Troubleshooting
If the unit does not operate… Check that the battery is charged
If the volume is too low… Check volume is not set at minimum level in
volume settings, if not charge the battery
If the voice/music begins playing at a very
high or low rate of speed…
Charge the battery
If there is a continuous buzzing sound and
the unit doesn’t operate…
Charge the battery
If the screen becomes dim… Check brightness is not set at minimum level in
brighness settings, if not charge the battery
If the unit malfunctions… Charge the battery or try to reset the unit by
pressing on the reset button located on the back

Reset button: located on the back of the watch.

1. Power up the Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart Watch by pressing on the home button
(if the Smart Watch does not start, please make sure it is charged).
2. Press the home button to go to the main menu of Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart Watch.
3. The main menu is composed of three icons that will guide you through the content of
the Smart Watch.
Tools & Settings to set options such as time, clock customisation,
background customisation, volume, brightness and alarm.
Voice recorder to record your voice and change it with funny
sound effects.
Games to have fun with Peppa Pig and all of her friends
At any point in the different menu, pressing the home button will bring you back to the
previous screen.
After 1 minute and 30 seconds, Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart Watch will go into Sleep
mode to save battery.
To leave sleep mode, press the home button.
Should you wish to put the Smart Watch into sleep mode, press and hold on the home button.
When the watch needs to be charged, a “Low Battery” screen will appear. Plug the toy to a
computer via USB cord. Once the battery icon is fully green, the smart watch is charged.
Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3.
- If your child has any sign of skin irritation prior to using Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart
Watch or experiences any discomfort, please discontinue use and consult a Doctor. Do
not forget to take the product with you. Keep the strap dry and clean to help to avoid
skin irritation.
- To be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
- Routinely check this toy for good and safe condition. If there is any damage or broken
parts, remove watch from use.
- The USB cable should only be used by an adult when connecting to a computer and is
to be removed by an adult prior to the use of the product by a child.
- If for any reason, the screen (display) is fractured or cracked, immediately remove
this product from use.
- The lithium rechargeable battery cannot be removed from the product and cannot be
replaced. For your safety, never try to remove the battery.
- Use only the recommended USB cord for charging the battery.
- The USB cord should be periodically examined for conditions that may result in the
risk of Fire, electrical shock or injury to persons, such as damage to the cord, plug
blades, housing or other parts. In the event of such conditions, the USB cord must
be replaced. If the cord is damaged, dispose in accordance with your local electrical
product recycling regulations.
- If a battery is swallowed, consult a Doctor or medical facility. Do not forget to take
the product with you.
- If battery leakage occurs and comes into contact with the skin or eyes, wash
immediately with lots of water and dispose of the battery.
- Strong Electro Magnetic Interference may disturb the normal function of the
product. If so, simply reset the product to resume normal operation by following the
instruction manual. In case the function does not resume, please use the product in
another location.
This product complies with the essential requirements of the European Toy Safety
Directive.

To access all settings, press the home button to go to the main menu of Peppa’s Play &
Learn Smart Watch.
Then press OK on the tools & settings icon
How to set time
1. Go to “Time Setting” using the arrows and press the OK button to select it.
2. Press on the left arrow to set hours and the right arrow to set minutes.
3. Then, when time is set, press OK to validate and apply your selection.
How to customise the clock
1. Go to “Clock Setting” using the arrows and press the OK button to select it.
2. Using the arrows select if you want an analog or a digital display.
3. If you chose an analog display, then you can chose between two different analog
clock designs by using the arrows.
4. If you chose a digital display, first using the arrows you can chose between a 12h or
24h display and then you can chose between two different digital clock designs by
using the arrows.
Ensure the OK button is pressed after each step to save and validate you choice.
How to customise the clock background
1. Go to “Background” using the arrows and press the OK button to select it.
2. Using the arrows select the background design you would like to use.
3. Press OK to save and validate.
How to set the volume
1. Go to “Volume Setting” using the arrows and press the OK button to select it.
2. Using the arrows select the volume level you would like to use.
3. Press OK to save and validate your choice.
How to set the brightness
1. Go to “Brightness Setting” using the arrows and press the OK button to select it
2. Using the arrows select the brightness level you would like to use.
3. Press OK to save and validate your choice.
How to set the alarm clock
1. Go to “Alarm Setting” using the arrows and press the OK button to select it.
2. Using the arrows set the hours then press OK to validate.
3. Using the arrows set the minutes then press OK to validate.
4. Using the arrows select On or Off and press OK to save and validate your choice.

