ASSEMBLY
9. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the small side panel (H) to the outer
edge holes in the top shelf panel (B)
and the small back panel (E), gently
tap together and turn the minifix
cams clockwise to lock in place.
10. Carefully align the minifix studs
in the base panel (I) to the outer
edge holes in the large side panel
(A), large divider panel (F), small
divider panel (G) and the small side
panel (H), gently tap together and
turn the minifix cams clockwise to
lock in place.
11. Carefully slide the shelves (J)
into the unit onto the horseshoe
studs, gently tap down and turn the
pre-fitted horseshoe cams clockwise
to lock in place.
12. Carefully lift the unit up onto its
castors and slide the trays of choice
onto the shelves. For heavy loaded
trays please use felt pads
(not supplied) on the underside of
the trays to prevent the shelves
being scratched.

STEP 2

ASSEMBLY
Please ensure you have completed STEP 1 the Pre-Assembly
before proceeding to STEP 2 the Assembly.
1. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the large side panel (A) to the outer
edge holes in the large back panel (C),
gently tap together and turn the minifix
cams clockwise to lock in place. A
screwdriver or the allen key provided
can be used to turn the minifix cams.
2. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the large side panel (A) to the outer
edge holes in the top shelf panel (B),
gently tap together and turn the
minifix cams clockwise to lock in
place.
3. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the large divider panel (F) to the outer
edge holes in the top shelf panel (B)
and large back panel (C), gently tap
together and turn the minifix cams
clockwise to lock in place.
4. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the large divider panel (F) to the
outer edge holes in the medium back
panel (D), gently tap together and
turn the minifix cams clockwise to
lock in place.

6. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the small divider panel (G) to the
outer edge holes in the top shelf
panel (B) and medium back panel
(D), gently tap together and turn the
minifix cams clockwise to lock in
place.
7. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the small divider panel (G) to the
outer edge holes in the small back
panel (E), gently tap together and
turn the minifix cams clockwise to
lock in place.
8. Carefully align the minifix studs in
the small divider panel (G) to the
outer edge holes in the remaining top
shelf panel (B), gently tap together
and turn the minifix cams clockwise
to lock in place.
