WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
1. JUSTINO DE MORAIS, IRMÄOS S/A – JUMIL, guaranteesthe
agriculturalequipmentsanditsrespectiveparts, of itsmanufacturing,
hereinafter simplydenominatedPRODUCT,arefreeof workmanship
defects,as in its construction as in the material quality.
2. ThequestionswhicharerelatedtotheWarrantyGrantareruledas
per thefollowing principles:
2.1. Theconstant warrantyof this certificate will bevalid:
a) By the 6(six) monthstime countingfrom the date of theeffective
PRODUCT deliverytotheagriculturistconsumer;
b)OnlyforthePRODUCTthatwillbeacquired,new,bytheagriculturist
consumer, directlyfrom the Dealer or JUMIL’SDealer, reserved andsettled
in theitem2.3.
2.2.Apart from the hypothesis in thesub-item, the Warranty to the
consumerwill beservicedbyJUMIL´sdealer.
2.3. If the PRODUCT is sold to the farmer by a dealer who isnot
JUMIL´s , the right of Warranty will remain, but in this case, it must
bemadedirectly from JUMIL, inthe termsof thisCertificate.
2.4.TheWarranty will not begrantedif any damagetothePRODUCT
or in its performance iscaused by:
a)Negligence, imprudence or lackof operator’sknowledge.
b)Non-observanceof instructionsandrecommendationsof use
and maintenance cares, stated in this Instructions and Operator”s
Manual.
2.5.Likewise, the warranty shall not be granted if the PRODUCTC
undergoessuffer any transformationor modificationafter thesale, or if the
purposethat destiniestheproduct isaltered.
2.6.Thereplaced orchangedPRODUCTunderthisWarrantywill be
JUMIL´s Property, it must be returned to the customer after legal
applicablerequirementsarefulfilled.
2.7. In theaccomplishment of itsconstant evolution, JUMIL makes,
permanently,toitsproductstheimprovementsormodification,without
havingthe obligation of making the same ones in products or models
previouslysold.
2.8- JUMIL will not be responsible by the indemnity of any harvest
damage, duetoinappropriateadjustmentof Productdevices,relativetothe
fertilizer or seeddistribution

The Exacta air JM2980 Pantográfica Jumil canbe set upuntil 21
rows, depending on the spacing between rows that will be used and the
machine model. The fertilizer distribution system with fertilizer inclinable
boxesmade bypolyethylenewith galvanizedsupports, fertilizer distribution
units through theoffset double discs, floating presswheelsfor covering of
seeds,independentandfloatingdepthcontrollercoupledtothepantographic
system and selection anddistributionsystem of pneumaticseedstovacuum
(negative pressure). Block gear system for fertilizer and seed distribution,
guaranteeingfastandefficientadjustments.

2 - SAFETY STANDARDS
WhenJUMILmanufacturesitsAgriculturalMachinesandImplements
has the main objective to thel the Man to develop a better LIVING
STANDARD. However, in theuse of these machinessome caresmust be
RESPECTED:
DO NOT DESTRUCT THE UNVIERSAL BIOLOGICAL
EQUILIBRIUM WITHINCORRECTAGRICULTUEALWORKS.
NOR ALLOW THE MACHINE TO DESTRUCT IT. OBSERVE
STRICTLY THE SAFETY STANDARDS. BEATTENTIVE !
1) Always use the appropriate stairs and rails to get on or off the
tractor.2) When starting the motor, be correctly sat on tractor operator´s
seat and ABSOLUTLYAWARE of the complete knowledge of the use of
tractor andequipment. Always use the tractor neutral gear, switch off the
power takeoff and put the hydraulic command in a neutral position.
3) Do not use the tractor in closed rooms as the smoke from the
exhaust pipes are toxic gases.
4) When maneuvering the tractor to be hitched to machine or
implements,make sure thereisenough room andthere isnobodyaround,
make the maneuvers in SLOW GEAR and be prepared to brake it in an
emergency.
5) When using equipments DRIVEN BY THE POWER TAKEOFF
(to hitch, to unhitch or to adjust) STOP THE POWER TAKEOFF, STOP
THE MOTOR AND REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION. BE
ATTENTIVE !
6) When using loose clothes, alwaystake care, do not get closer of
the moving parts, your clothes can touch them and cause accidents.
7)Donotmakeanyadjustment whenthemachineisbeingoperated.
8) When working with implements or machines. IT IS STRICTLY
FORBIDDENTHETRANPOSRTOFANYOTHERPERSONBEYONDTHE
OPEARTOR,AS ON THE TRACTORAS ON THE IMPLEMENT, in case
there is a seat or appropriate platform for this finality.
9) Whenworking insteep areas, work with a total attention, always
keep the necessary stability, in case of a lack of equilibrium, reduce the
accelerationandkeeptheequipmentonthesoilthenturnthetractorwheels
to a descendant position.
10) On down the hills, always keep the tractor in geared position,
the same you would us to go up.
11) Whentransportingthemachinehitchedto thetractor orturningit
at the crop corners, we recommend you to take care, by reducing the
speed to prevent force on the toolbar or drawbar.

