BATTERY LIFE
the battery of your kate spade new york watch
should last approximately two years. please be
sure to replace it as soon as it expires to prevent
any malfunction or damage to the piece.

shielding it from direct sunlight for prolonged

Water Resistance
See caseback for water resistance rating.
The water resistance rating provides guidelines for appropriate water-related
exposure to avoid damage to internal watch components.
Please see chart for recommended usage guidelines.
• Do not adjust the crown while the timepiece is in contact with water.
• Ensure the crown is in the closed position before contact with water. For
timepieces with screw-down crowns, ensure the crown is completely
tightened before contact with water.
• For timepieces with pusher-enabled functionality,
do not engage the function underwater.
• Exposure to extreme atmopheres is not recommended
(i.e. hot water, saunas or steam rooms).
• Avoid exposure to water moving with force
(i.e. water running from a faucet, ocean waves or waterfalls).
• Avoid long exposure to salt water. After contact with salt water,
rinse watch under tap water if rated 5ATM or higher and
wipe dry with a soft cloth

TO SET THE TIME
1. pull the crown out to the 1st click position B.
2. turn the crown to set the hour
and minute hands.
3. when the crown is pushed back to A,
second hand begins to run.
TO USE THE STOPWATCH
this stopwatch is able to measure and display time
in 1 second unites up to a maximum of 29 min, 59 sec.
stopwatch will stop automatically after running
continuously for 30 minutes.
MEASURING TIME WITH THE STOPWATCH
1. press button Cto start the stopwatch.
2. the stopwatch can be started and stopped
each time button Cis pressed.
3. pressing button Dresets the stopwatch
and returns the stopwatch minute and second
hands to their zero positions.

in 15 minute increments.
2. Press Bto set dual time hand backward
in 15 minute increments.
NOTE: Dual time hand can be advanced rapidly
by continuously pressing A or B.

In any function, press Aand EL Backlight will appear for 3 seconds.
TIME SETTING
1. Press B to cycle through the functions of the watch: Time,
Alarm, Stopwatch, Time Setting.
2. Press B until the “seconds” of the time begin ashing. Press A
to select the function: Hour, Minute, Month, Day, Day of Week,
Second. Press C to adjust the ashing function.
3. Press B to exit the Time Setting function.
4. To toggle between 12 and 24-hour display format, press C
while in Time Mode.
ALARM
1. Press Buntil your alarm function (AL) appears.
2. Press Cto turn ‘Alarm’ ( ), ‘Chime’ ( ), or both on.
3. To set an alarm, press A. The hours will begin ashing. Press C
until you arrive at the correct hour. Then press Aagain to move
on to minutes.
4. When you are nished setting alarm, press Bto
return to ‘Time’.

Your Kate Spade watch is warranted by Fossil Group, Inc*
(“Fossil”) for a period two (2) years from the original date of
purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The Kate Spade warranty covers materials and manufacturing
defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty
booklet is required for proof of purchase.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and
dial are the only components covered under this warranty.
A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be
replaced free of component and labor charges, if it proves to be
defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will
receive the same model watch. If your model is not available,
a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The
warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the
date the replacement watch is received.
this warranty does not cover:
• Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case,
crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or
bracelet.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care,
accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
• Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water
resistance level (as marked on the product)
were not followed.
• Products that are not purchased from an authorized
kate spade retailer.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by
accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Fossil
sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors
not due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty
is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other
tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.
If not stated otherwise, the foregoing warranties and remedies
are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or
conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter
whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of

merchantability, tness for a particular purpose, accuracy,
satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which
are expressly disclaimed by Fossil. Fossil shall not be liable for
incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages
or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with
the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort
(including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory,
even if Fossil has been advised of the possibility of such damages
and even if any limited remedy specied herein is deemed to
have failed of its essential purpose. Fossil’s entire liability shall be
limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at
Fossil’s sole option.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or
consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions
may be limited in their application to you. When implied
warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be
limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This
warranty gives you specic legal rights; you may have other rights
that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are
not aected.
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under
the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.

watch, a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty booklet
with dealer stamp and a description of the problem to the

service center may perform the services you request for a charge

Impostazione di data e ora
1. Estrarre la corona e portarla in posizione 2.

NOTA: Se impostata tra le 21:00 e l’1:00 di notte, la data
potrebbe non cambiare il giorno successivo.

CRONOMETRO
1. Premere Bfinché non appare la funzione cronometro (ST).
2. Premere Cper avviare/bloccare il cronometro.
3. Quando il cronometro è in funzione, premere Cper
bloccarlo o reimpostarlo. Premere Aper avviare la funzione
tempo parziale (LAP).
4. Quando il cronometro è fermo, premere Aper reimpostarlo.
Con qualunque funzione, premere Ae la retroilluminazione
elettroluminescente apparirà per tre secondi.
REGOLAZIONE DELL’ORA
1. Premendo Bè possibile navigare attraverso tutte le varie
funzioni dell’orologio (sveglia, cronometro e ora).
2. Premere B nché non compare la funzione ora. Quindi,
premere A. L’ora inizierà a lampeggiare. Premere C nché
non viene visualizzata l’ora giusta. Premere nuovamente Aper
spostarsi sui minuti. Ripetere questa procedura per impostare il
mese, la data e il giorno della settimana. Una volta terminate le
impostazioni di tutte le funzioni dell’ora, premere B.
3. Premere Cper cambiare il formato 12 ore o 24 ore del display.
Quando si sceglie il formato 24 ore, sullo schermo apparirà 24H.
SVEGLIA
1. Premere B nché non appare la funzione sveglia (AL).
2. Premere Cper attivare “sveglia” ( ), “suoneria” ( ) o entrambe.
3. Per impostare la sveglia, premere A. Le ore inizieranno a
lampeggiare. Premere C nché non viene visualizzata l’ora giusta.
