The KE2 WiFi Service Tool is the simplest, most cost eective, way to access the Graphical
User Interface (GUI) or web pages of the KE2 Evaporator Eciency, KE2 Evap for Rack
Eciency, or KE2 Controlled Environment.
When connected to the controller, the KE2 WiFi Service Tool creates nearly instant wire-
less access to the controller’s web pages. Users can connect their cellphones, tablets, or
laptop computers to the wireless network.
If used in the secured/KE2 LDA mode, the KE2 WiFi Service Tool provides similar func-
tionality to the KE2 LDA, including Internet access to KE2 SmartAccess for remote moni-
toring, control, and alarm notications.

Controllers already integrated into a customer network, will have
had their IP addresses changed, and should be connected to the
KE2 WiFi Service Tool’s WAN port, to prevent network disruption.

The KE2 WiFi Service Tool’s LAN port should only be connected to
individual or groups of KE2 Therm Ethernet enabled controllers with
their factory programmed IP address(es). Also, they should only
be connected to KE2 Therm’s Refrigeration Network, and should not
be connected to a controller, or group of controllers, integrated into
the customer’s existing network. The existence of multiple DHCP
Servers can result in temporary network disruption.
