Precautions Common Faults and Troubleshooting
The equipment is powered by a power adapter with AC 220V input and DC5V
output. Please ensure that this voltage matches the AC power voltage provided in
the area.
Do not spill water or other liquids on the terminal. Once this happens, disconnect
the terminal power immediately.
Non-professional maintenance personnel should not open the casing of the
terminal. To avoid triggering the self-destruct function and affecting the warranty.
Do not excessively bend or wrap the power cord and avoid placing heavy objects
on the power cord, otherwise it may cause electric shock and fire due to broken
power cord.

a. Before plugging in the power supply of the information interaction terminal, please
make sure that the USB port is connected to the computer and the computer is
turned on.
b. Connect other devices that need to be used according to the interface function.
c. Install the corresponding device driver.
d. Now you can use your information interaction terminal normally.
Remarks:
Please use the electromagnetic pen lanyard to connect the electromagnetic
pen to the terminal, and put the electromagnetic pen in the electromagnetic
pen hole of the pen stand
Unable to start the
terminal
Terminal reboots for
no reason
1. Please check whether the power cord is well
connected to the terminal.
2. Whether the terminal is connected to the
computer via USB.
3. Please check whether the computer is powered
on.
Please check whether the voltage at your
workplace is stable
Please unplug the USB interface and restart the
terminal
Any other functionality
does not work
If the above faults cannot be solved according to the method described
or there are other faults , please contact the manufacturer
Using the wrong type of power supply may cause damage to the terminal,
please be sure to use a dedicated power supply
