ISTRUZIONI GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
1. Leggere attentamente le informazioni e i consigli di sicurezza con-
tenuti in queste istruzioni per l'uso, prima di utilizzare la macchina
da cucina per la prima volta. Bene, salva il tuo manuale di istruzioni,
la scheda di garanzia, la ricevuta di acquisto e il cartone originale.
2. Questo apparecchio deve essere utilizzato esclusivamente per lo
scopo previsto e non è idoneo per l'uso commerciale.
3. Assicurarsi che la tensione indicata sulla targhetta di identificazio-
ne corrisponda a quella della rete. L'etichetta di valutazione si tro-
va sul fondo del blocco motore. Prima di collegare la macchina da
cucina multifunzione all'alimentazione di rete da 220-240 V CA,
assicurarsi che questo apparecchio sia spento. .
4. Non usare questo apparecchio vicino all'acqua per evitare scosse
elettriche. Non immergere il cavo di alimentazione in acqua o altri
liquidi. Pericolo di folgorazione!
5. Non usare all'aperto. Tenerlo lontano da fonti di calore, luce solare
diretta, umidità (mai immergerlo in alcun liquido) e bordi taglienti.
Non usarlo con le mani bagnate. Se l'apparecchio è umido o bagna-
to, scollegarlo immediatamente.
6. Spegnere sempre l'apparecchio, quando non lo si usa, quando si
sostituiscono gli accessori, quando si spegne l'apparecchio o quan-
do l'apparecchio è difettoso. Non utilizzare la macchina senza su-
pervisione. Se esci dalla stanza, dovresti sempre spegnere l'appa-
recchio. Estrarre la spina dalla presa.
7. Non cercare di riparare l'apparecchio da solo. Contattare sempre
un tecnico autorizzato. Per evitare l'esposizione al pericolo, è ne-
cessario sostituire sempre il cavo difettoso solo dal servizio clienti
o da personale qualificato (elettricista) e con un cavo dello stesso
tipo. Utilizzare solo pezzi di ricambio originali.
8. L'apparecchio deve essere usato e conservato lontano dalla porta-
ta dei bambini. È necessaria un'attenta supervisione quando viene
utilizzato da o nelle vicinanze di bambini. Non permettere mai ai
bambini di giocare con l'apparecchio senza sorveglianza.
9. Le persone (compresi i bambini) con ridotte capacità fisiche, sen-
soriali o mentali o la mancanza di esperienza e conoscenza non
intendono questo apparecchio per l'uso, a meno che una persona
responsabile della loro sicurezza non abbia dato loro supervisione
o istruzioni sull'uso dell'apparecchio.
10. Non si accettano responsabilità per danni causati da un uso impro-
prio o dalla mancata osservanza delle nostre istruzioni operative e
dei consigli di sicurezza.

PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA SOCIALE PER
QUESTO DISPOSITIVO
1. Spegnere l'apparecchio e disconnettersi dalla rete elettrica prima
di cambiare gli accessori o gli accessori che si muovono durante il
funzionamento.

PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
1. Tutte le parti devono essere accuratamente pulite prima di essere
utilizzate per la prima volta. (Vedi Pulizia parti)
2. Estrarre la lunghezza necessaria del cavo dall'archiviazione del cavo
e collegare il dispositivo all'alimentazione di rete.
USO DI PROVA
1. Ruotare l'interruttore di controllo della velocità su "0" e premere
la manopola della leva del braccio girevole per inclinare verso l'alto il
braccio girevole.
2. Mettere il recipiente di miscelazione sulla piastra di base della ciotola
e bloccarlo quando la punta della freccia indica saldamente.
3. Premere la manopola della leva per spostare il braccio girevole verso
il basso. Assicurarsi che il braccio sia fissato insieme alla custodia supe-
riore e che il pomello della leva giri a sinistra per bloccarlo saldamente.
4. Di seguito sono elencate le funzioni e le impostazioni di velocità con-
sigliate in base alle diverse applicazioni
- Il gancio per impastare alle impostazioni di velocità 1,2,3 deve essere
usato per preparare impasti pesanti per pane, pasta frolla o pasta.
- La lama di miscelazione mescola gli ingredienti in una vasta gamma di
impasti medio-pesanti, come la miscela di torte in pasta leggera come
le Crêpes o la crema pasticcera a diverse impostazioni 4,5,6,7,8.
- Utilizzare la frusta per uova per preparare panna o albume o budino
alle Impostazioni 7 e 8 più in alto.
- Per impulsi brevi, forti e duraturi, tieni la manopola di controllo su "P"
o premi ripetutamente su "P".
Utilizzare l'apparecchio per non più di 5 minuti alla volta e lasciarlo raf-
freddare per almeno 10 minuti.
5. Dopo la prova, disattivare l'interruttore di controllo della velocità su
Speed Setting "0".
6. Premere la manopola della leva e spostare il braccio girevole verso
l'alto, quindi rimuovere lo strumento di miscelazione dal connettore.

