ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
IMPORTANTE: I respiratori monouso conformi alla norma EN 149:2001+A1:2009 adatti per concentrazioni di aerosol
solido e liquido si suddividono in 3 categorie - FFP1, FFP2 o FFP3. Prima di leggere le seguenti informazioni , controllare
a quale categoria appartiene il respiratore - l’indicazione si trova sulla scatola e sul respiratore stesso.

APPLICAZIONI: • FFP1 : protezione contro aerosol solidi e liquidi (per es. nebbie oleose) non tossici con concentrazioni
fino a 4 x TLV o 4 x WEL, [ APF=4]. • FFP2 : protezione contro aerosol solidi e liquidi (per es. nebbie oleose) non tossici
e di bassa/media tossicita’ con concentrazioni fino a 12 x TLV o 10 x WEL, [APF=10]. • FFP3 : protezione contro aerosol
solidi e liquidi (per es. nebbie oleose) non tossici, di bassa/media tossicita’ e altamente tossici con concentrazioni fino
a 50 x TLV o 30 x WEL, [APF=30]. *N.B. : TLV = Threshold Limit Value = Valore Limite di Soglia. WEL = Workplace
Exposure Limit = Limite di Esposizione nel posto di lavoro. APF =Assigned Protection Factor= fattore di protezione
assegnato.
CONTROLLARE PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO: Controllare il respiratore in ogni parte, per buchi, strappi o eventuali lesioni
prima dell’uso. In presenza di eventuali danneggiamenti, NON UTILIZZARE. Prenderne uno nuovo.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’INDOSSAGGIO: 1. Tenere il respiratore nel cavo della mano, lasciando pendere liberamente la
bardatura. 2. Porre il respiratore sotto il mento con il sistema stringinaso rivolto verso l’esterno. 3. Portare l’ elastico
inferiore dietro la nuca sistemandolo al di sotto delle orecchie. Portare l’ elastico superiore dietro la testa sistemandolo
al di sopra delle orecchie. *Solo per respiratore con bardatura regolabile : tenendo in posizione il respiratore, regolare
la tensione tirando i lembi di ciascun elastico. (La tensione si puo’ ridurre premendo sul retro della fibbia). 4. Modellare
lo stringinaso per conformarlo alla forma del naso. 5. (a) Test di controllo del corretto posizionamento della mascherina
senza valvola: Portare le mani sulla mascherina come nella figura 5 ed espirare vigorosamente. (b) Test di controllo
del corretto posizionamento della mascherina con valvola: Portare le mani sulla mascherina come nella figura 5 ed
inspirare vigorosamente. Se l’aria si muove all’interno della mascherina, stringere i tiranti. Se l’aria esce dai bordi della
mascherina riposizionare la mascherina sul viso. *N.B. : Sostituire il respiratore immediatamente se si avverte difficoltà
respiratoria o il respiratore subisce danneggiamenti, o problemi di aderenze al viso. L’osservanza attenta a queste
istruzioni è un passo importante per l’uso sicuro del respiratore.
AVVERTENZE: 1. La mancata osservanza delle modalità d’impiego e delle avvertenze riguardanti l’utilizzo del prodotto
può ridurre l’efficienza del respiratore e causare malattie e morte. 2. Un respiratore propriamente scelto è essenziale per
proteggere la sua salute. Prima dell’utilizzo del respiratore, consultare una persona addestrata in Igienista Industriale o
Professionale di Sicurezza Occupazionale per determinare l’idoneità d’utilizzo. 3. Questo prodotto non fornisce ossigeno.
Utilizzare solo in ambienti adeguatamente ventilati con sufficiente tenore di ossigeno per sostenere la vita. Non utilizzare
questo respiratore in ambienti con tenori di ossigeno inferiori al 19.5%. 4. Non utilizzare quando le concentrazioni
dei contaminanti sono immediatamente pericolose per la salute o la vita. 5. Non utilizzare in atmosfera dove c’e’
pericolo d’esplosione. 6. Abbandonare immediatamente
l’area di lavoro se (a) la respirazione diventa difficoltosa, o
(b) si avvertono senso di angoscia o vertigini. 7 .
Peli di barba e certe caratteristiche respiratore possono
ridurre la efficienza di questo respiratore. 8. Non
modificare od alterare in nessun modo il respiratore. 9 .
Solo monouso. Non richiede manutenzione. Scartare i l
respiratore dopo il singolo utilizzo. 10. Conservare i respiratori non ancora utilizzati nella loro confezione integra in
ambiente lontano dalla luce del sole.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: EN 149:2001+A1:2009 single-use respirators against solid and liquid aerosols are classified according to
one of three categories - FFP1, FFP2, and FFP3. Before reading the following information, please check the category to
which the respirator belongs - this is indicated on the packaging and on the respirator.

