FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Popcorn Maker is fully assembled, why is nothing happening when I press the power on/off switch.
Check the appliance is plugged in and switched on at the socket. If the Popcorn Maker is plugged in and still won’t turn on, it may be because the
appliance is too hot. If this happens, please leave the Popcorn Maker for 20 minutes to cool down before trying to use it again. If the issue still
hasn’t resolved itself after 20 minutes, switch off and unplug the Popcorn Maker and contact Joe & Seph’s customer service team on 020 3697 0203.
Why haven’t all my Popping Corn kernels popped?
Some Popping Corn may not pop because the inside of the kernel is too dry. The pop is caused by moisture inside the corn kernel heating up and
creating steam. The pressure causes the shell to explode, therefore resulting in fresh Gourmet Popcorn. Therefore, when there’s not enough
moisture, the Popping Corn won’t pop.
