Always disconnect power plug efore servicing.
Maintenance, replacement or adjustment of parts can cause serious injury or death to the
user or other persons, if the machine is connected to the power supply system.
Keep the ca le away from the lade to avoid damage of the ca le.
Das Run over or damage of the cable can cause an electric shock.
The machine is constructed for inside-usage only.
Danger of electric shock. Do not expose the machine to water or rain.

Using cables with to little average or excessive length can cause damage to persons and
objects.
Electrical equipments like ca les or plugs must e controlled / renewed y an
authorized electrician. Risk of injuries or fatalities by wrong electrical connection
Never operate with a damaged ca le or connector.
Replacement of worn or damaged cables or connectors has to be effected by a specialist or
a similar qualified person.
Improperly connecting the grounding wire can result in risk of electric shock.
Check with a qualified electrician if your in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly
grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the tool. Never remove the grounding prong
from the plug. Do not use the tool if the cord or plug is damaged. If the plug will not fit the
outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
Do not use machine when ca le is damage. Don't move the machine by dragging the
cable. Utilization with a damaged cable can cause an electric shock.
Non observance of the symbols, which you can see in the instruction manual or on the
machine, may result in serious injury or death for the user and other persons. Read,
understand and follow all the clues / hints, which are situated in the machine or in the
instruction manual.

1.2 Staff
The operator has to e instructed to the use of the machine efore operating.
Non observance of the instruction manual before commissioning, adjustment or maintenance
could cause serious injury to personal or objects.
Read unexceptionally all security statements. Be sure that type plate, security
sym ols as commandments, warnings, precautions and the directives are mounted /
fixe to the machine. Non observance of the directives inside this manual may cause serious
injury or damage.
Always wear eye-protection, protective suit, dust-mouthguard / dust respirator and
ear-protection during the usage of the machine. The noise that appears while removing
flooring can be so intense that at long term use it may cause injury of the auditory tube.
Working without appropriate security equipment, as for instance a protective suit, can injure
eyes and body. Arising airborne dust may be inhaled when wearing no mouthguard.
Keep arms, feet and clothes away from the operating machine parts.
Moving parts of the machine can cause serious injury or damage.
1.3 Usage
Use only the recommended accessories ensure its function efore starting.
Spare parts and accessories are manufactured especially for COMPACT-Stripper.
We explicitly point out that other parts must not be used. Thereby the safety of the machine
can be negatively affected, especially the blade. The manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for the performance of any damage arising from the use of machines in which
genuine spare parts have not been used.
Work Safety
The COMPACT-Stripper is designed to the highest technical standards. Nevertheless
the usage may cause dangers for life, body and objects. Use this machine only as instructed
in this operation manual and with the machine in perfect working order. Disturbances that
could impair safety, have to be eliminated immediately.
Restrictions of Use
The COMPACT-Stripper may only e used for the removal of floorcovering of concrete
or wood floors. DO NOT USE THE MACHINE ON SWINGING FLOORS IN OLD BUIDINGS
! The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by incorrect
use. Correct use also includes to take care of all directions from the operation manual and
the execution of maintenance and service.

The COMPACT -STRIPPER is a handy and light machine
for working in areas of confined space, stairs and walls.
Suitable for the removal of residual foam and adhesive.
The Compact - Stripper uses a flexible blade that is built within a shock
absorbing system. Switch for constant use.
- Ideal for the removal of foam, felt and other wall coverings on all small or
medium areas.
- Very suitable for stairs and under heaters and radiators.
- Use has been improved through a strengthened oscillating bearing.
- The 700 Watt power motor capable of high revolutions is practically
indestructible which allows continual usage for long periods of time.
- Power switch with catch.
- Allows for working with a choice of blades (150mm and 230mm).
- Working around walls and corners also possible.

4 OPERATION
4.1 Control
Standard accessories
Make sure that the accessorie parts are complete
Electrical connection
Make sure that cable and connectors are in a faultless condition.
Always exchange defect electrical installations immediately
by an authorized expert.
4.2 Starting the machine
THE COMPACT-STRIPPER COMES READY FOR USE !
Before beginning work with the machine slice strips into the flooring with
a regular razor knife approximately as wide as the blade attached to the
machine.
Turn on power switch (located under the handle)
- engage catch for extended use.
Turn off power switch by lightly pressing the back part of the power switch.
BEFORE USING THE MACHINE IN OLD BUILDINGS, ALWAYS CHECK STABILITY
OF THE FLOOR ! Damadges can occur on swinging floors.
When working with the machine always wear HEARING PROTECTION !

4.3 Adjusting the working angle
Depending on the flooring condition of the floor covering that is to be
removed, adjust the blade with a tilted angle between 10 and a max. of 30.
If the adjusted angle is too much for the working condition, the resulting
pulsation will cause the RAPID DULLING OF THE WORKING BLADE.
If the adjusted angle is too little for the working condition, the blade will slip
along the flooring NOT CUTTING.
IMPROPER USE, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE
TO OTHER PARTS OF THE INTERIOR ROOM.
Please ensure before work is begun that proper usage will be
carried out so that damage to other parts of the interior room
is not caused.
When working with the COMPACT - STRIPPER always wear
HEARING PROTECTION !
1. Loosen the 3 self locking nuts (which is position 41) and remove the used
blade.
2. Place the new blade in the same position.
3. Retighten the 4 self locking nuts.
DANGER OF INJURY EXISTS WHEN CHANGING THE BLADE
Always attach safety guard or leather pocket while transporting
and while not in use.
