IMPORTANT INFO
The REFRESH UNIT must be installed and connected by an ap-
proved installer in accordance with these installation instructions
and the applicable national and local regulations. Read this
manual carefully to ensure the device will be installed properly.
Please follow these instructions and file them somewhere safe!
The device must always be accessible so maintenance can be
performed. Fully complying with the contents of this manual is the
only way to ensure that failures are prevented and the device will
work correctly.
The guarantee will be void when:
• malfunctions or damage occur due to non-compliance with the installation, cleaning, or usage
instructions provided by the manufacturer.
• the device is used or handled in an incorrect, improper, and/or irresponsible manner.
• incorrect or non-professional repairs and defects arised due to external factors
• any repair carried out by yourself
• devices are installed in a manner that makes the devices dicult to access.

WARNINGS AND SAFETY
General:
the REFRESH UNIT must be installed and connected by an approved installer in accordance with
these installation instructions and the applicable national and local regulations
the customer must engage qualified sta, all applicable construction and safety regulations must
be complied with during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of this product
wear suitable and on-site prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE), such as work gloves,
safety glasses, etc.
the unit has sharp edges; always use gloves
always switch o and unplug the power supply before installation or maintenance!
do not insert body parts or objects in the air inlet or outlet
pay the utmost attention to the signs and symbols located on the appliance
Connections:
non-conforming electrical and hydraulic connections releases Jaga N.V. from liability concerning
damage to objects and persons
Use:
this device is not intended to be used by people (including children) with reduced physical, sen-
sory, or mental capacities, or who lack experience or knowledge, unless a person responsible for
their safety supervises them or has explained how the device must be operated.
always supervise children to ensure that they do not play with the device.
Maintenance:
maintaining the device is very important to ensure it works correctly. Maintenance must be perfor-
med on a regular basis depending on the use and function of the room where the device is installed
engage only qualified people to perform the maintenance work
use only original parts
cover: clean with a soft moist cloth
cover: do not use products based on solvents or cleaning agents
Dismantle the unit:
Jaga N.V. has always cared about protecting the environment.
When the unit is dismantled it is important to strictly following these procedures:
the unit must be dismantled by a firm authorised for the disposal of scrap machinery/products
The unit as a whole is composed of materials considered as secondary raw materials and the fol-
lowing conditions must be complied with:
if the appliance contains antifreeze, this should not just be disposed, as it causes pollution
it must be collected and disposed of properly
the electronic components (electrolytic condensers) are considered special waste, and must be
delivered to a body authorised to collect such items
the pipe insulation made of polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam mesh and the sound-absorbing
sponge that lines the panelling must be removed and processed as urban waste

To order a new OCU, please forwards the following information:
- model number
- serial number
These references can be found on the nameplate. You will find
the nameplate on top of the OCU (Oxygen Control Unit) located
on the left side of the unit
Note: for replacement or defective parts, contact the installer and consult the eneral JAGA warranty
terms.

Remove the casing from the device..
! CAUTION: If necessary, disconnect the coiled
cable from the control panel!
loosen the wall screws by turn so the appliance
can be taken down from the wall.
The t-air sensor is located in the appliance centrifuge housing.
Disconnect the power supply from the unit.
Unscrew the lid and remove it from the appliance.

Remove the screw above the OCU (Oxygen Con-
trol Unit).
Remove the sensor by inserting the connector from the inside to the outside through the hole in the
housing.
Open the appliance OCU by sliding it up.
Disconnect the t-air sensor connector from the printed circuit board.

Check whether the sensor is in the centrifuge housing, and that it is beyond the reach of the fan.
Connect the new sensor to the (white) connector on the printed circuit board.

Push the new sensor through the hole to the centrifuge housing.

Mount the OCU.
Replace the lid on the appliance and secure it
with screws.
Reconnect the power supply.
And lock the OCU with the screw.
Place the appliance against the wall again.
! Screw the screws so the appliance is fixed.
Mount the housing around the unit.
! CAUTION: If necessary, reconnect the coiled
cable to the control panel.

Remove the sensor holder of the low HO battery.
REPLACING THE TWATER SENSOR

Remove the casing from the device.

cable from the control panel!
Disconnect the power supply from the unit.
Remove the screw above the OCU (Oxygen Con-
trol Unit).
Open the appliance OCU by sliding it up.

Remove the faulty sensor by pulling it along the
bottom of the OCU.
Connect the new t-water sensor to the right (red) connector on the circuit board in the OCU.
Place the new sensor through the hole at the bottom of the OCU.

Disconnect the t-water sensor connector from the
printed circuit board.

Firmly push the water sensor onto the battery of the low HO radiator.

Mount the OCU.
Reconnect the power supply.
And lock the OCU with the screw.
Mount the housing around the unit.
! CAUTION: If necessary, reconnect the coiled
cable to the control panel.

Remove the screw above the OCU.Check the condition of cable. If this is still in
good condition, it will not need replacing, go to
step 11.
If it does need to be replaced, proceed to step 6.
Slide the CO sensor upwards to remove it from
the OCU.
The CO sensor is located on the side of the OCU
(Oxugen Control Unit).

Disconnect the power supply from the unit.

to step 13.
Mount the OCU.
Disconnect the CO sensor connector from the
printed circuit board and connect the new sensor
in the same place.

And connect the new CO sensor to the cableDisconnect the sensor from the cable.

Mount the housing around the unit.
! CAUTION: If necessary, reconnect the coiled
cable to the control panel.
Reconnect the power supply.Slide the new CO sensor in the OCU slots provi-
ded for this purpose.

Remove the casing from the device.Check the condition of cable. If this is still in
good condition, it will not need replacing, go to
step 13.
If it does need to be replaced, proceed to step 6.
Remove the appliance control panel.Unplug the coiled cable from the control panel.
Disconnect the power supply from the unit.Remove the grille from the (low HO) housing.

the printed circuit board.
Open the appliance OCU by sliding it up.Remove the screw above the OCU.

Reconnect the power supply.
Place the grille back on the appliance.
Adhere the panel in the desired position, and
apply pressure for seconds.
Remove the protective layer from the adhesive
zone on the bottom side of the new control panel.
Connect the coiled cable to the new control
panel.
Ensure the location where the control will sit is
clean and free of grease.
Mount the housing around the unit.
