1. Turn over the main unit and put it on the
table, unfold the Tripod and insert the DC
plug of the AC adapter into the bottom of
the middle tube.
• Please insert the DC plug of the AC adapter into
the DC port in the middle tube of the main unit.
• To embed the wires into the hook (groove), insert
the DC plug completely after aligning the
direction.
Be sure to insert the power cord of
AC adapter into the hook on the base
of the main unit.
If the power cord isn’t embedded in
the hook, it is easy to cause fire,
accident and device failure due to
wire falling off.

Preparation before Use
To pull out the DC plug from the DC port, it can be
easily operated by shaking the DC plug of the power
cord left and right and pull it outwards.

2. Please keep the main unit upright, lift it up and set
in a stable place
• Please hold the handle to move the fan.
• Please fully unfold the tripod so that they all touch the
ground.
• Do not place the tripod with middle tube (when set
correctly, the middle tube should be 5~10 mm away
from the ground.)
3. Press the height adjustment button on the
back of the main unit to adjust the height
•The fan position of the main unit moves up and
down when the height adjustment button is pressed.
•The part above the base of the main unit will move
up and down.
The height can be adjusted with the height adjustment button.
• While pressing the height adjustment button, hold down the base of
the main unit and tripod, and then lift the handle to raise the height.
• Locking mechanisms are integrated at highest and lowest
positions.
Usable range
• About 5m in front of the main unit
• About 30° to the left and right sides in front of the main unit
• When there is an obstacle between the remote control and
the main unit, the remote control may not work properly.
• Remove the battery when it is not used for
a long time.
• Please properly mount the battery pole .
• Do not charge, short circuit, disassemble,
throw in fire or heat the battery.
• When liquid leakage occurs, clean it
completely before inserting a new battery.
4. Install the battery into the remote control
1. Turn over the remote control and pull out the battery
case ①
Pull the battery case out of the gap.
2. Insert the coin lithium battery into the battery case.
Pay attention to the polarity of the battery②
Make sure that the pole is facing up.
3. Insert the battery case into the main unit of the
remote control ③
Please insert the battery case until you hear a click
sound.

When the remote is not in use
4. When the remote controller is not in use, mount it on
the remote controller storage location on the rear
tripod.④
※The remote controller can’t be used for operation
when it is installed in the storage area.
Memory function
When you press the power button on the main unit or the
remote control, operation will start from the last setting mode
when the unit was turned off (air volume • swing angle)
※When the AC adapter is removed from the plug, the
device will automatically restore the initial settings.

5. Insert the AC adapter into the outlet
When it is properly connected to DC port, the main
unit will make a buzzing sound.
Start/stop operation
1. Start operation
Simply press the power button on the main unit
or remote control to start the operation.
• In normal use, the air volume and swing angle
will default to the setting when it was turned off
last time because of the memory function.
• After inserting AC adaptor into the outlet, press
the power button on the main unit or the
remote control for the first time to start the
operation from the minimum air volume and
non-swing state.

Rotate the air volume knob clockwise on
the main unit .
Press the air volume + button on the
remote control.
Press repeatedly to increase the air volume.
[Reduce air volume]

Dimmer mode
Light off mode
About 60 seconds after operating the main unit or
remote control, the indicator that turns on/flashes
automatically will enter the dimmer mode (20%
brightness). When you press the button on the
main unit or the remote control again, the dimmer
mode will be automatically released and the
indicator will resume normal.
Press and hold the Natural/Sleep wind button
on the main unit or the remote control (> 3
seconds) to set it to the light off mode , which
can turn off the lighted/flashing indicator automat-
ically. When the button of the main unit or the
remote control is pressed, the light-off mode is
automatically released and the indicator turns on
and flashes.

main unit or the remote control during opera-
tion to switch functions.

Adjust the air volume to set the natural wind. The
air volume can be adjusted by the air volume
adjustment knob on the main unit or air volume +
button ( ) and air volume - button ( ) on the
remote control.

