Before rst use
Test run
1. Carefully read the safety precautions and check the product for any visible damage.
2. Remove all packaging from the , including any temporary stickers.
3. Place the on a stable, level, heat-resistance surface.
4. Wipe the inside and outside of the with a damp cloth. Dry with a towel.
A test run will help you become familiar with your , make sure it’s working correctly,
and clean it of possible residues in the process.

Using your
PREPARING THE MIXER
1. Turn the release button to release the mixer head and to tilt it upwards.
2. Place the mixing bowl in the . Turn the mixing bowl until it is attached. [FIG. 1]
3. Choose the suitable accessory and place the attachment on the attachment point. Turn the
accessory until it clicks into position. [FIG. 2]
CAUTION: The dough hooks can be used together. The other accessories can only be used individually. [FIG. 3]

USING THE MIXER
1. Put the plug in a suitable socket.
2. Set the speed control button to the desired setting (1-6),
depending on the accessory that you used.
CAUTION:
• Turn the button to P to active the pulse function. Turn o the pulse function by releasing
the speed control button. The button will turn to 0automatically.
• During the preparation you can add ingredients by opening the lid.
3. Turn the speed control button back to 0 when you nished mixing.
4. Turn the release button to release the mixer head and to tilt it upwards.
5. Take the mixture out of the mixing bowl.
CAUTION: Do not use any metal cookware to take out the mixture as these could damage the bowl.

Taking care of your
CAUTION: Always clean the after each use.
1. Turn o the and take the plug out of the socket. Let the device cool o
completely before you clean it.
2. Wipe the exterior surface of the with a damp cloth.
3. The mixing bowl and accessories are dishwasher safe. You can also wash the bowl with hot
soapy water and a non abrasive sponge. If necessary, you can let it soak.
CAUTION:
• The lid is, as opposed to the mixing bowl and accessories, not dishwasher safe.
• Do not use any metal cookware or abrasive cleaning solutions to clean the mixing bowl and
accessories.
4. For stubborn dirt:
a. Mix 30 ml baking soda and 15 ml water in a small bowl until it forms a spreadable
paste.
b. Use a sponge to apply the paste to the removable parts and to scrub. Leave the paste
on the removable parts for 15 minutes before rising them.
c. Wash the removable parts with water and soap before using them.
5. Dry before use.
CAUTION: Make sure that the accessories are completely dry before you turn on the .
