2SK7 Assembly
Step One: remove all continence from box in
desired work area.
Step Two: place motor on
stable work area.
Step Three: attached face
shield provided in the box
onto the grinding wheel
side. To secure shield use
carriage bolt, lock washer
and nut located in plastic
bag.

Step Four: Install tube and bracket. Open slot in bracket with
a at head screw drive to all yoke to t over adapter that’s
located on the motor.

Step Four: install pulley with
tension shaft
Step Four: install drive
pulley
Step Five: Install guard
and platen.
2SK7 Assembly
Step Six: install sanding belt. In order
to put belt on sander swing arm on sander
guard to compress spring, then put belt
on sander. To replace belt follow step six.
Belt replacement: to replace belt follow step six.
