Troubleshooting
Issue Solution
Unit does
not turn on
Charge the microphone using the included cable.
Sound is
distorted
Check that the audio cable is completely inserted
into the camera. Camera input gain may be set
too high, resulting in clipping. Try lowering the
gain. If you still experience clipping, lower Wavo
PRO output to 0dB setting. If listening through
headphones, check the connection or lower the
headphones volume in the camera menu.
No sound Make sure the microphone is on and that the
audio cable is connected to the correct audio input
jack on the camera. If the camera doesn’t register
a signal, try increasing the camera gain or setting
Wavo PRO output gain switch to +10 or +20 dB.
Dépannage

L’appareil
ne s’allume
pas
Chargez le microphone avec le câble inclus.
Le son est
déformé
Vériez que le câble audio est complètement
inséré dans l’appareil photo. Le gain d'entrée de
l’appareil photo est peut-être trop trop élevé, ce
qui entraîne un écrêtage. Essayez de réduire le
gain. Si le gain de la caméra semble être réglé
correctement, baissez la sortie de Wavo PRO à
0dB. Si vous écoutez à travers des écouteurs,
vériez la connexion ou baissez le volume des
écouteurs dans le menu de la caméra.
Aucun son Vériez que le microphone est allumé et que
le câble audio est connecté à la bonne prise
d'entrée audio de la l’appareil photo. Si la caméra
n'enregistre aucun signal, essayez d'augmenter
le gain de l’appareil photo ou de régler le
commutateur de gain de sortie de Wavo PRO sur
+10 ou +20 dB.