METODI DI APPLICAZIONE GENERALI
1. Impastatrice
1.1 Assemblaggio e funzionamento della macchina impastatrice
1. Prima di attaccare gli strumenti di miscelazione, assicurarsi che il
cavo di alimentazione sia scollegato.
2. Premere la manopola della leva con la mano destra nella direzione
del simbolo. Il braccio girevole si alza. Allo stesso tempo muovere il
braccio orientabile con la mano sinistra fino al limite. Il braccio gire-
vole deve bloccarsi in modo udibile. La manopola della leva ritorna
nella sua posizione iniziale
3. Ora riempi i tuoi ingredienti nella ciotola. Attenzione: non riempire ec-
cessivamente l'apparecchio. Il massimo la quantità di farina è 1,5 kg
1.2 Impastare
1. Il nostro suggerimento di miscela proporzionale: farina e acqua in
un rapporto di 5: 3. Riempire la tazza di miscelazione al massimo
3/4 piena di ingredienti.
2. Quando si riempie la ciotola, assicurarsi che non venga superata la
massima qualità di 1,5 kg.
3. Usare un gancio per impastare o una spatola
4. Quando si utilizza lo strumento di miscelazione, attivare l'interrut-
tore di controllo della velocità per eseguire i primi 30 secondi alla
velocità 1, quindi 30 secondi alla velocità 2, infine non più di 5 mi-
nuti alla velocità 3
5. Utilizzare il gancio impastatore o la spatola per non più di 5 minuti
alla volta. e rareddarlo per almeno 10 minuti.
1.3 Montare gli albumi o la panna
1. Usa la frusta e accendi le impostazioni di velocità 7 e 8, montare gli
albumi senza fermarli per 3-5 minuti, a seconda della dimensione
delle uova, finché non sono rigidi.
2. La quantità massima di frusta è di 12 albumi.
3. Per la panna montata, montare 250 ml di panna fresca ad alta velo-
cità per ca. Da 3 a 5 minuti.
4. Quando si riempie la ciotola con latte fresco, crema o altri ingre-
dienti, assicurarsi che non venga superata la qualità massima.
5. Utilizzare non più di 3-5 minuti alla volta e fermarlo per almeno 10
minuti

1.4 Miscelare frullati, cocktail o altri liquidi
1. Mescolare gli ingredienti secondo la ricetta disponibile in Imposta-
zioni velocità da 1 a 8 per 3-5 minuti.
2. Non superare la quantità massima per le ciotole.
3. Dovrebbe essere usata una frusta all'uovo.
4. Utilizzare l'apparecchio non più di 3-5 minuti alla volta e fermarlo
per almeno 10 minuti
1.5 Terminare l'operazione e rimuovere la ciotola
1. Spegni l'apparecchio.
2. Scollegare dall'alimentazione di rete.
3. Premere la manopola della leva verso il basso; il braccio girevole si
alza.
4. Rimuovere lo strumento di miscelazione in senso antiorario.
5. Girare il recipiente in senso orario e rimuoverlo.
6. Allentare l'impasto con una spatola ed estrarlo dalla ciotola.
7. Pulire tutti i componenti usati come indicato in "Pulizia"
PULIZIA
1. Prima della pulizia, posizionare la manopola di controllo della ve-
locità nella posizione "0" e scollegare l'apparecchio dalla rete elet-
trica.
2. Non immergere l'apparecchio in acqua. Ciò potrebbe portare a
scosse elettriche o incendi.
3. Non utilizzare una spazzola metallica o altri utensili abrasivi per la
pulizia e non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o abrasivi.
4. Pulizia della carcassa del motore: pulire la custodia solo con un
panno umido e uno spruzzo di detersivo per piatti. Asciugare con
un panno.
5. Pulizia degli accessori del gancio impastatore, lama miscelatrice:
questi accessori non sono adatti alla lavastoviglie. Calore e deter-
genti aggressivi possono deformare o scolorire l'accessorio.
6. Accessori in plastica, frusta per uova per la miscelazione possono
essere puliti con acqua calda e detergente o in lavastoviglie. Non
utilizzare detergenti abrasivi

