2. ASSEMBLY
Assembly is done by screwing on the screen hinges Place the screen with the hinges on the frame, mark the place for
bolts (holes for the hinge screws can be pre-drilled). Then screw.
PARTS IN THE STANDARD DOOR SCREEN PACKAGE:
door hinges x 3, magnetic locks x2, handles x 1
hinge screws 4 x 25, magnet screws 3 x 10, TEX magnet screw 3.5 x 13, cutting rivets for handles.
When the screw dimensions are greater than 2000 x 800mm, we can supply 3 hinges and 2 magnets. Hinges are pre-
stressed during manufacturing. If we have a request for greater pre-stressing, it is necessary to press out the pin of the
hinge, turn the hexagon with the 6mm Allen wrench 6 mm clockwise and press the upper part of the hinge back into the
hexagon.
