The IonChi™ Foot Spa (Series #5 Mode ) is a se f-
contained ionic water detoxification system that
c eanses your body from the inside ike no other de-
tox system. It is easy to use and requires no special train-
ing to perform. It is an ion generating device which uses
electricity, stainless steel electrodes, salt and water to create
a healthy and nourishing ionic bath. It is used to cleanse,

One Year Warranty
This warranty covers the original consumer purchaser only
and is not transferable. It covers products that fail to func-
tion properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE due to defects in
material or workmanship. Your product will be repaired at
no charge for parts or labor for a period of one year.
What is Not Covered by Warranty?
This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions not
resulting from defects in material or workmanship and dam-
ages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including
but not limited to, repair by unauthorized parties, tamper-
ing, and modification or accident. The warranty covers the
main unit only and does NOT cover the power cord or wrist
strap. Return shipping for repairs will be at the customers
expense. Shipping back to the customer will be paid by Kraft
Global, LLC.

You may return the unit within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund minus a $49 restocking fee plus the cost of non-
returnable items (arrays). Return shipping and insurance is
the responsibility of the buyer.
Arrays are non-returnable items and if a unit is returned you
will be charged a discounted rate of $ 4.94 for each array.
We do not accept returns of arrays for health reasons. Please
DO NOT ship any arrays with returns as they are unusable
once received by a customer (even if they are not used).
*When shipping back a unit please be sure to include all
components except for arrays.

turn before shipping your return. Please include your name,
phone number and date of purchase. Once confirmed, you
will receive a RMA# to return the unit along with shipping

HOW TO READ THE SCREEN

The IonChi™ Foot Spa
Step-by-Step Instructions
The IonChi™ Detoxification foot spa is programmed
by defau t for a 30 minute session and wi a ternate
between negative and positive charges throughout
the duration of the session. The patented 70/30 ioniz-
ing program has been tested for maximum ionization of the
water and the ultimate health benefit to the user.
Step1: Insert power cord and array into corresponding
jacks on the side and back of the main unit. Plug the power
cord into your wall jack.
Step 2: Get your salt and have it ready nearby to salt the
water. Fill your plastic basin with tap water about half way.
Step 3: Place the array and your feet into basin and turn
the power on by pressing the black power button on the back
of the machine.
Step 4: Press enter, and your session will begin on mode 3.
Now read the "E=" on the bottom right of screen and add
salt until it reads between "E = 2.0 & 2.4" and you are ready.
E=2.4 is the optima setting for comp ete ionization.
*Add the sa t s ow y and give it about 30 seconds to
pick up the sa t reading.
IMPORTANT: If too much salt is added to the water the
machine may read "EnergyOver". This is because the con-
ductivity of the water is too high due to "over salting" the
water. In this case please discard the water and start over
with fresh water.

Troub e Shooting:
If your machine is giving you an message “Circuit Error” it
is because there is a disconnect between you and the ma-
chine and the water.
P ease check the fo owing:
. The power cord is connected securely to the unit.
2. The array may be disconnected from the machine or be
faulty so check the cord first and if that doesn’t work then try
using another array. If the array is faulty please discard the
array and do not attempt to use it again. If it is not the array
it has to be one of the above issues or the motherboard has
malfunctioned.
3. If you have checked all of the above and taken the neces-
sary steps to pinpoint the issue without success then please
contact customer service. If you are within the year war-
ranty window you may schedule a return for repairs or re-
placement.
If you hear something ratt ing around inside the
main unit: Occasionally hardened glue used to secure wire
connections inside the unit can come free. This will not af-
fect performance. In this instance you may be required to
remove the six bottom feet and screws and remove the loose
piece from the unit housing. Please call customer service if
your are apprehensive to open your machine and we can
walk your through this simple procedure.

Frequency of Use:
Adults under 50 yrs of age - once every other day for 2 weeks
and then take two weeks off.
Adults 50 yrs of age or older - once every 3 days for 2 weeks
and then take two weeks off.
*Like anything else, moderation is good and over indulgence
is bad. Do NOT detox for more than 3 consecutive days and
do NOT detox more than 2 times per day.
Usage of the IonChi™ is NOT recommended for:
-Children under age 5.
-Persons with a Pacemaker or any other battery-operated or
electrical implant.
-Person who is on heartbeat regulating medication;
-Pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers.
-Organ transplant recipients.
-Persons having an organ removed, especially the colon.
-Persons taking a medication, the absence of which would
mentally or physically incapacitate them, e.g., psychotic epi-
sodes, seizures, et cetera.
There may be other situations in which you should not use
this unit. Please consult your health care provider if you are
uncertain.
How to C ean the
IonChi™ Universa Foot Spa Arrays
Array C eaning Instructions :
Be sure to C ean your array after each use.
Clean with mild soap and water. You can use a soft brush if
necessary. You may also soak in white vinegar; soak in
00% white vinegar for 0 minutes or soak in 50/50 water
and vinegar for 30 minutes.
If you have more than one person using the array, you can
soak in a hospital grade disinfectant for 0 to 30 minutes,
rinse with water and let air dry.
Note: You can take the top off the array to clean the inside
but be very careful not to damage the attached wires.

Arrays erode and break down with continued use and will
need to be replaced.
Customers report ranges from 35 - 55 uses per array with the
average array lifespan being (40) 30 minute sessions per ar-
ray. To keep track of use you can view how many
sessions you have used on your IonChi unit; with the
power off, press and hold the arrow up key and ENT key on
the unit and then turn the unit on. The reading will display
the total number of sessions plus the total number of min-
utes.

Water:
Tap water is suitable for your foot spa treatment. Most all
water that comes from a public tap has its own impurities
which due to the electrolysis are separated or recombined
from their original state of soluble suspension in the water.
Common tap water can contain varying amounts of sus-
pended solids. These impurities are found in very small and
safe amounts in tap water. In the presence of electrolysis,
these impurities clump together to such a size as to be visi-
ble. Highly filtered waters such as reverse osmosis, distilled,
and drinking often produce much less color and seem to
have lower visual activity. They are also not very conductive
and require more salt. These types of waters are not the best
choice to produce the ionization in the most efficient way.
A oy content:
All the array plates, rings, etc. on the market are made of an
alloy of stainless steel. The process of electrolysis does lots of
recombining of molecules. The stainless steel has electrolytic
reactions with the actual water, the sea salts, and suspended
solids in the water. As the plates break down they recombine
with the solids to come out of a soluble state and appear to
the eye as debris. The composition of the chosen alloy stains
these items and creates a multitude of colors.
Sea Sa t
Sea salt is an integral part of the process. First, it allows for
control of the conductivity of the water, more salt, more cur-
rent; the user can control the rate with the level in the bath.
Secondly, its structure allows for the saturation of the bath
with ionization. Without the salt, the bath will produce elec-
trolysis but will often not saturate with ionization.
