- NON spostare o sollevare l’apparecchio mentre esso è in funzione e il cavo
è inserito nella presa di corrente.
- NON utilizzare l’apparecchio con accessori diversi da quelli in dotazione
- Al primo utilizzo assicurarsi di rimuovere correttamente l’apparecchio dal
suo imballaggio. Lavare gli accessori con acqua tiepida e detergente, sciac-
quare con abbondante acqua e asciugare completamente prima di assem-
blare.
- NON utilizzare spugnette abrasive per la pulizia
- Al ne di evitare ustioni, non toccare la supercie calda dell’apparec-
chio, usare guanti da forno/presine durante la rimozione del coperchio
e delle pietanze.
- Non riempire il serbatoio dell’acqua al di sopra del livello massimo:
l’acqua in eccedenza potrebbe traboccare e provocare ustioni.
- NON utilizzare l’apparecchio quando il livello dell’acqua è inferiore
a un bicchiere(200ml): esaurita l’acqua il contenuto della vaporiera
potrebbe bruciare.
- ATTENZIONE! Quando in uso, la valvola di sfogo del vapore dietro il
coperchio rilascia vapore: per evitare il rischio di scottarsi non sostare
in prossimità della valvola.
- Non posizionare la vaporiera in utilizzo sotto armadietti o mensole
perchè produce grandi quantità di vapore.
1. Riempire il serbatoio con acqua no alla linea di riempimento e posizio-
narlo all’interno della base. A seconda delle preferenze, è possibile aggiun-
gere succo di limone, brodo di pollo, vino bianco o aromi. Non utilizzare:
birra, vino rosso, olio, estratti (i.e. vaniglia) o succhi di frutta nel serbatoio.
NB: il vassoio raccogli-gocce deve essere sempre utilizzato (a meno che
si utilizzi il recipiente per il riso) ad evitare che i grassi / succhi di alcuni ali-
menti gocciolino in acqua e zampillino nella ciotola della cottura a vapore.
2. Posizionare i cibi da cuocere nella ciotola della cottura a vapore.
3. Inserire il coperchio sul recipiente della vaporiera.
4. Vericare che le maniglie siano allineate e che le linguette si inseriscano

Il recipiente divisorio
Il recipiente divisorio consente di cuocere a vapore 2 alimenti diversi in una
volta ma totalmente separati. Il recipiente divisorio può essere utilizzato:
- aperto per coprire la metà della vaporiera (2 a 3 porzioni)
- ridotto per coprire un quarto (1 o 2 porzioni).
• Posizionare sempre il divisore nella ciotola del vapore prima dell’inizio
della cottura
• Se la cottura a vapore di alimenti diversi prevede livelli di acqua diversi,
utilizzare sempre il livello dell’acqua più alto.
• Per una cottura più uniforme mescolare le verdure ogni 7/8minuti.
• Quando l’alimento con tempo di cottura inferiore è pronto, rimuoverlo e
continuare la cottura dei restanti alimenti.
1. Posizionare riso e acqua in uguali proporzioni all’interno della ciotola
(es.100gr di riso con 100 ml di acqua, 200gr di riso con 200ml d’acqua etc)
2. Posizionare il contenitore sulla base, coprire col coperchio e procedere
con la cottura del riso.
NOTA: Il recipiente del riso può anche essere utilizzato per la cottura di
verdure con salse, pollo o pesce in brodo, e per riscaldare piatti come
stufati.

NOTA: se il tempo di cottura desiderato è inferiore ai 15 minuti, prima pro-
grammare 15 minuti e poi girare il timer sul tempo di cottura desiderato.
8. Quando la cottura è stata completata, scollegare il cavo. Prontamente
rimuovere la ciotola del vapore dalla base.

CURA E MANUTENZIONE;
- Prima di pulire l’apparecchio, lasciare raffreddare completamente, spegnere
il timer e staccare la spina dalla presa elettrica.
- Pulizia recipiente vapore, ciotola divisorio, coperchio e vasca di raccolta:
lavare con acqua calda e detergente, poi sciacquare con acqua e asciugare
accuratamente.
- Pulizia dell’unità motrice: pulire la base con un panno umido e poi asciuga-
re con un panno morbido e asciutto. Non pulire con prodotti abrasivi. NON
introdurre in lavastoviglie.
Decalcicazione
Per eliminare il calcare dalla supercie dell’apparecchio, in base alla durezza
dell’acqua e alla frequenza di utilizzo, si può procedere come segue:
1. Versare aceto bianco nella base (circa metà del contenitore) senza coprire
con recipienti durante la pulizia.
3. Lasciare l’apparecchio in funzione posizionando il timer su 20 minuti
4. Lasciare raffreddare la vaporiera completamente.
5. Svuotare l’aceto.
6. Sciacquare bene.
7. Asciugare tutti i componenti prima di riporli.

- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not put heavy objects on the power cord or heat sources close to them.
They may be damaged.
- This product is intended only for domestic use.
- Before maintenance and cleaning turn off and unplug the appliance.
- Do not use sprays (eg. Insecticides, hair spray, etc.), could create shell
damage.
- In case abnormal situations occurring, immediately turn off the appliance
and contact your local dealer or service center.
- When unplug hold the plug rmly to avoid electrical shock, short circuit or

INSTALLATION LOCATION
1. Place the device on a at, sturdy and heat-resistant surface.
2. Put the device in a place which is out of reach of children.
3. Do not operate this device near ammable materials (e.g. curtains, textiles,
walls) and never cover it. Ensure that there is always a sufcient safe distan-
ce from ammable materials.
4. Use this device in dry indoor areas only and never outdoors.
5. Warning: Don not use this device near water or heavy moisture; e.g. in a
damp basement or beside a swimming pool or bathtub.
6. In order to reduce the risk of re and electrics shock, do not expose the
device to re (replace, grill, candles, cigarettes and so on) or water (water
drops, water splashes, vases, tubs, ponds and so on).
7. Keep this device away from all heat sources like for example, ovens, hot
plates and other heat-producing devices/objects.
8. Protect this device from extreme heat (over 35°C) and cold (under 5°C) as
well as from direct sunlight and dust.
SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. To avoid burns, do not touch the hot surface of the appliance, use oven
gloves or a cloth when removing lid and hot food after steam escape gradual-
ly.
2. Do not pour in water beyond the maximum mark, because the overowing
water when water boils may burn you.
3. When the water in water box is less than a cup of water, please not use the
appliance as it may be burned up.
4. When in use, never be close to steam vent behind the transparent lid,
otherwise you may get burned.
5. Do not place the unit directly under cabinets when operating as this
product produces large amounts of steam. Avoid reaching over the Steamer
when operating.
6. Do not use any Steamer parts in microwave or on any cooking/heated
surface.
7. Clean the device and other accessories after each use. Refer to the Chap-
ter CARE AND MAINTENANCE.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Carefully take the device and its out of the packaging. Retain the
packaging in case you would like to store the device away or transport it at
a later date. If you choose to dispose of the packaging, then please do so
according to the applicable legal regulations.
2. Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages. Should
the contents in the packaging not be complete or be damage, do not use
the device. Return it to your retail outlet immediately.
3. Clean the device and all accessories before the rst use. Refer to the
Chapter CARE AND MAINTENANCE.
USING THE FOOD STEAMER
1. Fill water reservoir with cold tap water to appropriate ll line. For added
avor, you may add lemon juice, chicken broth, white wine and herbs/spices
to the water in the Reservoir. Do Not use beer, red wine, oil, spice extracts
(i.e., vanilla)or fruit juices in the Reservoir.
2. Hold the Drip Tray by the handle and place it into the Base.
NOTE: the Drip Tray is always used whenever the Rice Bowl is not used. It
prevents fats/juices of some foods from dripping into the water and bubbling
up into the Steaming Bowl. If you choose, save these juices for gravies,
sauces, soup stock, etc.
3. Place the foods to be steamed into the Steaming Bowl.
4. Place the Cover on the Steaming Bowl .
5. Make sure the handles line up over each other and the tabs t properly
into the openings. Put the Steaming Bowl onto the Base.
6. Plug the cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
7. Set the Timer for the desired cooking time. When the time is up, a bell
will ring, the Cooking Light will stop glowing and the unit will automatically
shut off.
NOTE: If the desired cooking time is less than 15 minutes, and turn to
desired cooking time.
8. The Cover can be turned over with the top facing downward and used as
a trivet/base for resting the Steaming Bowl. When cooking has been com-

Bowl divider feature
The Bowl Divider allows you the option of steaming 2 foods at one and kee-
ping them totally separate. The Bowl Divider can be opened to cover half the
Steaming Bowl (for cooking 2 to 3 servings) or reduced to cover only a fourth
of the Bowl (for 1 or 2 servings).
• Always place the Bowl Divider in the Steaming Bowl prior to the start of
steaming (even if empty and food is to be added later.)
• If steaming foods with different water levels, always use the higher water
level of the 2 foods. Refer to Steaming Guide for water levels to use for each
food.
• Stir vegetables every 10-15 minutes; after 7-8 minutes for vegetables that
cook in 15 minutes or less. This promotes more even cooking.
• If food in the Bowl Divider is done rst, remove Bowl Divider- using pot
holder to grip hot handle-and continue cooking other food.
Steam rice
CARE AND MAINTENANCE PRECAUTION
Before cleaning the appliance, let the food steamer cool down entirely, turn
off the timer, unplug the appliance.

Dephosphorizing:
If users need to clean the mineral of the surface of the appliance ( depho-
sphorizing), which decided by the water quality in your area. If you found
that the working time of the appliance is longer, then you should depho-
sphorize for the appliance as following methods:
1. Pour a half base of white vinegar in to the base.
2. Do not cover Base with any Steamer parts while cleaning.
3. Let the appliance which has been set for 20 minutes, cook until the timer
ring.
4. Let the food steamer cool down entirely.
5. Pour the white vinegar out of the water base.
6. Give the water base several rinses in cold water.
7. Dry all of the components before storing.

Steaming bowl, bowl divider, cover and drip tray:
After wash up them with hot soapy water, then rinse them with clean water
and dry them thoroughly.
The body of the food steamer:
Wipe the base with a clean damp cloth, and then dry it with a soft dry cloth.
Do not clean any parts with any wash-scrubber. To avoid ruining the base, do
not put it in dishwasher.
PRECAUTION: Do not immerse the body of the food steamer, cord and
socket into water or any other liquid.
CAUTION: Never use solvents and abrasives, hard brushes, metallic or sharp
object fro cleaning. Solvents are harmful to health and attack the plastic
parts. Abrasive cleaners and tools scratch the surface.

After wash up them with hot soapy water, then rinse them with clean water
and dry them thoroughly.
Wipe the base with a clean damp cloth, and then dry it with a soft dry cloth.
Do not clean any parts with any wash-scrubber. To avoid ruining the base, do
not put it in dishwasher.
PRECAUTION: Do not immerse the body of the food steamer, cord and
socket into water or any other liquid.
CAUTION: Never use solvents and abrasives, hard brushes, metallic or sharp
object fro cleaning. Solvents are harmful to health and attack the plastic
parts. Abrasive cleaners and tools scratch the surface.
