・If you notice unusual hardness or noise when turning the handle, stop
immediately, remove the roller cover and check for foreign objects.
・If you find dough is wrapped around the roller, remove the roller cover and
retrieve the dough by reverse rotation.
・Do not use for anything other than dough.
・Do not perform reverse rotation more than is necessary.
Operating suggestions and cautions
・When using the 2mm of cutter (MCC20), please flatten the dough with the dial
set at “3” or below. If the dial is set at “4” the dough may clog the cutter.
・If dough is jammed in the cutter, the cutter can be soaked for a while in water
without disassembling it. Disassemble after removing the dough under running
water. After the dough is removed, dry thoroughly and use again in completely
dry condition. If used in a moist state, the dough may clog the cutter.
・ There is a risk of mold forming if stored in plastic bags.
・ After use, remove flour and make sure to completely dry after washing
Store in a well-ventilated place.
・ Use bleaching detergent, etc., if difficult to clean.