IMPORTANT SAFTY ADVICE
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please read the information and safety advice contained in these
operating instructions carefully and thoroughly, before you use the
kitchen machine for the first time. Well save your instruction manual,
warranty card, purchasing receipt and original carton.
2. This appliance should only be used for its intended purpose and is
not fit for commercial use.
3. Make sure that the voltage shown on the rating label corresponds
with that of the mains supply. The rating label can be found on the
bottom of the motor block. Before you connect the multifunctional
kitchen machine to 220-240V AC mains supply, make sure this ap-
pliance is switched o (Fig.1, No. 7 and No. 10 in Setting “0” ).
4. Do not use this appliance near water to avoid electric shocks. Do not
immerse the mains lead in water or other liquid. Danger of electric
shock!
5. Do not use outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct
sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do
not use it with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug
it immediately.
6. Always switch o the appliance, when you do not use it, when you
replace accessories, when you clear the appliance or when the ap-
pliance is defect. Do not operate the machine without supervision.
If you leave the room, you should always turn the appliance o. Pull
out the plug from the socket.
7. Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an
authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger you, always
have faulty cable be replaced only by the customer service or by
qualified person (electrician) and with a cable of the same type. Use
only original spare parts.
8. The appliance should be used and stored out of the reach of chil-
dren. Careful supervision is required, when it is used by or in the vici-
nity of children. Never allow your children to play with the appliance
unsupervised.

SOCIAL SAFETY PRECAUTION FOR THIS DEVICE
1. Switch o the appliance and disconnect from mains power supply
before changing accessories or attachments, which are moving du-
ring operation.
2. Make sure the accessory part is fitted correctly and placed firmly
before switching it.
3. The drive shaft of the kneading machine starts turning, when the
appliance is switched on. Do not touch the rotating drive shaft du-
ring operation!
4. Before use, place the appliance on a flat level and sturdy surface. No
objects, such as spoons or dough scrapers, are allowed to insert into
the bowl when the appliance is in operation.
5. During use never touch moving parts with your fingers.
6. Unplug the appliance when it is not in use or before cleaning.

BEFORE FIRST USAGE
1. All parts should be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the
first time. (See Part Cleaning)
2. Take out the required length of cable from the cable storage and
connect the device to the mains power supply.
TRIAL USE
1. Turn the speed control switch (Fig. 1, No. 8) at “0” and press the
swiveling arm lever knob (Fig. 1, No. 5) to tilt the swiveling arm (Fig.
1, No. 6) up.
2. Put the mixing bowl onto the bowl base plate and lock it as the ar-
rowhead denotes firmly.
3. Press the lever knob to move the swiveling arm down. Make sure
the arm is fixed together with the upper housing and the lever knob
turns to the left to lock it firmly.
4. Now turn on the speed control switch to test every function for a
few seconds respectively. Below are recommended functions and
speed settings used according to dierent applications
• Kneading hook at Speed Settings 1,2,3 should be used to make hea-
vy dough for bred, short pastry or pasta.
• Mixing blade mixes ingredients in a wide range from medium to hea-
vy dough such as cake mixture to light dough like Crêpes-or custard
at dierent Settings 4,5,6,7,8.
• Use egg whisk to make cream or egg whites or pudding at higher
Settings 7 and 8.
• For short, strong and durable pulses you should hold the control
knob at "P" or press it repeatedly at "P".
5. Use the appliance for no longer than 5 minutes at a time and let it
cool down at least 10 minutes.
6. After the trial turn o the speed control switch at Speed Setting “0”.
7. Press the lever knob and move the swiveling arm up, then take apart
the mixing tool from the connector.
GENERAL APPLICATION METHODS
1 Kneading Machine
1.1 Assembly and operation of kneading machine
1. Before attaching mixing tools, pls make sure the power cord is di-
sconnected.
2. Press the lever knob with your right hand in the direction of the
symbol. The swiveling arm moves up. At the same time move the
swiveling arm with your left hand to the limit stop. The swiveling
arm must audibly lock in place. The lever knob moves back to its
initial position

