Instruction Manual
Warnings
1. Use the device only according to its intended purpose as specified in the instruction
manual.
2. This device is not suitable for pregnant women!
3. The device is not suitable for people with pacemakers or other medical implants.
The body fat information may be inaccurate in people with diabetes or other
medical/physical limitations.
4. This device is not designed to be used by persons (including children) with limited
physical, sensory or mental abilities, or by persons with insufficient experience and/or
knowledge, unless under observation by a person responsible for their safety, or
unless they have been instructed in the use of the device
5. Excessive drinking, eating, training, medical treatment, the female menstrual cycle
etc. affect the measuring results.The body fat, water content and muscle
measurements will be incorrect for women during pregnancy.
6. Please place the analyzer on a steady, hard and dry floor in case of slipping.
7. Please do NOT use it when it’s under direct sunlight or high temperature.
8. Please do NOT step on the edge or display area of the analyzer, in case of rollover
or damage.
9. Please keep it properly, pay attention to maintenance and avoid contact with fire,
abrasive liquid, etc.
10. Please do NOT place the sundries on the surface of the analyzer when it’s not in
use.
11. Never store batteries under the reach of children. Remove the batteries from the
device if it is not used for a long time.
12. Overload Warning. The maximum weighing capacity of the scale has been
exceeded. Remove the weight immediately.

Insert or replace batteries
Open battery compartment of weighing platform.
Insert batteries. Observe correct polarity.
Notes: Change the batteries when the battery change symbol "Lo" appears in the display or when
nothing is shown in the display after the device is switched on.
Setting up the user account
1. Scan the QR code on the IM or gift box to download Dr. JKOM app. or download it from
www.hdjkom.com.
2. Registered with your phone number and set your account password;

3. Fill and save your basic info. as age, gender, nickname, height, etc.
4. Then you can logo into your account.
Weighing
1. If you only want weigh yourself, no need to log in Dr. JKOM on your phone. To get the scale
ready, press your foot on the middle of the scale surface.
2. Step on the intended location and stand still.
3. The weight will be displayed in secs, . and when the LED display flashes twice, you weight is
measured.
4. Step down from the scales. The scale switch off automatically after secs if you do not do
anything else.
Body Composition analysis
1. Initialize the device by pressing your foot on the middle of the scale surface and "0.0" appears
in the display;
2. With WIFI and blue tooth on, log in your account;
3. Please bare feet step on the intended location of the device;
4. Stand still and choose “start testing”body analysis mode on your phone, Max. 30 secs to scan
the device and start analyzing;

5. During the body analysis, the display of scale appears “----”;
6. “YES”shows on the display when body analyzing done and all the analysis results upload to
your app account automatically in secs. and comments on your health status;
7. Step down from the scales. The scale switch off automatically after secs if you do not do
anything else.
Notes: When ErrF displays, it means testing fails. Please check as the following tips: 1. Bare foot
and step on the intended location; 2. Fully contact with the 4 SS electrodes; 3. If your feet is too
dry.
Caution: Pregnant women, children under 7 years old (fast growing period), men with some
medical implants like peacemaker etc. are not advised to use this device to do body analysis.
Maintenance
1. Clean the analyzer with a soft, dry cloth, and do not use abrasive or volatile cleaners.
2. Please do not dissemble or repair the device by yourself.
3. Never use detergents, excess water, treated cloths, harsh cleaning agents, or sprays.
Do not immerse the scale in water.
4. Treat your scale with care. It contains sensitive electronic parts.Avoid rough treatment.
Do not jump on, drop or kick the scale. Treat it with care to ensure the best performance.
Warranty
JKOM grants you 1 years guarantee as of the date of purchase (or for order upon receipt of the
goods quality product at hand. The guarantee claims must be asserted immediately upon
occurrence of the defect the guarantee period.The guarantee is limited to the quality of the
products.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
(1) All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of the user
instructions.
(2) All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
(3) Damage caused by improper use or handling (e.g. impact, bump, fall);
(4) Damage caused by Force Majeure, like fire, earthquake, flood etc.