Battery charging: Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart Watch is equipped with a rechargeable
Lithium-polymer battery. It can be charged using the included USB cable cord via
connection to a computer. Battery charging must be done by adults only.
For indoor, dry-location use only: Do not use the product near any wet locations.
Take care not to spill food or any liquid on this product as it may become inoperable.
If the unit does get wet, unplug all cables. Allow to dry thoroughtly before reusing. Do
not attempt to dry with a hair dryer or other heat source. Do not reconnect the USB
port if wet or damaged.
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight:
Operate in places with temperatures ranging from 5 C and 38 C . Do not leave the
product in your car as the temperatures in a car can exceed the acceptable storage
temperature. Exposure to extreme temperatures can result in shortened battery life or
cause the product to temporarily stop working.
Handle with care: To avoid injury, damage to this product or other property, avoid
dropping and never disassemble, crush, puncture, microwave, incinerate, insert foreign
objects or paint the product.
Cleaning: Disconnect all cords before cleaning. Clean the product with a slightly damp
cloth (cold water). Do not use soap, detergent or other chemicals. Never submerge the
unit in water. Allow to dry thoroughly before reusing. Do not connect the USB cable if
wet or damaged.
Reparing or modifying Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart Watch: Never attempt
to repair or modify the product. If the product has been in contact with liquids,
punctured or subjected to a severe impact or fall, immediately remove this product
from use.
OP ERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Select this icon and press the OK button to record your voice, press OK button
a second time to stop the recording. If you do not press OK a second time the
recording will stop by itself after five seconds.
Select this icon and press the OK button to change the voice effect that will
be applied to the recording.
Select this icon and press the OK button to play the recording. Recording will
be played with the chosen voice effect.
To quit the voice recording feature, press the home button.
Games
To access all games, press the home button to go to the main menu of Peppa’s Play &
Learn Smart Watch.
Then press OK on the games icon
To quit a game, press home button.
Find the First letter:
1. Go to “Find the First letter” using the arrows and press the OK button to select
the game.
2. One image appears on screen with three possible answers.
3. Using the arrows, Find which First letter is related to the image displayed (e.g A for
Apple) and press OK to validate your choice.
Memory:
1. Go to “Memory” using the arrows and press the OK button to select the game.
2. One image will be displayed for five seconds, then four possible answers will be given.
3. Using the arrows, f ind the answer corresponding to the image just displayed and
press OK to validate your choice.
4. After each correct answer, the time each image is displayed for decreases making it
more difficult to find the correct answer.
Find the matching object:
1. Go to “Find the matching object” using the arrows and press the OK button to
select the game.
2. One image appears on screen with three possible answers
3. Using the arrows, f ind which object is related to the image displayed and press OK
to validate your choice.
Find the odd one out:
1. Go to “Find the odd one out” using the arrows and press the OK button to select
the game.
2. Four characters or objects from Peppa Pig will appear on the screen.
3. Using the arrows, Find who or which object is the odd one out and press OK to
validate your choice.
Numbers:
1. Go to “Numbers” using the arrows and press the OK button to select the game.
2. One image appears on screen showing a different number of objects with three
possible answers
3. Using the arrows, Find which is the correct number of objects displayed and press OK
to validate your choice.
Who is this?:
1. Go to “Who is this” using the arrows and press the OK button to select the game.
2. One image appears on screen showing part of one of the character’s face with three
possible answers.
3. Using the arrows, Find who the image belongs to and press OK to validate your choice.
Alphabet discovery:
1. Go to “Alphabet discovery” using the arrows and press the OK button to select the game.
2. Using the arrows select the letter you want to discover and see the corresponding
image and word.
Music time:
1. Go to “Music time” using the arrows and press the OK button to select the game.
2. Using the arrows, select the instrument you want to hear and press OK button to
validate your choice.
3. Then shake your hand to hear the music, the music will play as long as you move.
The shaker:
1. Go to “The shaker” using the arrows and press the OK button to select the game.
2. Using the arrows for selection and OK button for validation, follow the recipe by
adding the requested number of ingredients into the cooking bowl.
3. Once all of the ingredients are in the bowl, shake the watch long enough to help
Peppa while she cooks and see what comes out of the cooking bowl!
To access the voice recording feature, press the home button to go to the main menu
of Peppa’s Play & Learn Smart Watch.
Then select the voice recording feature and press OK.