APPLICATIONS: • FFP1 : protection against non-toxic solid and liquid aerosols (e.g. oil-mists) in concentrations up to 4
x MAC/OEL/TLV, [i.e. NPF=4] or 4 x WEL, [i.e. APF=4]. • FFP2 : protection against non-toxic and low-to-average toxicity
solid and liquid aerosols (e.g. oil-mists) in concentrations up to 12 x MAC/OEL/TLV, [i.e. NPF=12] or 10 x XWEL, [i.e.
APF=10]. • FFP3 : protection against non-toxic, low-to-average toxicity and high toxicity solid and liquid aerosols (e.g.
oil-mists) in concentrations up to 50 x MAC/OEL/TLV, [i.e. NPF=50] or 20 x WEL, [i.e. APF=20]. *NOTE : MAC = Maximum
Admissible Concentration. OEL = Occupational Exposure Limit. TLV = Threshold Limit Value. NPF = Nominal Protection
Factor. WEL = Workplace Exposure Limit. APF = Assigned Protection Factor.
CHECK PRIOR TO USE: Inspect respirator, including any component parts, for holes, tears or damage prior to use. Should
any damage be identified, DO NO USE IT. Get a new one.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Hold the respirator in hand with the nosepiece at your fingertips. Allow headbands to hang
freely below hand. 2. Cup the respirator firmly against your face with the nosepiece on the bridge of your nose. 3. Stretch
and pull the lower headband over the head and position below your ears. Stretch and pull the top headband on the back of
your head above your ears. *Respirators with adjustable headbands only : while maintaining the position of the respirator,
adjust tension by pulling tab of each headband. (Tension may be decreased by pushing out the back of the buckle.) 4.
Press soft nosepiece to conform snugly around the nose. 5. (a) To test fit for respirator without exhalation valve : Cup both
hands over the respirator and exhale vigorously. (b) To test fit for respirator with exhalation valve : Cup both hands over the
respirator and inhale sharply. A negative pressure should be felt inside respirator. If air flows around your nose, tighten the
nosepiece. If air leaks around the edges, reposition the headband for better fit. *NOTE : Change respirator immediately if
breathing becomes difficult or respirator becomes damaged or distorted, or a proper face fit can not be maintained. Careful
observance of these instructions is an important step in safe respirator use.
WARNING: 1. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations on the use of this product could reduce the effectiveness
of respirator and result in sickness or death. 2. A properly selected respirator is essential to protect your health. Before
using this respirator, consult an Industrial Hygienist or Occupational Safety Professional to determine the suitability for
your intended use. 3. This product does not supply oxygen. Use only in adequately ventilated areas containing sufficient
oxygen to support life. Do not use this respirator when oxygen concentration is less than 19.5%. 4. Do not use when
concentrations of contaminants are immediately dangerous to health or life. 5. Do not use in explosive atmospheres.
6. Leave work area immediately and return to fresh air if (a) breathing becomes difficult, or (b) dizziness or other
distress occurs. 7. Facial hairs or beards and certain
facial characteristics may reduce the effectiveness of
this respirator. 8. Never alter or modify this respirator i n
any way. 9. Only for single shift use. No maintenance
necessary. Discard the used respirator after single shift
use. 10. Keep respirators in the display box away from
direct sunlight until use.
MEANING OF PICTOGRAMS/SYMBOLS: (a) See user information. (b) Temperature range of storage condition. (c)
Maximum relative humidity of storage condition. (d) End of shelf life. yyyy = Year; mm = Month. (e) NR : this respirator
is limited to single shift use only (with a maximum of 8 hours) and shall not be re-used. (f) D : this respirator passes the
optional Dolomite clogging test for more comfortable breathing.

