Operation
Connect air supply to “air in” on underside of the NEMA IV module
The Jeneer Auto Bump is designed to restart stalled mechanical style pumps extending run time between service. The user selects
the time that if the pump does not cycle or sits idle the system will do an Auto Bump and restart the stalled pump. The system
integrates an accurate LED cycle counter and the NEMA IV module houses the filter protecting it from the elements.
Connect the air supply to the Air In on the underside of the NEMA IV module
Connect the air out on the underside of the module to the air supply line to the pump
Turn on the air supply to the module –Note the air pressure may have to be lowered until counter records every count based on air
pressure differential
LED Screen Displays
1- The number of cycles
2- The gallons pumped - the volume can be changed based on the specific pump being used
3- The number of auto bump attempts - this can be reset to zero by holding LED ON button for 7 seconds
4- The number of cycles after every auto bump
Once the “maxidle” is activated the air supply will be turned off to the pump for 60 seconds allowing the pump to reset. After the 60
seconds the air pressure is reapplied to the pump and the pump will restart. For instance if the “maxidle” is set for 2 hours if the
pump has not recorded a cycle count and Auto Bump will occur The #4 screen is a trouble shooting tool. If you see 0 cycles after the
Auto Bump this is an indication that the pump may need to be removed and serviced
Push the pump on button to initiate a manual Auto Bump
To reset the cycle counts hold the LED on button for 7 seconds
Warring!!!: Be sure to close and lock the panel door to prevent moisture from entering the module. Avoid leachate contact to
the inside of the module. Leachate in the air line will cause damage to all internal components. Failure to take these precautions can
void any warranty on the module and components.
