Closely follow the instructions provided in this manual.
Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any part of the
appliance in water or other liquids. Unplug from the
mains when not in use, when removing or attaching
accessoriesandbeforecleaninganypartoftheappliance.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug. Should the item malfunction, or if it is damaged
in any manner, please stop using it and return it to

repair it yourself. Do not modify the appliance plug.
Do not let the power cord overhang the edge of
the surface on which it stands, or touch anything hot.
When unplugging the device, hold the plug itself,
not the power cord.

This appliance is for indoor use only. Do not use
it outdoors. This product is intended for household
and light commercial use.
Do not use accessories or attachments that are not

During operation, do not place the stand mixer near
theedgeofabenchortable.Ensurethesurfaceis

Thevibrationduringoperationmaycausethe
appliance to move. Do not put the stand mixer on
ornearahotgasorelectricburner,orwhereit
could touch a heated oven.
Alwaysensurethestandmixeriscompletelyassembled
beforeoperation.
Avoidcontactwithmovingpartsandttedattachments
during operation. In order to reduce the risk of injury
to persons and/or damage to the mixer, always keep
hands, hair, clothing and other utensils away from
beatersduringoperation.

Shouldanobjectsuchasaspoonorforkfallintothe
bowlwhilemixing,immediatelyensurethespeedcontrol
dial is in the ‘Off’ position, turn the stand mixer off,
unplugitfromthepoweroutletandremovetheobject.
Do not use attachments other than those provided
withthestandmixer.Useonlythebeaterwhiskand
dough hook supplied with the mixer. The use of other
attachmentsmaycausere,electricshockorinjury.
Do not operate the appliance continuously on heavy
loads for more than 7 minutes.
Do not exceed the maximum capacities listed in this manual.
Do not use the stand mixer if it is damaged or if there
isanythingabnormalaboutitsoperation.Before
disassembling,ensurethemotorandbeater,whisk
or dough hook have completely stopped.
Alwaysremovethebeater,whiskordoughhook
fromthestandmixerbeforecleaning.
To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not

- Duringuse,donottouchmovingpartswithyourngers.Ifautensil
isdroppedintothemixingbowlduringoperation,switchoffand
unplugthemixerbeforeretrievingit.
- Neveroperateyourmixerwithanemptybowl.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattendedandbeforeassembling,disassembling.

CAUTION: Make sure that the voltage shown on the rating plate
correspondstothatofthemainssupply.Theratingplatecanbefound
onthebottomofthemotorblock.Thestandmixermustonlytobe
connectedtoanACsupply(220~240V).Themotormustalwaysbe
switchedoffbeforethestandmixerisconnectedtothemainssupply.
Thedialshouldbeonthe‘0’setting.
1 Putyouringredientsintothemixingbowl.Liftthemixingarmby
releasing its lever.
2 Placethemixingbowlontothedeviceplateandturnitclockwise
until it clicks into place.
3 Placethedoughblade(10)ortheeggswhisk(9)orthemixer
blade(1)inthesocket,locatingtheshaftpininthegrooveand
thenturntolockintopositionstirringtool-totthestirringtool,
insert the shaft into the socket, then line up the slot on the extension
sothatitislocatedbeneaththemetalpinontheundersideofthe
mixerhead.Holdthepaddleandturnsothattheshaftpinisbelow
the groove then push up and turn to lock into position

- Placetheapplianceonacool,dry,atsurface.
- Positionthemixerascloseaspossibletothepowersocketsothat
itcanbedisconnectedquicklyandeasily.
- Ensurethattheapplianceisnotsetupincloseproximitytoanaked
ame,aradiator,anovenorotherheatsource.
- Do not get the mixer wet or immerse it in water.
- Clean all parts of the mixer according to the instructions in the
section titled ‘Cleaning and maintenance’.
- Takeouttherequiredlengthofcablefromthecabletidyonthe
baseoftheapplianceandconnectittothemainssupply.Donot

1 Usethemixingbladeattachment.
2 Addingredientsaccordingtoyourrecipe.Ensurethatthemixing
bowlisnotoverlled.
3 Mixyouringredientsusingaspeedsettingbetween1and6for
about3minutes.

Splashguardistobeusedwhenliquid/mixtureiseasytobesplashed
out.Highviscositymaterial(e.g.dough)isnotsuitableforusingthe
splash guard

CAUTION:Donotsubmergethemainbodyofthemixerinwateror
other liquids.
- Allowthedevicetocoolbeforeyoustarttocleanit.
- Ensurethatthedialisinthe“0”positionandunplugthemixer.
- To clean the exterior of the device, use a damp cloth and a mild
detergent.
- Donotuseabrasiveproductsoralcoholonanypartofthemixer
or accessories.
- Thedoughbeater,eggwhisk,mixingbladeandmixingbowlare
dishwasher safe.
Do not use the product continuously for more that 7 minutes. For
prolongeduse,stopevery7minutesfor30”
To avoid overheating and to protect the product, the product will stop
automatically after prolonged continuous use. If this does occur, allow
2 min for the motor to cool down and then turn to speed 1 for the
machine to operate again.
Do not attempt to repair the mixer yourself. Removing the casing

4 Turntheleverbackandpressthemixingarmdownintoplace.
5 Plug in the mixer and turn the dial to the ‘P’ setting for a quick
blendorchooseasettingfrom1-6forlongermixing.
6 Whenyouhavenished,turnthedialtothe‘0’setting.
7 Liftthemixingarmbyreleasingthelever.
8 Removethemixingbowlfromthedeviceplate.
Thefollowingsettingsareaguideonly.Youwillneedtoexperiment
with your mixer to perfect your recipes.

NOTE:Thisstandmixerisintendedforlightdomesticuseonly.Donot
run the appliance continuously for more than 7 minutes. If the mixer
getstoowarm,allowittocoolbeforeusingitagain.
1 Use the dough hook attachment.
2 Maximum weight of ingredients is 1kg, it’s advised to not exceed
600gofourtoavoidoverspill.
3 Thesuggestedratioofourtowateris5:3.
4 Begin at speed setting 1 and mix for 30 seconds. Change to speed
2 and mix for a further 30 seconds. Finally, mix at speed 3 for
approximately 3 minutes.

1 Use the whisk attachment.
2 Whenpouringfreshmilk,creamorotheringredientsintothebowl,
ensurethatitisnotoverlled.
3 Chooseaspeedsettingbetween4and6andwhiptheeggwhites
continuouslyforabout3minutesuntilthemixtureisstiff.
4 To make whipped cream, whip 250ml of fresh cream at a speed
settingof4to6forabout3minutes.
