Safety Instructions
Before installing and using the treatment bed, carefully read the instruction
manual and ensure that all directions and instructions contained are fully
understood. It includes important safety information for installation, operation and
maintenance!
If the bed is used for any purpose other than that for which it was designed and as
described in this instruction manual, such use will invalidate the manufacturers
warranty and guarantee!
The control unit may only be opened by the manufacturer or by an expert
approved and authorised by the manufacturer.
When unpacked, check the contents of the delivery to ensure that all parts have
been included and that nothing has been damaged during transit. In the event of
any doubt, please contact our customer service department.
Never use the bed with a damaged mains power supply cable. Do not jam or kink
the cable and do not allow it to rest on any hot object (e.g. radiator, lamp, etc)!
If the mains cable is damaged in any way, immediately disconnect the bed from
the mains power supply. Please consult our customer service department before
using again.
Before connecting to the mains power supply ensure that the voltage (V) shown
on the type plate corresponds with the power supply available!
Under no circumstances may the mains plug be disconnected from the socket
with wet hands. Never attempt to remove the plug from the socket by pulling the
connecting cable!
Do not use in damp surroundings and do not splash with liquid!
In the event of any liquid or foreign body entering the inner of the control unit,
immediately disconnect the bed from the mains power supply! Please consult our

Fields of Use
The IONTO-COMFORT XTENSION treatment bed is a fully automatic treatment bed
which provides the highest level of operating and seating comfort. The bed is
available in two versions: One version offers four powerful motors to adjust seat
height and tilt angle, backrest and leg-rest. A second version offers 5 motors to
additionally adjust the seat depth electrically. This means especially for taller persons
a better distribution of body weight on the thighs and thereby maximum seat comfort.
The adjustment of the seat depth is done with a switch.
The settings are made with a programmable manual control. Three memory settings
are available to store individual treatment positions. The 4-motor bed is available with
or without integrated memory function. Head and footrest are extendable. The lowest
seat entry as well as the tiltable arm rests offer a comfortable entry to the treatment
bed. Furthermore two casters enable an easy movement of the bed.
The treatment bed IONTO-COMFORT XTENSION can be used for all types of facial,
body, footcare and massage treatments.
