Step 1. Carefully unpack your speaker
system and identifyall its components.
JBL On Stage Micro II, power supply,
remote and adapter.

2. Move the battery door to the
unlocked position
to open the battery
compartment.

the power adapter into awall outlet or

Place your iPhoneliPod on the docking connector or connect a3.5mm (1/8") stereo
audio cable
to thejack labeled "Audio In"on the rear of the JBL On Stage Micro II.
Connect the audio cable to the audio source.
Step
6. Press the Power button on
the back
of the JBL On Stage Micro II.
Agreen LED will light when the JBL
On Stage Micro II system is on.
Step
7. Adjust the volume using (+) to
increase and (-) to decrease. Press both
to mutethe JBL On Stage Micro II. Press
either button to unmute.
Synching and transferring files with your computer
Make sure your iPhone/iPod is securely docked into the JBL On Stage Micro II. Connect a USB cable (not included) into the USB jack on the back of the unit, connect other end of the USB cable directly to your
computer's
USB port. Make sure your iPhone/iPod and iTunes are updated to the latest software version.

troubleshooting your jbl on stage micro II
1. The JBL On Stage Micro II is designed with abattery conservation mode (BCM) to extend the battery life, utilizing computer optimized equalization (COE). To select this
mode the system must first be turned"Off':
To enter the BCM option, the user then turns the unit"On"while holding the volume (-) button.The green and Red LEDs will
cycle
to show activation of the battery conservation mode. To exit this mode, the user must power the unit"Off"and back "On".

2. The JBL On Stage Micro II has a built in energy conservation mode (ECM). If no audio signal is detected for 10 minutes, the LED will turn off and the unit will be placed in
standby. Once
an audio signal is detected the system will return to normal operation and the LED will illuminate.
3. The On Stage Micro II LED will display various colors and modes depending on the state of the unit. Please see below for LED light indicator table

the iPhone/iPod or remote control.Try connecting your
iPhone/iPod from it's heaphone jack.
Replace the batteries.The green
power LED will change
to red when batteries need to be replaced.

of the source. Note: Some devices will distort the
output signal if the source's volume is set to maximum.
Check the
EQ setting on your iPhone/iPod or source device. Note: It is
recommended that you set the source device EQ to "Flat"or"Off:'
Loud hum or buzzing noise