IMPORTANT: Les masques respiratoires certifiés EN 149:2001+A1:2009 contre les aérosols solides et liquides (p. ex. brouillards

À VERIFIER AVANT L’ UTILISATION : Inspectez le masque, incluant tous ses composants, afin de déceler tous trous, déchirements
ou dégradations éventuelles.
PORT DU MASQUE : 1. Prenez le masque en le tenant par le pince-nez. Laissez pendre les élastiques de fixation. 2. Placez le
masque fermement contre votre visage, le pince-nez placé sur l’arête de votre nez. 3. Tirez l’élastique inférieur et placez-le derrière
votre tête, sous les oreilles. Tirez l’élastique supérieur et placez-le derrière votre tête, au-dessus des oreilles. *Pour masques avec
élastiques réglables : en maintenant la position du masque, ajuster la tension en tirant sur les élastiques. (Pour réduire la tension,
appuyer sur l’arrière des pattes de l’attache). 4. Appuyez sur le pince-nez en métal malléable de façon à lui donner la forme de
votre nez. 5. (a) Pour tester le modèle sans valve : Placer les deux mains en coquille sur le masque et expirer très fortement. (b)
Pour tester le modèle avec valve : Placer les deux mains en coquille sur le masque et inspirez fortement. Vous devez sentir une
pression négative à l’intérieur du masque. Si de l’air circule autour de votre nez, serrez le pince-nez. Si de l’air s’écoule des bords
du masque, ajuster la position des lanières. *NOTE : Lorsqu’il devient difficile de respirer ou lorsque le masque est endommagé
ou déformé, ou encore si le masque ne peut pas être fixé correctement contre votre visage, changez-le immédiatement. Il est
nécessaire de respecter strictement ces instructions pour garantir la sécurité lorsque vous portez ce masque.
AVERTISSEMENTS : 1. En ne respectant pas toutes les intructions et limitations indiquées pour ce produit, vous risquez
d’empécher le masque respiratoire de fonctionner correctement et de mettre en danger votre santé, voire votre vie. 2. Il est
absolument nécessaire, pour votre santé, que vous sélectionniez le masque respiratoire adapté à vos besoins. Avant d’utiliser
ce masque respiratoire, consulter un medécin du travail ou un responsable de la sécurité du travail de façon à vous assurer que
ce masque remplit bien la fonction à laquelle vous le destinez. 3. Ce masque ne fournit pas d’oxygène. Ne l’utilisez que dans
des endroits correctement ventilés contenant suffisamment
d’oxygène. N’utilisez pas ce masque si la teneur en oxygène
est inférieure à 19.5%. 4. Ne l’utilisez pas lorsque la teneur en
produits toxiques constitue un danger immédiat pour votre santé
ou votre vie. 5. Ne pas utiliser dans les atmosphères explosives.
6. Quittez le lieu de travail et retournez à l’air frais si (a) vous
avez des difficultés à respirer, ou (b) vous ressentez des vertiges
ou d’autres troubles. 7. Le port de la barbe ainsi que certains traits morphologiques du visage risquent de réduire l’efficacité de
ce masque respiratoire. 8. Ne modifiez jamais le masque respiratoire de quelque façon que ce soit. 9. Respectez le principe
de l’usage unique. Aucune maintenance n’est nécessaire. Jetez le masque après l’usage unique. 10. Gardez les masques
respiratoires dans leur emballage à l’abri des rayons du soleil jusqu’au moment de les utiliser.

ANWENDUNGEN: FFP1: Schutz gegen nicht toxische feste und flüssige Aerosole (z. B. Ölnebel) in Konzentrationen bis zu 4 x
MAC / OEL / TLV (dh NPF = 4) oder 4 x WEL (dh APF = 4) - FFP2 : Schutz gegen ungiftige und mittelschwere Toxizität fester
und flüssiger Aerosole (z. B. Ölnebel) in Konzentrationen bis zu 12 x MAC / OEL / TLV, [dh NPF = 12] oder 10 × WEL, [d.h.

