Plug in the red wires onto the connectors at the same position on the fans
Connect the connectors on power cord and red wires. The connectors are interchargeable.
Take off eight scerws which are indicated by red circles

After you take off one side, you should have four screws and one piece of panel. The
panel located inside the rack, so while unscrewing, you might want to have your hand
inside the rack to catch the panel when it falls.
Put the fan on the top of fan guard, and then secure the fans onto the rack with screw,
washers, and nuts. Make sure the side with sticker needs to face up!

Screws go from top of the rack and washers/nuts go to the bottom of fan guard inside the
rack, and then use screw driver to secure the fans on the rack.
