GTO SPEAKERS
GRAND TOURING®SERIES

PLUS ONE®WOOFER CONES
Each GTO model uses a patent-pending woofer
cone with more surface area than in competing
models of the same size. The benefits are
increased bass output and increased efficiency,
both very audible and important.
REDUCED NOMINAL
IMPEDANCE
That’s right – GTO speakers have 2-ohm voice
coils. This enables them to extract all the power
from amplifiers and head units that are designed
to increase power when driving 2-ohm loads.
LOW-Q WOOFER DESIGN
The lower Q offers higher bass output and better
transient response in typical mounting locations
(doors, rear package trays).
UNIPIVOT™*TWEETER POD
Select JBL GTO models use a unique, patented
rotating-tweeter design, which allows the
installer or end user to aim the tweeter toward
the sweet spot for optimal imaging.
INTERMOUNT III†
MOUNTING SYSTEM
Allows for installation of all 6-1/2" models in
all four 6"-hole size standards without the need
for additional adapters or installation kits.
BUILT-IN CROSSOVER
NETWORKS
Most JBL GTO speaker models come with
integrated high- and low-pass filters. This
results in a smoother transition between the
woofer and tweeter, delivering superior
midrange performance.
ADVANCED ENGINEERING
The JBL GTO speaker lineup is the result of real
engineering and real-world testing. This results in
speakers that absolutely sound better than the
competition. High output, better bass response,
long life and a smooth response are what you can
expect from a GTO speaker,or any other speaker