Adjust the air volume to set the natural wind. The
wind mode can be adjusted by the air volume
adjustment knob on the main unit or air volume +
button ( ) and air volume - button ( ) on the
remote control. The air volume will change over
time.

The wind changes in the sequence of strong
→ medium → weak → feeble.
(In medium wind)
The wind changes in the sequence of
medium → weak → feeble.

※ The air volume indicator will maintain the display state at

Angle adjustment
You can manually adjust the unit angle up, down, left
and right. About 90°

The swing angle can be set to 10° down and
90° up. You can support the upper part of the
middle tube and press the upper or lower part of
the front guard to slowly move it up and down.

To confirm the current swinging angle of the fan, it
takes a certain period of time before the swinging
runs correctly when it swings up/down for the first

3. Start/stop swing
Up/down and left/right swing can be enabled at the
same time.
During the running, simply press the Up/down swing
button and the left/right swing button on the main
unit or the remote control to switch.
Up/down swing
During the running, simply press the up/down swing
button on the main unit or the remote control to start
swing up/down.
•The fan can swing up to about 90° from the front.
•Only the fan moves.
•You can confirm the swing running status through the
swing up/down indicator on the main unit.
Left/right swing
During the running, simply press the left/right swing
button on the main unit or the remote control to start
swing left/right.
• Only the fan part above the base moves.
•You can confirm the swing running status through the
swing left/right indicator on the main unit. Each time
the left/right swing button is pressed, the swinging
angle changes and the left/right swing indicator
switches automatically.
• When left/right swing stops, press the left/right
swing button several times to make sure that the
indicator turns off.
To confirm the current swinging angle of the fan, it
takes a certain period of time before the swinging
runs correctly when it swings left/right for the first
time. The time required varies with the start swinging
angle.

Auto-off function
The fan will automatically stop running after 12
hours since the last operation of the main unit or
the remote control.
Unplug the AC adapter from the outlet
after use.
Failure to remove it may cause fire or
device failure.
4. Stop operation
During operation, simply press the power
button on the main unit or the remote
control to stop.
Timer setting
Off timer setting
When off timer is set, the fan will automatically
stop running after reaching the set time.
1. Press the timer button during running to set
the off timer
When you press the timer button on the
main unit or the remote control during running,
the 1H timer indicator will turn on, and the
schedule off mode is enabled.
The time for schedule off (1H~4H) can be set
by pressing the timer button on the main unit
or the remote control.
• Please confirm the timer display and set the
time before the device stops.。
• When the off timer is set, the timer display
will show the remaining time before the
schedule off function starts.
2. Cancellation of schedule off
The timer indicator will automatically turn off by
simply pressing the timer button on the main
unit or the remote control several times.
Q:Is there any possibility for the fan to swing
away from the center in the left/right swing
mode?
Example: The fan moves from the center to the
right or left in swinging mode.
A:Please manually align the middle position of
swinging
This device is equipped with manual swing function, which
can adjust the fan about 30° and 10° to the left and right of
the product center. When this position is not in the center
of this unit, the position of automatic swing will shift from
the center position.
To manually align the center of swinging
Pull the AC adaptor out of the outlet when the fan is
stopped, press and hold the operation part • base part of
main unit, and rotate the upper part of the main unit to the
left or right until it no longer rotates (there is a click sound
every 10°).
Returning three scales from the stop position is the center
position of this unit.
After aligning the center position, insert the AC adapter into
the outlet, and then press the power button on the main
unit or remote control to start running and then press the
swing button to start left/right swing.
Timer display
The timer display will switch in the following order
when you press the timer button on the main unit
or remote control .
When the on/off timer has been set, the timer
display changes with time, indicating the remain-
ing time before the timer function is started.
When the off timer is set, the timer indicator will
turn on. When the on timer is set, the timer
indicator will flash.
※On timer and off timer can’t be set at the
same time.
5. Pull the AC adapter out of the outlet

for long periods of time, unplug the AC
adapter from the outlet.

during running, all operations will start

Before enabling the on timer, check the
surrounding environment to ensure that the
fan can operate normally after reaching the set
time.
Do not use the on timer in an environment
where there are children, or strong wind may
cause the device to tip over.If there is fire or
smoke around it that may cause a safety
accident.