3. Now fill your ingredients into the mixing bowl. Caution: Do not over-
fill the appliance. The max. amount of flour is 1,5 kg
1. 2 Application instructions
1.2.1 Mixing or kneading dough
1. Our suggestion of proportional mixture: flour and water at a ratio of
5:3. Fill the mixing bowl maximal 3/4 full of ingredients.
2. When filling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum qua-
lity of 1.5kg is not exceeded.
3. Kneading hook or mixing blade should be used
4. When you use the mixing tool, turn on the speed control switch to
run firstly 30 seconds at Speed 1, then 30 seconds at Speed 2, finally
no longer than 5 minutes at Speed 3
5. Use the kneading hook or mixing blade for no longer than 5 minutes
continuously at a time. and cool it down for at least 10 minutes.
1.2.2 Whipping egg whites or cream
1. Use egg whisk and switch on Speed Settings 7 and 8, whip the egg
whites without stopping for 3 to 5 minutes, according to the size of
the eggs, until they are sti.
2. Maximum quantity to whisk is 12 egg whites.
3. For whipped cream please whip 250 ml fresh cream at high speed
for ca. 3 to 5 minutes.
4. When filling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingre-
dients, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
5. Use no more than 3 to 5 minutes continuously at a time and stop it
at least 10 minutes
1.2.3 Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids
1. Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe at Speed Set-
tings 1 to 8 for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the mixing bowls.
3. Egg whisk should be used.
4. Use the appliance no more than 3 to 5 minutes continuously at a
time.and stop it at least 10 minutes

1. Turn the appliance o.
2. Disconnect from mains power supply.
3. Press the lever knob down; the swiveling arm moves up.
4. Remove the mixing tool anticlockwise.
5. Turn the mixing bowl lockwise and remove it.
6. Loosen the dough with a spatula and take it out from the mixing

7. Clean all used components as instructed under “Cleaning”
CLEANING
1. Before cleaning place the speed control knob at the position of “0”
and disconnect the appliance from mains power supply.
2. Do not submerge the appliance into water. This may lead to electric
shock or fire.
3. Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive utensils for cleaning and
do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
4. Cleaning of motor housing: Clean the housing only with a damp
cloth and a squirt of washing-up liquid. Dry with a cloth.
5. Cleaning of accessories of kneading hook, mixing blade: these atta-
chments are not suitable for dishwasher. Heat and aggressive clea-
ning agents may warp or discolor the attachment.
6. Plastic accessories, egg whisk and mixing bowl can be cleaned with
warm water and detergent or in the dishwasher.. Do not use abra-
sive cleaners

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
1. Bitte lesen Sie die Informationen und Sicherheitshinweise in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig und gründlich durch, bevor Sie die
Küchenmaschine zum ersten Mal verwenden. Bewahren Sie Bedie-
nungsanleitung, Garantieschein, Kassenbon und Original-Karton
gut auf.
2. Das Gerät darf nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck verwendet werden
und ist nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Spannungsversorgung auf dem Typen-
schild mit der der Netzversorgung entspricht. Das Typenschild ist
auf der Unterseite des Motorblocks zu finden. Bevor Sie die Multi-
Küchenmaschine an das 220-240 V-Netz anschließen, stellen Sie
sicher, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. (Abb.1 Nr. 7 und Nr. 10 n der
Einstellung "0").
4. Das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von Wasser betreiben. Tauchen Sie
das Netzkabel nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten. Strom-
schlaggefahr!
5. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien. Halten Sie es von Hitze,
direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuchti- gkeit (auf keinen Fall in
Flüssigkeiten tauchen) und scharfen Kanten fern. Benutzen Sie das
Gerät nicht mit feuchten Händen. Bei feucht oder nass geworde-
nem Gerät sofort den Netzstecker ziehen.
6. Ziehen Sie immer zuerst den Netzstecker, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht
nutzen, wenn Sie Zubehörteile aust- auschen oder andere Teile
anbringen wollen, wenn Sie das Gerät reinigen wollen oder wenn
das Gerät eine Störung hat. Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht unbe-
aufsichtigt. Sollten Sie den Raum verlassen, schalten Sie das Gerät
immer aus. Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
7. Reparieren Sie das Gerät nicht selbst, sondern suchen Sie einen
autorisierten Fachmann auf. Lassen Sie ein defektes Netzkabel im-
mer nur vom Kundendienst oder einer ähnlich qualifizierten Per-
son (Elektriker) durch ein gleichwertiges Netzkabel ersetzen, um
Gefährdungen wie Stromschlag zu vermeiden. Verwenden Sie nur
Original-Zubehör.

treiben und aufzubewahren. Eine sorgfältige Überwachung ist er-
forderlich, wenn das Gerät von oder in der Nähe von Kindern be-
nutzt wird. Lassen Sie Kinder niemals unbeaufsichtigt mit dem
Gerät hantieren.
