The plastic lens cover has a UV inhibitor molded in. While it can prevent yellowing for a period of time, long time exposure in the outdoor
environment will eventually degrade the UV inhibitors, causing the lens to turn yellow and become brittle.

The combined usage of the aluminum channel and plastic lens in an outdoor environment can lead to undesired results, such as built up of
dirt, insects, and mold. Moisture can also be trapped within the channel causing water to puddle up inside which void product’s warranty.

Stretch out and line up INFINA next to channel set with
lens cover installed. Use INFINA power connector as a
guide (see dotted line) and mark cut line on lens cover
and channel as illustrated. Use a miter saw to cut
channel set.
Starting from power connector side, peel back double
sided tape lining. Slowly lay down INFINA in channel.
Use INFINA’s power connector as a guide and line it up
to the edge of channel as illustrated.
FOLLOW STEP 4 & 5 FOR WITH LENS INSTALLATION
Use a mini phillips screwdriver to install live and dead
endcaps (if purchased) onto channel with provided
endcap mounting screws. Make sure countersunk holes
on endcaps are facing outward for proper installation.
Note: INFINA should be mounted in the channel with the power connector
sticking out of the live end cap (FIGURE A) to limit a dark spot.
Insert and snap lens cover onto channel per illustration.
Take time to review your work and make sure that all
necessary precautions have been taken before
making a cut.
FOR FACE DOWN AND OUTDOOR APPLICATIONS, SEE PG3
Use a power drill with a 1/8” drill bit and drill holes every
18 inches on channel. Use the proper flathead
self-tapping screws (not included) to secure channel on
intended mounting surface.

flathead self-tapping screws (not included) to secure mounting clips onto channel.
