Safety Precautions Tips for Long-term Use
•Always use low to medium heat.
•Do not cool suddenly, such as by pouring water onto product
immediately after cooking.
•Do not drop, bump, or subject product to impact.
•Do not heat while empty.
•Do not cut food or use sharp tools inside the pan to avoid
damaging the non-stick coating.
•Avoid metal utensils. Using heat-resistant plastic, silicone or
wood utensils is recommended.
•Do not leave food in this product for a long period of time after
cooking to prevent corrosion of the grill pan.
•Wash and dry after each use to prevent residue from
deteriorating the coating.
•Store in a cool, dry place.
Cleaning and Maintenance
•Hand-washing the product is always recommended for optimized
non-stick performance.
•Allow to cool before washing with water and mild detergent to
remove any residue.
•If food gets stuck, soak in warm water before washing.
•To protect the non-stick coating, do not use metal scrubbers,
harsh abrasives, or corrosives on the product.
•Do not use knives, etc. to remove scorch marks.
•Dry thoroughly before storing away.
Silicone Handles
•Do not use with products other than this one.
•Do not use in an oven or microwave.
•Do not use near fire.
For Best Results:
•Use over low to medium heat for optimum cooking results and
product longevity.
•Place the pan at the center of the stove to adjust the heat according
to the dish you are making.
• Make sure that the handles and glass lid are not directly exposed
to fire.
Using a Gas Stove
For Best Results:
• Always use low to medium heat to prevent deformation and damage
to the non-stick coating.
• The grill pan should be placed in the center of the induction
cooktop. Avoid moving.
• Do not use the grill pan if the bottom is deformed. The sensor of
the induction cooktop may be unable to detect the grill pan.
• Do not use stain- or scratch-resistant covers for induction cooktops.
• A vibrating sound like a buzz may be heard during cooking. This is
not a malfunction. Try changing the position of the grill pan or
adjusting the heat.
Using an Induction Cooktop
•Do not subject the glass lid to impact or sudden temperature
changes to prevent injury or damage of the product.
•Do not use the glass lid with different cookware.
•Do not use the glass lid in the refrigerator, freezer, microwave, or
oven.
•The glass lid of this product is not fully airtight.
•Although this product is designed to reduce the amount of smoke,
it may still be emitted depending on the cooking method.
