance and life of the battery and void
the battery warranty.

To install the batteries, the following tools are required:

This product is heavy and challenging to lift. Lift handles are recommended.
Make sure that the inverter AC and DC connections are turned off before connecting the power cable to the battery bank.

The torque rating range for the DC terminals is 9NM-12NM, and the suggested torque is
9NM. Over torqueing may cause the bolt to break
t is suggested that the batteries are kept as close as possible to the inverter or DC load. The following is a suggested wiring option for 1meter
DC cable. Please find the following minimum wire size, in case of having DC cables longer than 1m, please increase the cross section of the
cable to reduce the losses.
Performance of any product can be improved by thicker and shorter cables, so if in doubt, round up and keep the length as short as possible.