When on timer is set, the fan will automatically start
running after reaching the set time.
1. Press the timer button to set the on timer when the
fan is stopped.
If you press the timer button on the main unit or the
remote control when the fan is stopped, the timer
indicator will start flashing, indicating that the sched-
ule on mode is enabled.
• The indicator for the last air volume (including the
swing indicator) also flashes (“Memory function” →
see page 6)
You can simply press the timer button on the
main unit or the remote control to set the time to
start the schedule on function.
• When the on timer is set, the timer display will show
the remaining time before the schedule on function
starts.
2. Setting running air volume when reaching the set
time
You can simply press the power/air volume adjust-
ment button on the main unit or the air volume +/-
button on the remote control to set the running air
volume at the set time. The air volume indicator also
flashes.
• The wind blowing mode at the set time can be set
by pressing the swing button and the
natural/sleep wind button.
• Confirm the settings through the flashing indicator.
Auto-off function
The fan will automatically shut down after 12 hours
of continuous operation even if it is started through
the on timer.
The fan will automatically stop running after 12
hours since the last operation of the main unit or
the remote control.
3. Cancel the setting of schedule on
You can simply press the timer button on the
main unit or the remote control several times and
the timer indicator will turn off automatically.

• Do not drip excessively in order to
prevent spillage of aroma oil or natural
essential oil from the filter storage area
of the center mark shell (aroma box).
• Be sure to wipe clean when aroma oil or
natural essential oil adheres to the
center mark shell (aroma box) and filter
cover.
• Do not install when the center mark
shell (aroma box) and filter cover are
attached with aroma oil or natural
essential oil.
• Do not use filter other than those
dedicated for this product.
It may cause main unit damage and
malfunction.

Use of aroma oil
1. Remove the center mark shell (aroma box)
mounted on the front guard.
You can simply rotate the center mark shell
(aroma box) anti-clockwise remove it.
2. Remove the filter cover and drip aroma oil in the
filter placed in the center mark shell (aroma box).
Rotate the filter cover to the left to remove it from
the center mark shell (aroma box) and confirm that
the filter is installed. Drip 2-3 drops of
commercially available aroma essential oil or
natural essential oil into it. Pay attention to prevent
the essential oil from overflowing during operation.
3. Install the filter cover, and then install the center
mark shell to its original position.
Rotate the filter cover to the right to mount it on the
center mark shell, then rotate the shell (aroma box) to
the right and install it on the front guard.
4. Start operation
Follow “Start/stop running” on page 6 and you can
enjoy the breeze with aromatherapy.

Filter replacement
※ When the filter is dirty or you need to use
different kinds of aroma oil or natural essential
oil, please replace the filter.
※ To replace the filter, rotate it left to remove the
filter cover, and then remove and replace the filter.
※Install the filter under the buckle as shown in the
figure, and then rotate right to install the filter
cover.
※In addition to the filter installed in the center mark
shell (aroma box), this product also supplies three
pieces separately. Filter mustn’t be cleaned for
secondary use.
※Please install the filter under the buckle in the
filter
storage
area
inside

(aroma box).
Please fully clean the center mark shell (aroma
box) with neutral detergent , and wipe the water
completely.

Filter for replacement are sold separately . Please
consult the shop where you bought the fan or
Shun Hing Electric Service Center Ltd.
※Filter are consumables and the replacement is
charged even during the warranty period.

