The wireless PIR Ceiling detector detects the change of
temperature all the time and takes temperature
compensation at stepped time automatically. This avoids
the disadvantage of traditional compensate and in some
extent stops the influence caused by “body temperature
effect”.
PIR Sensor
Sensitivity Jumper:
: it is for infrared detection.
If put the jumper in “L” (low) position, the detecting diameter is about 6 meters. If put the
jumper in “H” (High) position, the detective diameter is about 8 meters.

a. Turn the cover
counter-clockwise and
open it
b. Stick the installation hole diagram
on the needed place and drill holes
as the diagram shows. Then insert
the nails to the holes.
This detector can also be installed
in the prepared standard 86 box,
with which this step of operation
won't be needed.
c. Backward the two snap-fits; take
off the circuit board; make the
nails go through the installation
holes in the lower cover and
secure it with screws.
d. Replace the circuit board and
put the battery in.
e. Match the alignment marks (the
small protuberance onthe upper
cover and the longer groove in
the lower cover), then insert the
lower coverto the upper cover
and turn counter-clockwise the
upper cover.
The indicator will flashes once a second after the installation, and then the detector enters in blank
situation. After 60 seconds, the indicator will stop flashing, which means the detector starts to work
normally. Then the user can walk around to test the detecting areas. The LED indicator will be on,
meanwhile, the detector will send wireless signal to the wireless host. The user can adjust the angle or
even the installation position of the detector and make sure to get the best detection results. The LED
Switch is just for turning ON or OFF the LED indicator, which will not influence the normal work situation
of the detector.
1. Please install and use the detector as the above requirement. Do not touch the surface of the sensor,
or the sensitivity of the detector would be reduced. If it needs to be cleaned, please cut off the power
and clean it with soft cloth and alcohol.
2. Avoid the changeful environment which would cause false alarm.
3. It would report lower power when the power is turned on for the first time after the battery does not
been used for a long time. That is because of the hysteresis which happens when the lithium battery
does not be used for a long time. Just take off the battery and then replace it and to preheat. Repeat the
operation till the situation disappears. It is better to change the battery once a year.
3. This detector can reduce the occurrence of incidents, but nothing can be foolproof all the time. So for
your safety, please keep vigilance and security consciousness in mind all the time.
4. The influence of detecting distance: the standard wireless distance we claim is only the result of tests
in open area. Because the distance will be influenced by the geographical environment, weather
condition, electromagnetic environment, effective height of the antenna, installation place, etc. The
standard wireless distance we claim might much different from the virtual distance. Please test it
carefully to keep your distance data reliable.