PRÜFUNG VOR DEM GEBRAUCH : Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch, dass die filtrierende Halbmaske einschließlich aller
Bestandteile keine Löcher, Risse oder sonstige Schäden aufweist. Haben Sie einen Schaden entdeckt, NUTZEN SIE DIE MASKE
AUF KEINEN FALL. Benutzen Sie eine neue.
AUFSETZANLEITUNG: 1. Maske so in die Hand legen, dass die beiden Bänder frei nach unten hängen. 2. Maske unter dem
Kinn mit dem Nasenbügel nach oben anlegen. 3. Unteres Gummiband bis in den Nacken und oberes Gummiband bis auf den
Hinterkopf ziehen. *Gültig nur für Masken mit justierbaren Kopfbändern : bei unveränderter Position der Maske, justieren Sie
die Spannung, indem Sie am Zugband eines jeden Kopfbands ziehen. (Die Spannung kann verringert werden, indem man
die Rückseite der Wölbung hinausschiebt.) 4. Metallene Nasenbügel leicht zusammendrücken, um eine optimale Abdichtung
im Nasenbereich zu erzielen. 5. (a) Pass für filtrierende Halbmasken ohne Ausatemventil: Indem Sie die Maske mit beiden
Händen umschließen und kräftig ausatmen. (b) Passfür filtrierenden Halbmasken mit Ausatemventil : Indem Sie die Maske mit
beiden Händen umschließen und atmen Sie tief ein. Bei Luftaustritt am Nasenbügel muß dieser stärker angedrückt werden. Bei
anderen undichten Stellen den Sitz der Maske leicht verändern und der Gesichtsform anpassen. *ANMERKUNG : Maske sofort
austauschen, wenn das Atmen schwieriger wird oder die Maske beschädigt oder so verformt ist, daß eine optimale Abdichtung
nicht mehr gewährleistet ist. Maske nur gemäß dieser Aufsetzanleitung benutzen.
WARNHINWEISE: 1. Mißachtung der hier gegebenen Anweisungen oder Anwendungsbeschränkungen für dieses Produkt
können die Wirksamkeit dieser Maske reduzieren und Übelkeit oder gar Tod zur Folge haben. 2. Eine sorgfältig ausgesuchte
Maske ist essentiell zum Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit. Vor der Anwendung dieses Maske konsultieren Sie eine entsprechende
Sicherheitsorganisation, um festzustellen, ob diese Maske den Anforderungen des geplanten Einsatzbereiches entspricht. 3.
Filtrierende Halbmasken sind von der Umgebungsatmosphäre
abhängig. Nur in ausreichend belüfteten Umgebungen
verwenden. Nicht verwenden, wenn die Atmosphäre weniger als
19.5% Sauerstoff enthält. 4. Atemschutzmasken dürfen nicht
eingesetzt werden, wenn die Konzentration der Schadstoffe
eine unmittelbare Bedrohung für die Gesundheit oder das Leben
darstellen. 5. Benützen nicht in einer explosiven Atmosphäre.
6. Der Arbeitsraum ist sofort zu verlassen, wenn (a) das Atem schwierig wird, (b) Schwindel oder Erschöpfung auftritt. 7.
Gesichtshaare sowie spezielle Charakteristika der Gesichtsform können u. U. die Wirksamkeit dieser Maske reduzieren. 8. An
der Maske dürfen keine Veränderungen oder Modifikationen vorgenommen werden. 9. Zum einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt.
Keine Pflege notwendig. Nach Gebrauch fachgerecht entsorgen. 10. Masken in der Verpackung vor direkter Sonneneinwirkung
entfernt bis zum Gebrauch aufbewahren.

COMPROBACION PREVIA: Antes de usarla, compruebe que todos los componentes de la mascarilla están en buen
estado y sin ningún defecto significativo, como, por ejemplo: roturas, grietas, fisuras, agujeros, manchas, etcétera.
Si detecta cualquier tipo de daño, NO LA UTILICE. Sustitúyala por una nueva.
INSTRUCCIONES DE COLOCACIÓN: 1. Sujete la mascarilla en la palma de la mano, con el clip nasal orientado hacia
los dedos. Deje que las cintas elásticas de sujeción cuelguen libremente. 2. Colóquesela en la cara, de forma que la
parte inferior quede por debajo de la barbilla y el clip nasal sobre la nariz. 3. Pase la cintas elásticas sobre su cabeza.
La inferior debe fijarse en la nuca, por debajo de las orejas y la superior por encima de ellas. *En las mascarillas
con cintas elásticas ajustables : Manteniendo la mascarilla sobre la cara, tire de los extremos de las cintas hasta
alcanzar la tensión deseada. Para reducirla, tire hacia fuera de la pestaña dentada de la hebilla. 4. Haciendo presión
con las dos manos a la vez, moldee el clip nasal según el contorno de su nariz. 5. (a) Para comprobar el ajuste de
las mascarillas sin válvula de exhalación : Cúbrala completamente con ambas manos y exhale con fuerza. (b) Para
comprobar el ajuste de las mascarillas con válvula de exhalación : Cúbrala completamente con ambas manos e
inspire con fuerza. Deberá sentir una presión negativa en el interior de la mascarilla. Si detecta fugas en la zona de
la nariz, ajuste nuevamente el clip nasal. Si la fuga se produce por los bordes, reajuste las cintas elásticas. *NOTA :
Cambie inmediatamente la mascarilla si nota dificultad al respirar, detecta en ella defectos o roturas o si le resulta
imposible conseguir y mantener un ajuste facial adecuado. Para usar de forma segura estas mascarillas y alcanzar
el nivel de protección que ofrecen, es necesario que siga con cuidado y atención estas instrucciones.

modifique o altere las mascarillas. 9. Deseche la mascarilla después de usarla. No requiere mantenimiento, es de