Cleaning
When the main unit is dirty, soak a soft cloth in warm
water or neutral detergent (excluding citrus series), wring
it thoroughly, wipe the dirt, and then wipe with a dry cloth.
(Do not rub the resin hard, or else it may cause scratches
on the surface.)
Blade cleaning
Disassemble the front guard
before
cleaning of
the
internal blades of the main unit. The operation requires
two persons (one person holds and the other disassem
- bles).
Do
not
apply
excessive
force
to
the
main
unit.
Removal method of blades and front guard
2. Pull out the front guard completely to the point
where it cannot continue to rotate②
3. Hold the blade, turn the knob ③used for mounting
blade to the right, and then pull the blade toward you
to remove it④
The structure of the blade mounting knob is the
reverse of the ordinary knob. Rotating left is to
install, and rotation right is to remove.
※The rear guard can’t be removed. There is a wiring
harness inside the rear guard, so be sure to pay
full attention during maintenance.
※Be sure to fully dry after maintenance.
Tips for removal of front guard
①Keep the fan facing up, and pinch
the lower part of the fan with your
feet.
※Please take care to prevent staining
your clothes.
②Wet
your
fingers
or
wrap
your
hands
with
a
thin
wet
towel,
and
hold
the
outer
ring
of
the
front
guard
to
prevent
it
from
slipping.
Always disconnect the AC adapter from the outlet during maintenance.
If the plug isn’t pulled out, it may cause electric shock, fire, or personal injury.
Do not run the fan without blades and guard installed.
Do not apply excessive force to
rotate the front guard.
It may cause fan damage and
malfunction.
• Fully fix the guards and blades before inserting the AC adapter into the outlet.
• Please be careful to prevent being cut by the blade edge.

1. Remove the safety screw, rotate the front guard
to
the left side.

Assembly method of blades and front guard
1. Align the pin of the motor concentric shaft and
install the blade ①
Position the pins of the blade pin fixing part and the
motor shaft base and install them.
2. Hold the blade and rotate the blade mounting knob to
the left to secure the blade ②
Hold the blade, rotate the blade mounting knob to
the “left” and fully tighten the blade.
3. Align the groove of the front guard with the mark of
the rear guard and press the entire front guard into it
③
Align the groove of the front guard with
the U-shaped recess mark on the rear guard and
press it in.
If it is only installed halfway, there may be abnormali-
ties such as guard falling off and noise.
Storage method
• Fully dry it after maintenance.
• Put it in a plastic bag, then put in the packaging
box, and store it in a dry place free of moisture.
• Before putting it in a box, make the fan face the
front through the swing function.
• When it is not used for a long time, remove the
battery from the remote control.
※Retract the bracket and reduce the height to
achieve compact storage. In this case, the fan
can’t stand steadily. Please be careful to
prevent the device from being damaged due
to tipping over.
Take care to prevent excessive rotation of
the front guard.
It may cause fan damage and malfunction.

Troubleshooting
Check according to the following table when you think it may have “failure”.

by simply holding down any button other
than the power button on the main unit
or the remote control.

are dark
• The dimmer mode will be enabled
automatically in about one minute
after the last operation.

Running stops suddenly • Auto-off function is enabled to turn

The swing angle is greater
than set or normal operation
starts after a certain period
when the swing button is
pressed
• This is not a failure (in order to confirm
the positional relationship of the
internal circuit, there may be cases
where the operation can’t be
performed immediately or the opera-
tion exceeds the specified angle when
the swing function is first turned on.)
Please wait for the swing to resume normal
• Blade mounting knob is loose; Tighten the blade mounting knob (refer to
“Assembly method of blades and front
guard” on page 14)
• The installation place isn’t stable
• The fan is adjusted to a higher position
through the telescopic button
• The noise is caused by increased
shaking in an unstable place or high
position
• Set it in a stable place
• Try to lower the fan part

Only qualified technicians are allowed to disassemble or repair the fan.

Please cut off the power, unplug the AC adapter
and contact the dealer or Shun Hing Electric
Service Center Ltd.
Fans not used for long term should be carefully inspected