12) Unlessin specific occasion, the brake pedalsmust beconnected
onanother (not independently).
13) If after hitching the implement to the hydraulic three points lift,
andyourealize itsfront istoo light andit can go up, addnecessaryweights
on its front.
14) Whenleaving the tractor, put the gearin neutral position, lower
the implementswhich areraised, put thehydraulic commandsystem in a
neutral position andaction onthe stop brake.
15) When the tractor is not used for a long period , besides the
previous procedures, stopthetractormotorandusethefirstgearif youare
on a steep road and rear gear if you are going down the hill.
16) ALWAYS FOLLOW CAREFULLY THE SAFTE STANDARDS
MADEBYTHETRACTOR´SMANUFACTURER.
17)AMAXIMUM CARE WHEN USING SEEDS WITH CHEMICAL
TREATMENT,YOUMAYASKFORANAGRONOMISTASSISTANCE. DO
NOTMANIPULATECHEMICALTREATEDSEEDWITHBARED-HANDS.
17.1) ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS AND BODY EXPOSED
PARTS WITH A LOT OF WATER AND SOAP, AT THE END OF EVERY
WORK SHIFT, MAINLYBEFORE EATING, DRINKINGOPR SMOKING.
17.2) Do not throw rest of treated seeds and/or pesticide next to
drinkable water well, stream , river and lakes.
17.3) Do not re-use empty container and flasks.
17.4)Alwayskeep the genuine package and always closed and in a
dry, air place andof a difficult accessto children, irresponsible people and
animals.
17.5)Avoid contact with the skin.
17.6) Before using pesticides, READ THE LABLE AND FOLLOW
INSTRUCTIONS.
18)whendrivingthemachineonroads,observethefollowingadditional
instructions:
a)if themachine isequippedwithrowmarkers, therowmarkerarms
must be raise and held with their correspondingdisc to inside position.
b)Theequipmentswithaninferiororover3mwidthcanbetransported
on roads since they have suitable signs.
c) The equipments which cover the tractor rear signing lights must
havealternativereadsignal light.
ATTENTION
When receiving your JUMIL equipment, check attentively its
components which are delivered with the equipment and read
carefully the warranty certificate in the first page of instruction
manual.

Our Operator’s Manuals indicatea power demand based on normal
conditions of work and it can be summarized in the following way:
When using the furrower of depth fertilizing you should add to the
suitablevalueintheminimum of 3HPperrow, observingsoil type, humidity,
the work depth and speed.

It is indicated for tractors that
donot possess thehydraulic system
endowed of continuous flow
controller.
5.6 - Turbofan Driven By
Hydraulic Motor.
They release the use of pto
shaft, keeping the necessary speed
to the same.
Necessary tractor with
continuousflowofoilintheminimum
of 27lts/min for 1 turbofan and of
54lts/min for 2turbofans.
