Creating a meeting ressource in your calendar account
Most enterprise calendars (Exchange, G Suite, iCal, Outlook) require no further action from your end for
JUCE to identify the existing meeting resources.
Office365/Exchange only: you need to create or identify a list of resources. Below are the instructions
on how to create a list and delegate access to a list of meeting ressources. More details can be found at:
https://docs.cronofy.com/calendar-admins/enterprise-connect-office365-exchange/resources-room-
lists/
In case you need to add’ Cronofy to your Office365 ‘whitelist’ visit this link: https://app-de.cronofy.com/
Allocating a meeting ressource to a JUCE device
Security of your enterprise calendar
GSuite: Cronofy receives access to personal and resource calendar discovery. Cronofy authorizes access
for JUCE to the required subset of resource calendars.
Exchange/Office 365/Outlook: Cronofy receives access to only admin-configured list of resource
calendars. Cronofy authorizes access for JUCE to this list of resource calendars.

Note: Maximum charging efficiency is obtained when the distance between the
mobile device and charging surface is kept to a minimum. Phone cases may lower
charging efficiency.
Note: Any metallic or magnetic surfaces placed on the backside of the mobile
phone may block the charging signal.

12
Safety
When the working temperature of the transmitter is too high (>65°C), OTP-Over temperature
Protection function self-start, stop output the electromagnetic wave. And when the working
temperature is returned to normal, the transmitter returns to normal operation.
When the receiving end of the output exceeds the rated current, the receiving end sends the wrong
data in time to the transmitter, the transmitter stops sending the radio electromagnetic wave. It will be
working normal after restart the transmitter when the fault receiving condition is removed.
When received the “charge completed” data packet from the receiver, the transmitter enters a low
power state.
Troubleshooting
If a compatible device is not charging properly, please check following potential causes:
- Your device is not compatible with Qi wireless charging
- The thickness of the case of the mobile device exceeds 4mm
- A metallic surface blocks the signal between the mobile device and charging surface.
- Reverse the direction of the phone.
- Check the charging area with a normally functioning compatible device
- Unplug the device and plug the device back in again.
If none of the above are successful, please contact our service desk for technical support.
Note: Do NOT place any compatible mobile devices which do not operate normally
or show visible damage on the charging surface.
Note: To enable automatic DND for iOS, version 13.0 and up is required.
