Configuring a DID for FAX service
Log into the PBX
Go to providers
Choose either a) SIP Providers or b) Hardware Trunks (this is determined by what
provider you want to associate your DID FAX number with)
a) if using a T1 line choose your associated card and select add a line
b) if using a SIP provider choose edit on the proper associated provider
At the bottom of the page add your DID number (for detailed information
on adding a DID please refer to the PBX documentation)
Under the destination drop down list for you DID choose the extension created
for the user on the IPR20 that will be connected to the FAX machine
Set the destination and Save Changes > Apply Changes
