TO INSERT/CHANGE BATTERY
1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of
the scale.
2. Ensure battery is inserted the correct way around.
TO SWITCH ON
Press the ZERO / key.
TO SWITCH OFF
Press and hold the ZERO / key for two seconds.
SELECT WEIGHT UNIT
When the scale is on, press the UNIT key to select the units.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Place scale on a flat surface prior to use.
Please note: Touch-sensitive buttons – press gently.
To weigh:
1. Press the ZERO / key. All display figures will appear before
setting to zero.
2. Press the UNIT key to select the units required.
3. Place item to be weighed carefully onto scale.
4. To turn off the scale, press and hold the ZERO / key.
Add & Weigh function:
Press the ZERO / key, after 1 second the LCD will display 0g
(see Figure 1).
Overload:
SwitchScale™ can measure accurately up to 5250g. When the
weight exceeds
5250g the LCD will show the overloading display (see Figure 2).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose to moisture.
• Before use, make sure your scale is at room temperature and
on a stable, horizontal surface, free of vibration.
• Store your scale in a clean, dry location. Dust, dirt and
moisture can accumulate on the weighing sensors and
electronics causing inaccuracy or malfunction.
• Gently place all items to be weighed. Do not drop items onto
the scale.

La balance SwitchScale™ peut effectuer des mesures exactes
jusqu'à 5 250 g. Lorsque le poids est supérieur à 5 250 g, l'écran
LCD affiche l'indicateur de surpoids (voir schéma 2).
INFORMATIONS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES
• Cette balance de cuisine n'est pas étanche. Ne pas l'utiliser ou la
ranger dans un endroit humide.
• Toujours utiliser la balance de cuisine à température ambiante sur
une surface stable et horizontale sans exposition à des vibrations.
• Ranger la balance de cuisine dans un endroit propre et sec. La
poussière, la saleté et l'humidité peuvent s'accumuler sur les
capteurs de poids et dans le système électronique, ce qui peut
entraîner des inexactitudes ou des dysfonctionnements.

BATTERIE EINSETZEN/AUSWECHSELN
1. Batteriefach an der Unterseite der Waage ausmachen.
2. Die Batterie richtig herum einlegen.

BETRIEBSANLEITUNG
Die Waage vor der Verwendung auf eine ebene Fläche stellen.
Hinweis: Sensortasten – nur sanft drücken.
Wiegen:
1. Die ZERO/ -Taste drücken. Vor der Einstellung auf null sind alle
Anzeigen zu sehen.
2. Zur Auswahl der gewünschten Einheiten die UNIT-Taste drücken.
3. Das Wiegegut vorsichtig auf die Waage stellen.
4. Zum Ausschalten der Waage die ZERO/ -Taste drücken und
gedrückt halten.
Tara-Funktion:
Die ZERO/ -Taste drücken. Nach 1 Sekunde zeigt das LCD 0 g an
(siehe Abb. 1).
Überlastung:
Die SwitchScale™ kann bis zu 5.250 g exakt messen. Liegt das
Gewicht über 5.250 g, zeigt das LCD die Überlastungsanzeige an
(siehe Abb. 2).
ZUSATZINFORMATIONEN
• Diese Waage ist nicht wasserdicht. Vor Feuchtigkeit schützen.
• Die Waage nur bei Raumtemperatur auf einer stabilen, ebenen
Unterlage frei von Vibrationen verwenden.
• An einem sauberen, trockenen Platz aufbewahren. Staub, Schmutz
und Feuchtigkeit können sich auf den Sensoren und der Elektronik der
Waage ablagern und zu Ungenauigkeit oder Fehlfunktionen führen.
• Das Wiegegut stets sanft auf die Waage geben. Nichts auf die
Waage fallen lassen.

COLOCACIÓN Y CAMBIO DE LA PILA

INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO

Para pesar:

Función de tara:

Sobrecarga:
SwitchScale™ puede pesar con precisión hasta 5250 g. Si el peso es
superior a 5250 g, aparecerá en la pantalla LCD el mensaje de
sobrecarga (consulte la figura 2).
INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
• Esta balanza no es resistente al agua. Mantener alejada de la
humedad.
• Antes de utilizar la balanza, asegúrese de que esté a temperatura
ambiente y colocada sobre una superficie horizontal sin vibraciones.
• Guarde su balanza en un lugar limpio y seco. El polvo, la suciedad y

重量オーバー：
SwitchScale™ では、最大 5250g まで正確に計量できます。重量
が5250 g を 超えると、LCD に重量オーバーであることが表示さ
れます（図 2 参 照 ）。
その他の情報
• このはかりは防水されていません。濡らしたり湿らせたりしない
でください。
• ご使用の前に、はかりが常温の状態で、振動のない固定された
平らな面に設置されていることをご確認ください。
