Symptom Possible Reason Corrective Action
Power Supply
The power supply is not
working/responding to pushing buttons
1. Control panel is damaged
2. Power switch & PCB are
damaged
3. Power supply is unplugged
1. Replace control panel
2. Replace power switch & PCB
3. Check to ensure power supply
cord is plugged in
LED Indicators
All three LED indicators on power
supply are flashing The cleaner has finished current cycle Power off the cleaner
Only one LED indicator on the power
supply is flashing The cleaner is running automatically No action required
LED indicators are not flashing/not
working even after selecting cycle
setting
Control panel is damaged Replace control panel
Movement
Cleaner is floating on the surface of the
water, not sinking to/staying on pool
floor
Cleaner was deployed without exhausting
the air inside it completely
Deploy the cleaner only after exhausting
the air inside it completely
Cleaner will only travel halfway across
pool, then stops completely
1. Nozzle is on backwards, causing
friction between impeller and
water channel, which warns
cleaner to stop
2. Power unit has failed
3. Motor has failed
4. Cable is broken
1. Reinstall nozzle
2. Replace power switch & PCB
3. Replace motor
4. Replace cable
Cleaner stops/gets stuck at walls/stairs Toothed clutch between impeller and

Symptom Possible Reason Corrective Action
Cleaning Performance
Cleaner is not picking up dirt/debris Filter is clogged Rinse filter
Cleaner picks up dirt, then scatters
debris across pool
Cover is not fastened onto the body
properly, allowing debris to re-enter the
water and/or when the cleaner is lifted
out of water
Ensure cover is fastened onto the body
before use, and lift cleaner carefully out
of water after use
Nozzle Settings
Nozzles are difficult to adjust Nozzle is damaged or installed
improperly Replace or reset nozzle
What nozzle settings are best for my
pool? See Corrective Action
1. Default nozzle settings applies
to most pools
2. Increase the angle if cleaner
does not cover entire pool
3. Decrease angle if cord begins to
tangle
