Dear Customer,
for a proper use of the DOSABOX, we invite you to read carefully this manual before installing the
machinery.
Please make sure that the model meets the specifications required and that all the accessories are
included.
If something shouldnʼt match, please contact the IRRITEC, or your retailer as soon as possible.
1) INSTALLATION
We recommend you to locate the DOSABOX on a solid and flat ground, sheltered from the cold and
from direct light to prevent deterioration of the electrical and hydraulic components..
Fertilizer tanks must be placed at the same height of the pre-mixing tank..
The connecting pipes between the fertilizer tanks and injection group must be of the same length.
1.1 Connection to the main line
The DOSABOX must be connected to the irrigation network with a by-pass system (through a
derivation from the main line) using the two 1” threaded male. (See the installation diagram
attached)
It is recommended to assemble the included 1” filter on the inlet derivation of water to the venturi
injectors as per attached diagram.
!! NB: We recommend to install the DOSABOX after the main
filtering system.
1.2 Fertilizer tanks connection
- Equip the tanks with check filter and connect them to the injection group through pipes not
subject to corrosive action.
- Connect the tanks to the DOSABOX using the suitable fittings and tie the pipe with a clamp.
