- arrange the unbraided pairs in such a way that a flat layer of parallel
conductors is formed in the order of colors corresponding to the selected cable
termination scheme;
- unbraid twisted pairs of conductors. Pairs are unbraided up to the edge of
the cable sheath. It is not required to strip the insulation of the conductive core;
- insert the conductors through the connector. The cable sheath should
extend into the connector housing at least 5 mm.;
- to connect the conductors with the connector knives, use a special tool for
crimping the cable - the FPS crimper;
- insert the connector with the cable into the recess located on the working
surface of the crimping tool and crimp the cable by pressing the tool handles. In
this case, the contacts protruding from the connector housing will be cut off by
the tool.
Warranty period of operation of the product is 1 year from the date of sale, if
the consumer observes the rules for operation, transportation and storage.
Maintenance
Connector is non-repairable products and in case of failure after the warranty
period has expired, they should be disposed of.
Storage of products is carried out in the manufacturer's package in enclosed
spaces with natural ventilation at an ambient temperature of 0 ºC to plus 40 ºC.
The upper value of the relative air humidity is 98 % at 25 ºÑ.
ATTENTION
Endurance of connector – 750 connection cycles.
Connector is disposable products and cannot be re-crimped.
The service life of connector is at least 10 years. Dispose the product at the
end of its service life.
Current maintenance
Connector do not require maintenance during operation.
Transportation of products is allowed in the manufacturer's package by any
type of covered transport that protects the packed product from mechanical
damage at temperatures from 0 ºC to plus 40 ºC.
Transportation, storage and disposal
Dispose the connector by transferring to specialized recycling companies.
