Part I Preparations before Usage
1-1. Precautions before Usage
◎Please charge the battery before using for the first time.
Charging instruction: when the battery symbol appears on the upper left of the screen, it
indicates that the power nearly runs out. Please recharge as soon as possible. Once
the indicator turns green from red, it indicates that the recharging is completed, which
takes about 8 hours. Avoid using before recharging is completed.
◎Be sure to select proper power supply before using, where a separate power outlet will
help avoid being interfered.
Select a flat and ◎stable installation site.
◎Avoid an operation environment where the scale will be exposed to strong wind,
vibration and electromagnetic wave. (e.g. air inlet of air conditioner or fan, or near heavy-duty
machines).
Please select an environment where the temperature is maintained within 0◎℃~ 40 , ℃
avoid drastic temperature change.
15◎-minute preheating is required before usage.
Please select 110~240 VAC±10% 50/60HZ,6V4Ah BATTERY. Improper battery or ※
connection may cause system damage or other adverse effects.

3-2 Relation between LOAD-CELL Output & Input Sensitivity
If the input accuracy of JWI600 display is higher than 0.13uv/D, it indicates that
every one scale the accuracy changes, the required output voltage of load cell shall
be more than 0.13uv/D. For the platform design, the output voltage of LOAD-CELL
must match with the input accuracy of weight display unit, so the final design must
conform to the following formats. The accuracy should be as large as possible so as
to ensure stable performance of platform.
Using one LOAD-CELL:
Format: 0.13≦【 (5000 ×B ×D)÷A 】
A: Rated load of LOAD-CELL (CAP.) B: Rated output of LOAD-CELL (mV/V)
D:Minimum scale
N: Quantity of LOAD-CELL
5000: Voltage of LOAD-CELL supplied by
the display unit
5V=5000mV
For lever LOAD-CELL, lever ratio should be taken into consideration.
Using N LOAD-CELLs:
Format: 0.13≦【 (5000 ×B ×D)÷(A×N) 】
A: Rated load of LOAD-CELL (CAP.) B: Rated output of LOAD-CELL (mV/V)
D: Minimum scale
N: Quantity of LOAD-CELL
5000: Voltage of LOAD-CELL supplied by
the display unit
5V=5000mV
For lever LOAD-CELL, lever ratio should be taken into consideration.
Example
The rated load of Load-cell is 750kg and the rated output is 3mV/v.
The requirement of platform scale: maximum weighing capacity is 300kg an
d
minimum accuracy is 0.05kg.
PAGE
JADEVER
http:www.jadever.com.tw
9

The following conclusion can be made:
0.13
≦【 (5000 ×3 ×0.05)÷750 】
From the above-mentioned, we can learn that A=750, B=3, D=0.05, N=1,
which meets the requirement of input sensitivity, so such match is ok.
