precautions and safe operating practice.
Hazards regarding the machine have been discussed with the Customer.
The Customer has been trained in the safe set-up and adjustment of the machine.
All machine guards and safety devices have been identified and their importance discussed with
the Customer.
All warning and safety decals on the machine have been identified and their meaning discussed with the
Customer.
The Customer has been instructed and understands the design capabilities, limitations and capacity of the
machine.
The Customer has been instructed on the lubrication, daily checks and maintenance requirements of the
machine.
The Customer has been trained in the safe operation of all machine controls.
The Customer has been trained in the safe transport of the machine.
The Customer has been trained in the safe attaching and removal of the machine from the tractor.
The Customer has the dealer contact details to obtain any further operating and safety advice.
The Customer understands that the fixing of ancillary items or non genuine attachments to the
machine or the modification of the machine in anyway may render the machine less safe, and that
advice of the Dealer should be obtained prior to such changes.
The Customer confirms a thorough review of the Operating Manual will be undertaken before
operating the machine and that the same will be done by any subsequent operator not present at the
installation
The machine is run up to operating speed and The Customer confirms that the machine runs smoothly and
without any vibration
The Customer is confident in operating the machine in a safe and competent manner.
