Step 1
Locate Bolt Slots on Inside of Chair
• Carefully lay unit over on it’s side.
• Pull open bottom cover flap and locate
the upper and lower slots on inside
back cavity.

Insert Knob Bolts from Inside of Chair
• Insert all 4 knob bolts into slots as shown:

Attach Privacy Screen
• Align top bolts with corresponding inserts on privacy
screen, thread loosely. DO NOT TIGHTEN.
• Align lower bolts with corresponding inserts on privacy
screen and begin threading.
• Once all four bolts have been threaded into inserts,
tighten all down firmly.
Align upper bolts with upper inserts in
privacy screen and begin threading.
Do not tighten at this point.
Step 4
Measure Privacy Screen for Straightness
• Measure for privacy screen to be straight and square
with chair, adjust accordingly.
• Reapply bottom cover.
• Carefully set chair upright and inspect overall

Measure for

Align lower bolts with lower inserts in
privacy screen and begin threading.
Once all four bolts have been started,
tighten all down firmly.
