auf eine Sk
ala übertragen, damit die zurückgelegte Wegstrecke
ablesbar ist.
Das Gerät muss auf Ihre persönliche Schrittlänge einjustiert
werden.

The pedometer with kilometre scale operates maintenance
free and
without batteries. Your walking or running motions are mechanically
transferred onto a scale by means of a precision mover enabling
you to road the distance you walked or ran.
The device needs to be adjusted to your personal length of steps.

Now make the final adjustment taking into account your personal
characteristics and habits

choose a know distance and count the number of your pace. Then
divide the distance by this number.

REGLAGE DE LA LONGUEUR DE VOS PAS:
Effectuez ensuite reg
ale qui tient compte de votre style personnel et
de habitudes. Vous obtenez la valeut moyenne exacte en comptant
le nombre des pas durant une longueur de trajet connue en divisant
le trajet. Parcoouru par ce nombre.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA LUNGHEZZA DEL PASSO:
Ora mettete a punto le ultime regolazioni tenendo conto delle vostre
caratteristiche e abitudini personali. Per individuare correttamente
la lunghezza media del passo, scegliete una distanza nota e
contate il numero dei passi compiuti per coprirla, quindi dividete la
distanza per il numero di passi.
