determine your exercise level. The intelligent program will then automatically
adjust the level as your strength improves over time. Let KegelSmart™guide
you through each contraction with gentle vibrations for the easiest and most
effective pelvic floor workout.
This product is intended for personal use by adult women. The user
must be able to read the user manual. No modification of this equipment
is allowed.

that are 100% waterproof, made from medical grade silicone and backed
by a full 1-year warranty.
Activate warranty
To activate your warranty, nd your warranty number on the barcode
attached to this manual. Then visit www.intimina.com and click on
Customer Care on the top right side of the page. Click on Warranty and
follow the activation instructions.
Warranty terms and conditions
Intimina warrants this device for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of
original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
If you discover a defect and notify Intimina during the warranty period,
Intimina will, at its discretion, replace the KegelSmart™free of charge.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the
KegelSmart™. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear
and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to
open or take apart the KegelSmart™will void the warranty.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the
date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty,
please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty
conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

How to use your KegelSmart™
Inserting the battery
KegelSmart™uses one AAA-battery (1.5V, non-rechargable). To insert a battery,
unscrew the end cap and insert the battery with the + at the top. One AAA-
battery should last about 200 regular exercise routines. If the device fails to turn
on, or there is a drop in vibration intensity, the battery should be changed. If
the device will not be used for a long period, the batteries should be removed.
Turning on and off
To turn on KegelSmart™press the Obutton. KegelSmart™will turn off
automatically at the end of each routine. To manually turn off, press and hold
the O button until the LED light turns off. KegelSmart™is continuous operation
(once turned on device will operate until end of routine and then turn off).

Getting started How to position KegelSmart™
Always wash the device before and after each use to ensure complete hygiene,
it is 100% waterproof. Find a comfortable position for your exercise. Most
women nd reclining or lying down best. Lubricate the device to allow for
easy insertion.
Turn the device on by pressing the Obutton; the exercise routine will
start automatically after 30 seconds.
Fully insert the device into your vagina, keeping the retraction cord
outside the body.
You will feel a series of 3 quick vibrations which will signal the start of
the exercise routine.

PRECAUTIONS: If you have conrmed you are pregnant or have given
birth within the past 12 months, consult your health care provider about
the safety of exercising with KegelSmart™. Use only as directed - inserted
vaginally to guide you through pelvic floor exercising. Don’t use if you
have symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease, pelvic infection or any
inflammation of the pelvic area.

How to exercise with KegelSmart™
When you feel the vibration, lift and squeeze your pelvic floor muscles,
hold the contraction for the duration of the vibration.
When the vibration stops, release your pelvic floor muscles and rest.
Just 2 simple steps:

Each exercise routine will begin with a warm-up of short contract-rest
motions; followed by the main workout of longer contract-rest motions
suited to your pelvic floor strength level. Routines are between 3 and 5
minutes long.
A series of 3 quick vibrations will signify the end of the exercise routine and
the device will turn off automatically.
To remove your trainer, relax your pelvic muscles, grip the retraction cord and
slowly pull out the device.

For best results, complete one KegelSmart™exercise routine daily.
Once you have reached your goal you can maintain your pelvic floor
strength by exercising a few times a week. If you experience any
discomfort, remove the exerciser immediately. If discomfort continues
to occur, consult your health care provider. Daily kegel exercising
should never exceed 60 minutes.

Progressing to the next level
KegelSmart™will progress you through 5 levels, each with an exercise
routine designed to build both muscle strength and tone. At each use,
KegelSmart™will have selected a level for you based on the contraction
strength it registered in the previous session. KegelSmart™will adjust the
level up, or down, based on your performance.
How to check your level
Each time you turn on KegelSmart™, an LED light located above the O
button will flash to indicate your current level of pelvic strength: 1 flash for
level 1, 5 flashes for level 5. Turn on the device at any time to check your
progress and then turn off manually before the routine begins.

or purpose-made products such as our Intimate Accessory Cleaner. Never
use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol or acetone as they may interfere
with your body’s natural balance and damage the silicone of the trainer.
Store in the provided antibacterial pouch.
Intimina recommends a water-based lubricant, such as Intimina’s Feminine
Moisturizer. Avoid using a silicone-based lubricant as this could make the
silicone permanently sticky.

remplacera votre KegelSmart™gratuitement.
La garantie couvre les parties qui sont relatives au fonctionnement du
KegelSmart™. Elle ne couvre pas les dégradations cosmétiques dues à une
mauvaise utilisation, un accident ou un manque d’entretien. La garantie
s’annule dès lors que KegelSmart™a été ouvert ou tenté de l’être.
Toute réclamation pendant la période de garantie doit comporter la preuve
que l’objet est toujours couvert par la garantie. Veuillez donc conserver le
reçu original de l’achat avec les conditions de garantie durant la période
de garantie.

Utilisation de votre KegelSmart™
Insérer la pile
KegelSmart™fonctionne avec une pile AAA (1,5V, non rechargeable). Pour
insérer la pile, dévissez l’extrémité amovible et insérez la pile avec le signe +
vers le haut. Une pile AAA devrait vous permettre d’effectuer environ 200 séries
d’exercices pour une utilisation régulière. Si l’appareil ne s’allume pas ou si
vous remarquez une baisse d’intensité des vibrations, la pile doit alors être
changée. Si l’appareil ne va pas être utilisé pendant une longue période, la pile
devrait être enlevée.
Allumer et éteindre l’appareil
Pour allumer votre KegelSmart™appuyez sur le bouton O. KegelSmart™ s’éteint
automatiquement à la n de chaque séance d’exercices. Pour l’éteindre
manuellement, maintenez le bouton Oenfoncé jusqu’à ce que le voyant
lumineux soit éteint. KegelSmart™fonctionne de façon continue (une fois allumé,
il fonctionnera jusqu’à la n de la séance et s’éteindra automatiquement).

