This Stealthbox is a product which
requires professional installation skills and
tools.
Please read this installation guide thor-
oughly before beginning the project. It
will guide you step by step through the
installation.Several of the steps in this
process may require two people to
accomplish.
It is absolutely vital that the enclosure
be properly mounted to the vehicle
according to these instructions. Failure
to mount the enclosure properly pres-
ents two problems: 1)The sub-bass
performance will suffer due to the
movement of the enclosure caused by
the force exerted by the woofer(s) and
2) A loose enclosure presents a serious
safety hazard in the event of a collision
or sudden deceleration.

STEP 1: Remove all contents from the dri-
ver’s side rear cargo pocket.
STEP 2: Remove the paper backing from the
supplied wax square. Place the wax square 6”
from the front wall and 2-1/2”from the
left(outer) side wall.
STEP 3: (a)Place the supplied Socket Cup
Set Screw into the bottom of the
Stealthbox®,leaving about 1/2”exposed.
Make sure that the cup side of the screw is
exposed to the outside.
(b) Place the Stealthbox® into place. Press
firmly down onto the enclosure.This is to
make an impression on the wax square.
Remove the Stealthbox®.
If there is no impression on the wax square,
back out the Socket Cup Set Screw further
and repeat STEP 3:(b).
STEP 4: *CAUTION*
Before drilling, make sure that you are not going to
be drilling into any gas lines, brake lines, transmission
lines, electrical wiring, transfer case(4x4 vehicles) or
anything else that might cause a reduction in your
weekly pay.Always wear eye protection when
drilling.
With the use of a 1/2” drill bit and drill. Drill out
the floor at the impression on the wax square.
STEP 5: Run speaker wire from the amplifi-
er’s location to the Stealthbox’s® location.
STEP 6: (a)Attach the speaker wire to the
Stealthbox® terminal.
(b) Back out the Socket Cup Set Screw to
expose 1-1/2”.

about installing and tuning this amplifier.

STEP 7: Place the Stealthbox® back into the
mounting location.You will have to guide the speak-
er wire to prevent any binding or pinching between
the Stealthbox® and plastic side panel.

STEP 8: From the under side of the vehicle. Place
the supplied fender washer, flat washer, lock washer
and hex nut onto the exposed socket cup set screw.
Thighten the bolt assembly, do not over torque.
