tionproduct(“Product"),fromanauthorisedIrwinScienceEducationreseller.
(“Reseller”),thattheProductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship("Defects"),foraperiodoffiveyears
fromthedatetheProductwaspurchasedfromIrwinScienceEducation
directorviaauthorisedreseller.Subjecttothetermsandconditionsindicatedbelow.
- IrwinScienceEducationwillrepairorreplacesuchProductorpartthereofwhich,uponinspectionbyIrwinScience
Education,isfoundtobedefective,despitetheProductnothavingbeensubjectedtoImproperActivity(definedbelow).

actofvandalism;
RepairoralterationbyanyoneotherthanaReseller:Useofadditionalcomponentsorothercomponentsthatarenotsuit-
ableandgenuineIrwinScienceEducationcomponents;
Useinanon-educationalteachingenvironment.
- AlltheforegoingasdeterminedbyIrwinScienceEducation,initssolejudgment.
-InstructionsandrecommendationsforcorrectuseofIrwinproductsarewithintheoriginalproductinstructionsor
availablefordownloadfromwww.irwinscienceeducation.com.
-IrwinScienceEducation’ssoleobligationunderthislimitedwarrantyistorepairorreplace,atIrwinScienceEducation’s
solediscretionanyProductand/orProductcomponentfoundbyIrwinScienceEducationtohaveDefects.Thislimited
warrantydoesnotgrantanyotherrightsorgiverisetoanyotherobligation,orabsolvePurchaseroftheresponsibilityto
employanyothersuitablemeasures,bywhatevermeans,includinginsurance,againsttheriskofpersonalinjuryor
damagetoproperty.

labourcostsassociatedwiththeproductanditsinstallationprocess.Inordertofacilitatethewarrantyserviceand
enableIrwinScienceEducationtodetermineentitlementunderthiswarranty,Purchasermustfirsthavecompletedthe
onlineproductregistrationregistrationformwithin1monthoftheoriginalproductpurchasedate,withproofof
purchasefromaResellerviatheprintedproductregistrationcardsuppliedoronlineat
www.irwinscienceeducation.com.Allshipping,handlingorotherincidentaland/orrelatedchargesarefullypayableby
thepurchaseronlyandarenotincludedinthislimitedwarranty.Itemsexcluded/limitedfromthiswarranty,Screws,Nuts,
Bolts,Normalwearandtear,Cleaningwithcleaningdetergents,Improperhandlingandmisuse.