Commencer Positionner KegelSmart™
Pour une hygiène parfaite, nettoyez systématiquement l’appareil (qui est 100%
étanche) avant et après chaque utilisation. Trouvez une position confortable
pour effectuer vos exercices. Beaucoup de femmes préfèrent la position
allongée. Lubriez l’appareil pour une insertion facile.
Allumez l’appareil en appuyant sur le bouton O, la séance d’entraînement
commencera automatiquement au bout de 30 secondes.
Insérez l’appareil dans le vagin, tout en laissant le cordon de retrait à
l’extérieur.
Vous sentirez ensuite 3 vibrations rapides indiquant que la séance va
commencer.

PRÉCAUTIONS : Si vous êtes enceinte ou si vous avez accouché dans
les 12 derniers mois, consultez votre médecin pour vous assurer que
vous pouvez utiliser KegelSmart™. Utiliser uniquement comme indiqué
(voie vaginale). Cessez l’utilisation si vous ressentez les symptômes

Effectuer ses exercices avec KegelSmart™
Lorsque vous sentez les vibrations, contractez vos muscles pelviens vers
le haut et maintenez la contraction jusqu’à ce que les vibrations s’arrêtent.
Lorsque les vibrations s’arrêtent, relâchez vos muscles et détendez-vous.
En seulement 2 étapes :

Chaque séance débute par une série de “contractions/temps de repos”
rapides pour échauffer les muscles. La séance se poursuit avec une série de
“contractions/temps de repos” plus longs, adaptée à votre niveau. Chaque
séance dure entre 3 et 5 minutes.
3 vibrations rapides vous indiqueront la n de la séance et l’appareil
s’éteindra automatiquement.
Pour retirer votre appareil, détendez vos muscles pelviens, saisissez le
cordon de retrait et tirez lentement.

Pour de meilleurs resultats, effectuez une séance d’entraînement
chaque jour avec KegelSmart™. Lorsque vous aurez atteint votre
objectif, vous pourrez maintenir votre force périnéale en vous entraînant
que quelques jours par semaine. Si vous ressentez une sensation
d’inconfort, retirez immédiatement l’appareil. Si cette gêne persiste,
veuillez consulter votre médecin. L’entraînement aux exercices de
Kegel ne doit jamais dépasser 60 minutes par jour.

Progresser à travers les niveaux
KegelSmart™vous guidera à travers ses 5 niveaux, chacun correspondant
à une série d’exercices spécialement conçue pour améliorer votre tonus
et force musculaire. À chaque utilisation, KegelSmart™aura sélectionné un
niveau d’exercice en fonction de la force de contraction enregistrée lors de
votre précédente séance. KegelSmart™peut vous faire évoluer au niveau
supérieur ou inférieur selon vos performances.
Comment connaître votre niveau
À chaque fois que vous allumez KegelSmart™, un voyant lumineux située
au-dessus du bouton Oclignote pour indiquer votre niveau : elle clignote
1 fois pour le niveau 1 et 5 fois pour le niveau 5. Pour connaître le
niveau auquel vous vous trouvez sans commencer une série d’exercices,
allumez l’appareil, comptez le nombre de clignotements puis éteignez-le
manuellement avant que le programme ne commence.

Conseils
Lavez votre appareil systématiquement avant et après chaque utilisation
avec un savon antibactérien ou un produit prévu à cet effet. Ne jamais
utiliser de nettoyants contenant de l’alcool, du pétrole ou de l’acétone
car ils peuvent modier l’équilibre naturel de votre corps et endommager
le silicone de votre appareil. Rangez votre produit dans la pochette de
rangement antibactérienne fournie.
Intimina recommande l’utilisation d’un lubriant à base d’eau. Évitez d’utiliser
un lubriant à base de silicone car il pourrait rendre le silicone collant.

KegelSmart™utiliza sensores táctiles para registrar tu capacidad muscular

Deja que KegelSmart™te indique cuándo apretar, a través de suaves
vibraciones, para obtener el entrenamiento pélvico más sencillo y ecaz.

Cómo usar tu KegelSmart™
Colocación de la pila
KegelSmart™utiliza una pila AAA (1,5V no recargable). Para colocarla,
desenrosca la tapa e introduce la pila tal como se indica en el diagrama dentro
del dispositivo. Si la pila AAA es nueva, debería durar aproximadamente 200
rutinas de ejercicio. Si el dispositivo no enciende o notas que la intensidad de la
vibración disminuye, debes cambiar la pila. Si el dispositivo no va a ser utilizado
de forma continua, es importante quitarle las pilas.
Encendido y apagado
Para encender KegelSmart™ pulsa el botón O. KegelSmart™se apagará
automáticamente al nal de cada rutina. Para apagarlo manualmente, mantén
pulsado el botón Ohasta que la bombilla LED se apague. KegelSmart™tiene
función continua (una vez encendido, permanecerá activo hasta el nal de la
rutina y después se apagará de forma automática).
